WE CLAIM:
1. A system (10) to collaborate sellers and buyers comprising:
a data registration module (30) is configured to:
register a plurality of sellers on a platform (20) upon receiving a plurality seller data from a corresponding plurality of sellers;
register a plurality of buyers on the platform (20) upon receiving a plurality of buyer data from a corresponding plurality of buyers;
a requirement receiving module (40) operatively coupled to the data registration module (30), and configured to receive at least one of a plurality of seller requirements by the plurality of sellers and a plurality of buyer requirements by the plurality of buyers;
a seller and buyer recommendation module (50) operatively coupled to the requirement receiving module (40), and configured to recommend at least one of the plurality of sellers and the plurality buyers to the at least one of the corresponding plurality of sellers and the plurality buyers based on the at least one of the plurality of seller requirements and the plurality of buyer requirements;
a subscription module (60) operatively coupled to the seller and buyer recommendation module (50), and configured to:
search the plurality of sellers and the plurality of buyers by the at least one of the plurality of sellers and the plurality of buyers;
subscribe at least one of the plurality of sellers by the at least one of the plurality of buyers; and
a bidding module (70) operatively coupled to a price fixing module and configured to recommend price range details of an accepted bid to the at least one of the plurality of sellers and the plurality of the buyers.
2. The system (10) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the price fixing module
operatively coupled to the subscription module (60) and configured to fix an

initial price of the at least one of the plurality of precious stones and the plurality of precious metals.
3. The system (10) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bidding module (70)
configured to:
fix a bid price against the initial price for the at least one of the plurality of precious stones and the plurality of precious metals;
accept a bided price of the at least one of the plurality of precious stones and the plurality of precious metals when negotiation between the plurality of seller and the plurality of buyer is success;
reject the bided price of the at least one of the plurality of precious stones and the plurality of precious metals.
4. The system (10) as claimed in claim 1, further comprises a notification
module operatively coupled to the price fixing module, and the bidding module
(70), wherein the notification module is configured to:
notify a plurality of bids generated by the price fixing module;
notify status of the plurality of bids to the at least plurality of seller and the plurality of buyers.
5. The system (10) as claimed in claim 1, further comprises a payment processing module operatively coupled to the bidding module (70), and configured to process payment for the accepted bid upon authentication of the plurality of the buyers.
6. A method (250) for collaborating sellers and buyers comprising:
registering, by a data registration module, a plurality of sellers on a platform upon receiving a plurality seller data from a corresponding plurality of sellers;
registering, by a buyer data registration module, the plurality of buyers on the platform upon receiving a plurality of buyer data from the plurality of buyers;

receiving, by a requirement receiving module, at least one of a plurality of seller requirements of the plurality of sellers by the plurality of sellers and a plurality of buyer requirements of the plurality of buyers by the plurality of buyers;
recommending, by a seller and buyer recommendation module, at least one of the plurality of sellers and the plurality buyers to the at least one of the corresponding plurality of sellers and the plurality buyers based on the at least one of the plurality of seller requirements and the plurality of buyer requirements;
searching, by a subscription module, the plurality of sellers and the plurality of buyers by the at least one of the plurality of sellers and the plurality of buyers;
subscribing, by the subscription module, at least one of the plurality of sellers and the plurality of buyers by the at least one of the plurality of sellers and the plurality of buyers; and
recommending, by a bidding module, price range details of an accepted bid to the at least one of the plurality of sellers and the plurality of the buyers.
7. The method (250) as claimed in claim 6, further comprising fixing, by a price fixing module, an initial price of the at least one of the plurality of precious stones and the plurality of precious metals.
8. The method (250) as claimed in claim 6, further comprising:
fixing, by the bidding module, a bid price against the initial price for the at least one of the plurality of precious stones and the plurality of precious metals;
accepting, by the bidding module, a bided price of the at least one of the plurality of precious stones and the plurality of precious metals when negotiation between the plurality of seller and the plurality of buyer is success;
9. The method (250) as claimed in claim 6, further comprising:
notifying, by a notification module, a plurality of bids generated by the price fixing module;

notifying, by the notification module, status of the plurality of bids to the at least plurality of seller and the plurality of buyers.
10. The method as claimed in claim 6, further comprising processing, by a
payment processing module, payment for the accepted bid upon authentication of the plurality of the buyers.
