"System And Method Of Selecting And Filing An Intellectual Property Application In Multiple Countries"
Abstract: A system and method enables Intellectual Property (IP) applicants to determine the target countries for filing an IP application and provides filing and formalities support. The method includes generating a comprehensive list of target countries, eliminating countries based on patentability laws, prioritising the remaining list of countries on IP and market-specific factors and filtering the list based on the filing cost in each country and the applicant"s IP filing budget.
