, Description:FIELD OF INVENTION
[0001] Embodiments of a present disclosure relate to creating one or more leads, more particularly, to system and method to manage one or more leads.
BACKGROUND
[0002] Leads are defined as installation of consumer interest or enquiry into products or services of a business or an institution. In conventional, approaches, leads are brought into services by an exclusive individual who have the professional background and experiences in communicating with the leads in order to provide them the products or services offered by an entity. In such conventional approaches, the user (salesperson) makes a call with one or more leads to discuss and convince the leads to incur the product or service the entity is offering. At times the leads may be pre-occupied or busy with their schedules and such calls from the user may be disturbing and also can annoy the entities at times. Both the user and the leads are in a situation where anyone needs to compromise on their work or time, which makes such a conventional approach less reliable and less user friendly. It can also happen that, even if the leads want to take the assistance form the user for their corresponding product or service, the same may be compromised due to the lack of synchronization of time and therefore communication gap between the leads and the user, thereby making the conventional approach for managing the leads less efficient.
[0003] Hence, there is a need for an improved system and method to manage one or more leads to address the aforementioned issues.

Initially, when the multiple users (110) register with the financial institution (100) on a platform upon providing user details such as personal information such as contact details, name address, and the like; professional information such as occupation, employer, and the like, one or more call logs with the bank ‘A’ (100) during one or more discussions, and the like, duration of one or more calls between the bank ‘A’ (100) and the corresponding user (110); which are shared via an input module (30) managed by one or more processors (20) using a corresponding user device (120). When the bank ‘A’ (100) initiates the offer, a road map for each of the multiple users (100) is created by an event scheduling module (40). Further, based on all the received data, the created road map and historic details of each of the multiple users (110) based on previous transactions with the bank ‘A’ (100) and other financial institutions, contact analysis module (50) will analyse all the above said details and generate an analysis result. Based on the analysis result, a contact scheduling module (60) will schedule an appointment to have a call for an authorized user of the bank ‘A’ with one or more of the multiple users (110) at different time slots. Once the call between the bank ‘A’ (100) and the user (110) takes place, based on the discussion over the call, the content is analysed and a prediction with respect to a percentage of the user being interested in the offer, gets generated by a contact recommendation module (70).
[0029] Furthermore, based on the recommendation, if the probability of the user being interested in the offer is high, then a contextual reminder module (80) generates a reminder for the authorized user of the bank ‘A’ (100) to follow up with the corresponding user (110). Based on the further discussion, a notification module (130) generates a notification for the authorized user to initiate the status of the road map generated.
[0030] Consequently, if any modifications are identified in the status of the user (110), a context suggestion module (140) may suggest one or more keywords for an ML model which may be responsible in creating the road map, suggestions and the notifications for both the user (110) and the financial institution respectively.
[0031] Furthermore, based on all the activities and communications between the user (110) and the bank ‘A’ (100), a rating module (150) may rate the corresponding multiple users (110) for which may be utilized by the system (90) to manage the potential leads for the financial institution (110).
[0032] Furthermore, the one or more processors (20), the input module (30), the event scheduling module (40), the contact analysis module (50), the contact scheduling module (60), the contact recommendation module (70), the contextual reminder module (80), the notification module (130), the context suggestion module (140) and the rating module (150) of FIG. 2 are substantially similar to one or more processors (20), an input module (30), an event scheduling module (40), a contact analysis module (50), a contact scheduling module (60), a contact recommendation module (70), a contextual reminder module (80), a notification module, a context suggestion module and a rating module of FIG. 1 respectively.
