Abstract: A system to manage an interior design project is disclosed. The system includes a registration module operable by one or more processor, configured to register one or more customers and a plurality of workers. The system includes an interaction module operable by the one or more processor, configured to provide interaction between each of one or more registered customers and plurality of registered workers in relation to one or more factors of the interior design project. The system includes a design approval module, configured to finalise the interior design project after interaction between each of the one or more registered customers and the plurality of registered workers. The system includes a task management module operable by the one or more processors, configured to manage task execution of each of the plurality of registered workers in real time by an analysing technique. Specification

Claims:1. A system (10) to manage an interior design project, comprising:
a registration module (20) operable by one or more processor, and configured to register one or more customers and a plurality of workers;
an interaction module (30) operable by the one or more processor, and operatively coupled to the registration module (20), wherein the interaction module (30) is configured to provide interaction between each of one or more registered customers and plurality of registered workers in relation to one or more factors of the interior design project;
a design approval module (40) operable by the one or more processor, and operatively coupled to the interaction module (30), wherein the design approval module (40) is configured to finalise the interior design project after interaction between each of the one or more registered customers and the plurality of registered workers;
a task management module (50) operable by the one or more processors, and operatively coupled to the design approval module (40), wherein the task management module (50) is configured to manage task execution of each of the plurality of registered workers in real time by an analysing technique; and
a notification module (60) operable by the one or more processors, and operatively coupled to the task management module (50), wherein the notification module (60) is configured to notify each of the one or more registered customers and each of the plurality of registered workers about real time status of the interior design project.
2. The system (10) as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a report generation module operable by the one or more processors, and operatively coupled to the task management module (50), wherein the report generation module is configured to generate a report of the interior design project in accordance to task execution of each of the plurality of registered workers.
3. The system (10) as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a payment module operable by the one or more processors, and operatively coupled to the task management module (50), wherein the payment module is configured to provide payment method for purchased raw materials as well as task execution of each of the plurality of registered workers.
4. The system (10) as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a storage module operable by the one or more processors, and operatively coupled to the task management module (50), wherein the storage module is configured to store the finalised interior design project and a generated report corresponding to the interior design project.
5. A method (150) for managing an interior design project, comprising:
registering, by a registration module, one or more customers and a plurality of workers (160);
facilitating interaction, by an interaction module, between each of one or more registered customers and a plurality of registered workers in relation to one or more factors of the interior design project (170);
finalising, by a design approval module, the interior design project after interaction between each of the one or more registered customers and the plurality of registered workers (180);
managing, by a task management module, task execution of each of the plurality of registered workers in real time by an analysing technique (190);
notifying, by a notification module, each of the one or more registered customers and each of the plurality of registered workers about real time status of the interior design project (200);
generating, by a report generation module, a report of the interior design project in accordance to task execution of each of the plurality of registered workers (210); and
providing, by a payment module, a payment method for purchased raw materials as well as task execution of each of the plurality of registered workers (220).
6. The method (150) as claimed in claim 5, further comprising storing, by a storage module, the finalised interior design project and a generated report corresponding to the interior design project.

[0001] Embodiments of a present disclosure relates to managing of construction projects, and more particularly to a system and a method to manage an interior design project.
BACKGROUND
[0002] In any interior designing project, for development and construction many people are involved. For example, an interior designer helps designing a given space and provide a comfortable and functional space for a person to live. Further, an interior decorator may be involved, who takes into account the colour schemes, textiles and easy renovations and the like. In addition, a site manager may be involved for maintenance of day to day work in relation to the interior designing project site.
[0003] Fast and easy way of finishing any interior design project is to manage all such involved people on regular basis. Proper understanding of the roles of such involved people is also an important need.
[0004] In conventional approach, manually a customer maintains track of all small projects related to an interior designing project. Monetary data related to the interior designing project, purchase data related to the interior designing project and the like are tracked manually without any central data storage or data verification centre. Effective approach would be to provide a central platform for interaction between the customer and the workers in relation to the interior design project. Real time tracking of task execution of different workers may be verified and checked by the customer. Furthermore, the workers may also be provided with real time guidance by the interior designer.
[0005] Moreover, easy payment facility should be presented without much delay after the concerned task is performed by the workers. Efficient approach would be to enable real time notification about the status of the interior design project.
[0006] Hence, there is a need for an improved system for managing an interior design project and a method to operate the same and therefore address the aforementioned issues.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION
[0007] In accordance with one embodiment of the disclosure, a system to manage an interior design project is disclosed. The system includes a registration module operable by one or more processor. The registration module is configured to register one or more customers and a plurality of workers. The system also includes an interaction module operable by the one or more processor. The interaction module is operatively coupled to the registration module. The interaction module is configured to provide interaction between each of one or more registered customers and plurality of registered workers in relation to one or more factors of the interior design project.
[0008] The system includes a design approval module operable by the one or more processor. The design approval module is operatively coupled to the interaction module. The design approval module is configured to finalise the interior design project after interaction between each of the one or more registered customers and the plurality of registered workers.

The task management module is configured to manage task execution of each of the plurality of registered workers in real time by an analysing technique. [0027] FIG. 1 is a block diagram representation of a system (10) to manage an interior design project in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure. As used herein, the term “interior design” refers to the art and science of enhancing the interior of a building to achieve a healthier and more aesthetically pleasing environment for the people using the space. As used herein, the term “interior designer” refers to someone who plans, researches, coordinates, and manages any interior design projects. In one embodiment, an interior design project involves many small number of projects, that are performed by many specialized people with different job profiles.
[0028] The system (10) includes a registration module (20) operable by one or more processor. The registration module (20) is configured to register one or more customers and a plurality of workers. In one embodiment, the one or more customers is referred to clients employing interior designers or interior decorators for any designing project work. In another embodiment, the plurality of workers may include lead engineer, design engineer, production coordinator, site manager, store manager and the like.
[0029] In one specific embodiment, the one or more customers may provide predefined requirements of designing during registration. In such embodiment, the plurality of workers may choose a particular customer in accordance to location or monetary benefits.

In such exemplary embodiment, during registration the system (10) may ask for details such as name, phone number, email ID, verification details, work type and the like.

It is pertinent to note, that the interaction module (30) provides a through discussion platform between different stakeholders of the interior designing project.

Here, the discussion may be regarding choosing of the carpets, artefacts and the like for the chosen workplace.

The purchase module is configured to enable the plurality of workers to purchase raw materials in relation to the finalised interior design project. In one such embodiment, the purchased raw materials may be stored in an associated store by the store manager.

As used herein, “machine learning” refers to an application of artificial intelligence (AI) that provides systems the ability to automatically learn and improve from experience without being explicitly programmed. Here, every detail regarding the interior design project is updated in real time. In another embodiment, the receipts of purchased raw materials are kept in record for later usage.

At first instance, a customer X (70) along with a designer group Y (80) will register in the system (70) via a registration module (20). During registration the customer X (70) will provide name, phone number, email id, designing requirement details and the like. Similarly, the worker group Y (80) provides details such as name, worker group designation and the like.

The interaction module (30) enables interaction regarding a property Z (90), which is given for interior decoration project. Here, for interaction, the customer X (70) might provide images of property Z (90) as well as prior requirement details of the customer X (70). Further, a registered lead designer or design expert from the designer group Y (80) may provide feedback. Such interactions might lead to finalising of the design project regarding property Z (90) by a design approval module (40).
