Claims:1. A system (10) to collaborate a plurality of suppliers supplying a plurality of jewellery equipment, a plurality of manufactures, and a plurality of consumers comprising:
a data registration module (20) configured to:
register at least one of the plurality of suppliers and the plurality of manufactures on a platform upon receiving at least one of a plurality of supplier data and a plurality of manufacturer data from the at least one of the corresponding plurality of suppliers, and the corresponding plurality of manufactures;
retrieve a plurality of product details from the at least one of the corresponding plurality of suppliers and the corresponding plurality of manufactures;
a consumer data registration module (40) configured to register the plurality of consumers on the platform upon receiving a plurality of consumer data from the corresponding plurality of consumers;
a requirement receiving module (50) operatively coupled to the data registration module (20), and the consumer data registration module (40), and configured to receive at least one of a plurality of supplier requirements by the plurality of suppliers, a plurality of manufacturer requirements by the plurality of manufacturers, and a plurality of consumer requirements by the plurality of consumers;
a search module (60) operatively coupled to the requirement receiving module (50), and configured to search a plurality of products on the platform based on a plurality of received requirements of the at least one of the plurality of suppliers, the plurality of manufacturers, and the plurality of consumers; and
a list generation and shortlist module (70) operatively coupled to the search module (60), and configured to:
generate a plurality of list of the plurality of products based on a search result;
shortlist the plurality of products from the plurality of list.
2. The system (10) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plurality of product details comprises at least one of product description, dimension, and selling price.
3. The system (10) as claimed in claim 1, further comprises a billing module operatively coupled to the list generation and shortlist module, wherein the billing module configured to:
retrieve a plurality of shortlisted products from the list generation and shortlist module;
generate an invoice for the plurality of shortlisted products.
4. The system (10) as claimed in claim 3, further comprises a payment module operatively coupled to the billing module, wherein the payment module configured to:
generate a payment against a generated invoice;
process the payment of the plurality of shortlisted products upon an authentication of the at least one of the plurality of suppliers, the plurality of manufactures, and the plurality of consumers.
5. The system (10) as claimed in claim 1, further comprises a notification module operatively coupled to the payment module, wherein the notification module configured to:
notify status of at least one of an order and the payment of the plurality of shortlisted products to the at least one of the plurality of suppliers, the plurality of manufactures, and the plurality of consumers;
notify a delivery schedule to the at least one of the plurality of suppliers, the plurality of manufactures, and the plurality of consumers.
6. A method (240) for collaborating a plurality of suppliers supplying a plurality of jewellery equipment, a plurality of manufactures, and a plurality of consumers comprising:
registering, by a data registration module, at least one of the plurality of suppliers, and the plurality of manufactures on a platform upon receiving at least one of a plurality of supplier data, and a plurality of manufacture data from the at least one of the corresponding plurality of suppliers, and the corresponding plurality of manufactures;
retrieving, by the data registration module, a plurality of product details from the at least one of the corresponding plurality of suppliers, and the corresponding plurality of manufactures;
registering, by a consumer data registration module, the plurality of consumers on the platform upon receiving a plurality of consumer data from the corresponding plurality of consumers;
receiving, by a requirement receiving module, at least one of a plurality of supplier requirements by the plurality of suppliers, a plurality of manufacture requirement by the plurality of manufactures, and a plurality of consumer requirements by the plurality of consumers;
searching, by a search module, a plurality of products on the platform based on a plurality of received requirements of the at least one of the plurality of suppliers, the plurality of manufacturers, and the plurality of consumers;
generating, by a list generation and shortlist module, a plurality of list of the plurality of products based on a search result; and
shortlisting, by the list generation and shortlist module, the plurality of products from the plurality of list.
7. The method (240) as claimed in claim 6, further comprising:
retrieving, by a billing module, a plurality of shortlisted products from the list generation and shortlist module;
generating, by the billing module, an invoice for the plurality of shortlisted products.
8. The method (240) as claimed in claim 7, further comprising:
generating, by a payment module, a payment against a generated invoice;
processing, by the payment module, the payment of the plurality of shortlisted products upon an authentication of the at least one of the plurality of suppliers, the plurality of manufactures, and the plurality of consumers.
9. The method (240) as claimed in claim 6, further comprising:
notifying, by a notification module, status of at least one of an order and the payment of the plurality of shortlisted products to the at least one of plurality of suppliers, the plurality of manufactures, and the plurality of consumers;
notifying, by the notification module, a delivery schedule to the at least one of plurality of suppliers, the plurality of manufactures, and the plurality of consumers.

The method (280) as claimed in claim 6, wherein retrieving the plurality of product details from the corresponding plurality of suppliers, and the plurality of manufactures comprises retrieving at least one of product description, dimension, selling price from the corresponding plurality of suppliers, and the plurality of manufactures.

[0001] Embodiments of a present disclosure relate to online marketing place, and more particularly to a system and method to collaborate suppliers, manufactures, and consumers of jewellery equipment.
BACKGROUND
[0002] Supplying and consuming are the most important process in the online marketing world. Supplying and consuming one or more specialized products (E.g., cutting equipment, ornament making and gem polishing) without proper platform is a difficult task for the suppliers, and the consumers.
[0003] In a conventional approach, a consumer must visit the market store directly without knowing the availability of stocks of the specialized products that the consumer wants to buy which leads to a waste of time to the consumer. For suppliers, the supplier needs to store one or more specialized products for sale without knowing the supply and demand of the one or more specialized products. Therefore, the only available way of supplying and consuming products in the conventional approach is a market offline store so that the conventional approach may not have many options to supply and consume products.
[0004] In the newer approach, the internet era changed supplying and consuming (E.g., online sale) habits of the suppliers, and consumers. Nowadays most of the suppliers, and the consumers approach an online platform to supply and consume products. The online platform helps the suppliers, and the consumers in an efficient manner to know one or more offers, stock status of the one or more products and the like), but there is no reliability in the online platform for the specialized products such as cutting equipment, ornament making and gem polishing. However, the conventional and newer approaches fail to generate an efficient market place for specialized products.
[0005] Hence, there is a need for an improved system and method to collaborate suppliers, manufacturers, and consumers of jewellery equipment to address the aforementioned issues.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION
[0006] In accordance with one embodiment of the disclosure, a system to collaborate a plurality of suppliers supplying a plurality of jewellery equipment, the plurality of manufactures, and a plurality of consumers is provided. The system includes a data registration module configured to register at least one of the plurality of suppliers, the plurality of manufactures on a platform upon receiving at least one of a plurality of supplier data, the plurality of manufacture data from the at least one of the corresponding plurality of suppliers, and the corresponding plurality of manufactures. The data registration module is also configured to retrieve a plurality of product details from the at least one of the corresponding plurality of suppliers and the corresponding plurality of manufactures. The system also includes a consumer data registration module configured to register the plurality of consumers on the platform upon receiving a plurality of consumer data from the corresponding plurality of consumers. The system also includes a requirement receiving module operatively coupled to the data registration module and the consumer data registration module. The requirement receiving module is configured to receive at least one of a plurality of supplier requirements by the plurality of suppliers, a plurality of manufacturer requirements by the plurality of manufacturers, and a plurality of consumer requirements by the plurality of consumers. The system also includes a search module operatively coupled to the requirement receiving module. The search module is configured to search a plurality of products on the platform based on a plurality of received requirements of at least one of the plurality of suppliers, the plurality of manufacturers, and the plurality of consumers. The system also includes a list generation and shortlist module operatively coupled to the search module. The list generation and shortlist module is configured to generate a plurality of list of the plurality of products based on a search result. The list generation and shortlist module is also configured to shortlist the plurality of products from the plurality of list.
[0007] In accordance with another embodiment of the disclosure, a method for collaborating a plurality of suppliers supplying a plurality of jewellery equipment, a plurality of manufactures, and a plurality of consumers is provided. The method includes registering at least one of the plurality of suppliers, and the plurality of manufactures on a platform upon receiving at least one of a plurality of supplier data, and a plurality of manufacture data from the at least one of the corresponding plurality of suppliers, and the corresponding plurality of manufacturers by a supplier data registration module. The method also includes retrieving a plurality of product details from the at least one of the corresponding plurality of suppliers, and the corresponding plurality of manufactures by the supplier data registration module. The method also includes registering the plurality of consumers on the platform upon receiving a plurality of consumer data from the corresponding plurality of consumers by a consumer data registration module. The method also includes receiving at least one of a plurality of supplier requirements by the plurality of suppliers, a plurality of manufacture requirement by the plurality of manufactures, and a plurality of consumer requirements by the plurality of consumers by a requirement receiving module. The method also includes searching a plurality of products on the platform based on a plurality of received requirements of the at least one of the plurality of suppliers, the plurality of manufacturers, and the plurality of consumers by a search module. The method also includes generating a plurality of list of the plurality of products based on a search result by a list generation and shortlist module. The method also includes shortlisting the plurality of products from the plurality of list by the list generation and shortlist module.
