FIELD OF INVENTION
This invention relates to system and process for electronically and digitally securing an article and more particularly to a system where input/ request for securing an article is more than the capacity of output/delivery.
BACKGROUND OF INVENTION
In the existing technology securing of an article in advance for future use is a tedious work and many times require a long queue, long waiting and uncertainty of delivery which leads to displeasure among the manufacturer, supplier and customer. Again it is usually seen that every individual does not get fare chance of securing desired article and possibility of tempering the system increases chances of litigation. A possibility of filling multiple requests, non payment of the price of article and no-timely refund of advance payments also arises.
OBJECTS OF INVENTION
The main object of this invention is to obviate the aforementioned drawbacks by providing a System and process for electronically and digitally securing an article.
SUMMARY OF INVENTION
A system and process for electronically and digitally securing an article comprising: a means for capturing information coupled to a means for payment gateways
which receives payment from applicant;
a means for cancellation of securing article to cancel such request in any stage
after receiving payment from said applicant and before delivery of said article;
a means for compliances assessments to check compliance program
requirement with captured information, captured by said means of capturing
information;

a means for validating compliances to check validity;
a communications means to communicate about validity compliance to Client
1 and said Applicant about such validity of said article securing request and
a- means for unique number generation for each application for random
allocation.

A system and process for electronically and digitally securing an article comprising:
a means for segmenting captured information into different buckets according to information available in the article securing request;
a means for checking the availability in different segments by comparing with availability of said different segments and a means for allocating such articles for available segment;
a means for random allocation of article securing request in non-available segment according to the availability of articles;
a communication means for communicating the applicant about such allocation or non-allocation in desired segment; and if such applicant is not allocated such article a follow-up means is provided for Refund, or to secure such payment in investment instrument, or retention of such article securing request till initiation of next allocation and retaining such amount of payment as an investment instrument; and a means for cancellation of securing article to cancel such request in any stage after receiving payment from said applicant and before delivery of said article.
A system and process for electronically and digitally securing an article comprising:
a means for segmenting the allocated article location wise;
a means for segmenting the allocated article location and segment wise;
a means for random allocation to fix priority, of delivery, of different article securing requests;
a means for Minimum Shipping Quantity (MSQ) creation for different locations each of which is assigned a unique number;
a means for random number generation for MSQ to fix priority of delivery;

a means for mapping of the priority of the allocated article securing request with the prioritized MSQ based on location and segment;
a means for cancellation of securing article to cancel such request before deliver)- of said article;
a means for MSQ adjustment in case of cancellation for the deliver}' batch;
a communication means is provided to communicate applicants prior to delivery about renewed priority date and for remaining payment transfer, and delivery center about the renewed priority date of delivery and said remaining payment transfer.
A methodology for securing an article comprising:
a means for capturing information coupled to a means for payment which receives payment from applicant: said means for capturing information is provided to capture information from online article securing request for specific fields and also to capture the same information for said specific fields from physical article securing request: said means for payment is provided to receive payment through electronically and physically;
a means for unique number generation for each application for random allocation; said means for unique number generation generates two sets of unique number one for online article securing request and other for physical article securing request; a means allocating article based on random allocation:
a means for compliances assessments to check compliance program requirement with captured information, captured by said means of capturing information; said means for compliances assessments is provided to check compliance program requirement such as all applicable fields in said article securing request; said means for compliances assessment is provided to check uniqueness of such request:

a means for validating compliances to check validity; said validity check process includes legibility and completeness of said article securing request and validity of payment transfer; a means for allocation rejection based on said compliances assessments and said validating compliances;
a means for repeating said random allocation for said rejected allocation, a means for MSQ creation for different locations; said MSQ created based on said random allocation grouped against location; said MSQ has a predefined quantity; a means for priorities MSQ generated for delivery; said MSQ serially numbered for delivery; a means for communicating to plant for supply of said MSQ against location according to the priority;
a communications means to communicate about said allotment to Applicant about such allotment of said article against such securing request; a communication means for communicating the applicant about such allocation or non-allocation; and if such applicant is not allocated such article a follow-up means is provided for Refund, or retention of such article securing request till initiation of next allocation and retaining such amount of payment against such securing request;
a means for cancellation of securing article to cancel such request in any stage after receiving payment from said applicant and before delivery of said article; said means for cancellation is provided to cross-check for original said article securing request confirmation, acknowledgement of the same, and cancellation request and generates such cancellation number only for those where said article securing request is valid; said means for cancellation along with the communication means interact in such a way that they inform the applicant, delivery centers about the cancellation once cancellation number is generated and cancellation charges is adjusted against the payment received from the applicant;
a means for MSQ adjustment in case of cancellation for the delivery batch; a communication means is provided to communicate applicants prior to delivery about

renewed priority date and for remaining payment transfer, and delivery center about the renewed priority date of delivery and said remaining payment transfer.

DETAIL DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION
Referring now to the drawings wherein the showings are for the purpose of illustrating a preferred embodiment of the invention only, and not for the purpose of limiting the same.
A system and process for electronically and digitally securing an article has a means for capturing information coupled to a means for payment gateways which receives payment from applicant. A means for cancellation of securing article to cancel such request in any stage after receiving payment from said applicant and before delivery of said article is also provided. A means for compliances assessments checks compliance program requirement with captured information, captured by said means

of capturing information. A means for validating compliances checks validity. A communications means communicates about validity compliance to Client 1 and said Applicant about such validity of said article securing request and a means for unique number generation generates unique number for each application for random allocation.
The means for capturing information is provided to capture information from online article securing request for specific fields and also to capture the same information for said specific fields from physical article securing request. The means for cancellation is provided to cross-check for original said article securing request confirmation, acknowledgement of the same, and cancellation request and generates such cancellation number only for those where said article securing request is valid. The means for cancellation along with the communication means interact in such a way that they inform the applicant, Client 1 and delivery centers about the cancellation once cancellation number is generated and cancellation charges is recovered from the applicant. The means for compliances assessments is provided to check compliance program requirement such as all applicable fields in said article securing request. The validity check process includes legibility and completeness of said article securing request and validity of payment transfer. The communications means communicates to mobile device of said applicant and Client 1 and uploads such information in internet. The means for unique number generation generates two sets of unique number one for online article securing request and other for physical article securing request.
The system and process for electronically and digitally securing an article also has a means for segmenting captured information into different buckets according to information available in the article securing request. Means for checking the availability in different segments by comparing with availability of said different segments and a means for allocating such articles for available segment is also provided. Means for random allocation of article securing request in non-available segment allocates according to the availability of articles. Communication means

communicates the applicant about such allocation or non-allocation in desired segment; and if such applicant is not allocated such article a follow-up means is provided for Refund, or to secure such payment in investment instrument, or retention of such article securing request till initiation of next allocation and retaining such amount of payment as an investment instrument; and a means for cancellation of securing article to cancel such request in any stage after receiving payment from said applicant and before delivery of said article.
Another embodiment of system and process for electronically and digitally securing an article comprises of a means for segmenting the allocated article location wise. A means for segmenting the allocated article location and segment wise is also provided. Means for random allocation fixes priority of delivery of different article securing requests. Means for Minimum Shipping Quantity (MSQ) creation for different locations each of which is assigned a unique number is also incorporated in the system. Means for random number generation for MSQ fixes priority of delivery and means for mapping of the priority of the allocated article securing request with the prioritized MSQ based on location and segment maps for the same. It is also provided with a means for cancellation of securing article to cancel such request before delivery of said article and a means for MSQ adjustment in case of cancellation for the delivery batch. Communication means communicates applicants prior to delivery about renewed priority date and for remaining payment transfer, and delivery center about the renewed priority date of delivery and said remaining payment transfer.
In yet another embodiment methodology for securing an article comprising following means and steps: a means for capturing information coupled to a means for payment which receives payment from applicant; said means for capturing information is provided to capture information from online article securing request for specific fields and also to capture the same information for said specific fields from physical article securing request; said means for payment is provided to receive payment through electronically and physically; a means for unique number
