Abstract: A system comprising a hardware platform provided at premises of an authorized agent such that to interact with a main server in order to enter required information about a farmer / grower / producer / manufacturer and his / her family members, land revenue records and input used. Other hardware platforms being provided at premises of the farmer / grower / producer / manufacturer, Govt, nodal agency and end user / purchaser. Respectively through specific modules such that to allow these users to see desired information available on the main server.

This invention relates to a system and process to trace, identify authenticity and
availability of products. Particularly this invention relates to a system for use by the grower, user of the products and nodal agencies trace, identify / determine authenticity and availability of the products.
PRIOR ART
People now a day likes to monitor & check complete traceability of products, for example, fruits, vegetables, food products and food grains like wheat, maze, pulses, etc., as they want to know about the authenticity of such products before consumption. The products, as mentioned herein above, are available in the market, but it is not certain whether the product is, in fact, a genuine product. Therefore, Government has established Govt, agency which is authorized to issue certificates regarding authenticity of an organic product and various other mechanism for maintaining the traceability of the products. In case of agricultural products a product grower submit an application at the Govt, agency and provides information about the product to obtain the certificate about the authenticity of his / her organic product(s). The Govt, agency after conducting due tests and visit, if required, certify the product and issues a certificate about the authenticity of an organic product. Also in case of non-organic products, manufacturers or growers maintain record of traceability of products. It is a type of deemed certification displayed as a label on the product(s).
Patent no KR101110488B1, teaches about traceability of an egg. The egg is given an egg search code capable of accurately searching the egg history information by the number of digits that can be printed on the egg, and it is possible to accurately

specify the history information of the egg based on the egg search code assigned to the egg. Of the egg search codes attached to the egg history code, one of the unused egg search codes is determined to be an egg search code to be given to the egg, and the determined egg search code is assigned to the eggs having the same history information. The attached egg search code is stored in correspondence with an egg history code and an egg date code, and in accordance with a request for providing history information showing the egg date code and / or egg search code from the consumer terminal 70, the egg date code And an egg history code attached to the egg search code, and transmits the history information specified by the retrieved egg history code to the consumer terminal 70 through the communication network 50. Patent no. EP1934888B1, teaches about a method for the traceability of plants after field planting and during the whole productive and commercial cycle, by means of the RFID Tags (Radio Frequency Identification) technology in the nursery sector comprising; the selection and cultivating of mother plants, producers of scions; the marking of mother plants by the grafting of radio-frequency microchips containing information relating to the plant itself, directly in the trunk, wherein the radio-frequency microchip is grafted in the trunk of the plant by producing a vertical cut under the cortex of the trunk and it is subsequently sealed with plastic material for nursery use; the application of a microchip on the bulk of scions, produced by each mother plant; the application of a microchip in the bulk of graft-holders on which information relating to the seed is to be inserted; the insertion of a microchip directly in the trunk of the final plant, suitably sealed at the moment of the grafting of the scion on the graft-holder for the production of the

final plant, wherein the radio-frequency microchip is grafted in the trunk of the plant by producing a vertical cut under the cortex of the trunk and it is subsequently sealed with plastic material for nursery use; the handling and display of the traceability data by means of a suitable software system installed on a palm¬top PC, having a suitable RFID reader/writer.
In the patent application no. NZ534918A, a method and system are disclosed for monitoring the processing of items such as pieces of meat, including carcasses of pigs, calves, beeves and so on, also poultry, fish etc., where use is made of an identification for the individual animal and / or the individual item or part item. The processing involves cutting-up into smaller pieces, inasmuch as a registration of identification for a piece of meat, a carcass or the like is affected. The piece of meat is allocated to one of a multiple of workstations, inasmuch as identification for the said workstation is registered and the allocated piece of meat is processed at the workstation while use is made of visual instruction. Hereafter, a further transport is established of the whole or parts of the yield from the cutting-up of the allocated piece of meat, such as one or more cuts. The further transport is similarly registered so that traceability is established for the pieces of meat, including also for the cuts.
Patent application no. JP2011248741 A, teaches about an agricultural product traceability system comprising a terminal which moves with a machine for harvesting or transporting agricultural products and a server which receives information from the terminal. The terminal comprises a positional information acquisition unit for acquiring the positional information of the terminal and a transmission unit for transmitting the positional information and the machine ID of

the machine to the server. The server comprises a storage unit for storing the positional information of a feature, a receiving unit for receiving the positional information and the machine ID transmitted from the terminal, and an ID information processing unit for associating the machine ID with the feature ID of the feature when the positional information of the feature stored in the storage unit agrees with the positional information transmitted from the terminal.

In the patent application no. US20170293882A1, a supply chain management using mobile devices or a web server to assist consumers of products is disclosed. The web server comprises, an electronic data network interface to connect the server to an electronic data network; an interface for communicating with a traceabihty server, the traceabihty server storing a supply chain record for each of a number of products, each supply chain record comprising, for a corresponding product, a product identification, manufacturing information, shipping information and whether there has been a recall of the corresponding product; and an interface for communicating via the electronic data network with a mobile device; the server to: receive barcode data for a product from the mobile device; access the traceabihty server, using the barcode data, to obtain the supply chain record for the product; determine from the supply chain record when there is a reason for

a consumer to avoid the product; and in response to a determination that there is a reason for a consumer to avoid the product, output a notification to the mobile device of the reason to avoid the product.
Patent application no. WO2011124951A1, teaches about a process for electronic management of organic production and certification. The process comprises electronically manage at least one of planting information, growing information, harvesting information, farmers information, and weather information for a particular crop from a defined geographic area via formation of clusters of farmers Imparting Training, On-farm Input Management Implementation of e-traceability and on-line documentation, Setting up of Internal Control System (ICS), Risk assessment and Internal inspection, Approval of decision External Inspection and Certification the electronic management of organic production being incidental to or accompanying at least one of pre-planting, planting, organic application, and harvesting of the particular crop; forming a respective data profile about characteristics for the particular crop based on the recorded information, the data profile comprising the recorded planting information and the harvesting information associated with one another based on a planting location generally matching a harvesting location for a specific growing season of a particular crop; The e-traceability system is developed to provide a direct linkage between crop production practices of the farmers and the regulatory agencies verifying the authenticity of food. A multi-tiered electronic information system was developed for communication both within the project and for external use of the regulatory bodies including certification. The process of e-traceability provides a cost effective method for determining the geographical and production origin of agricultural products.

Patent application no. WO2017056100A1 teaches about an integrated computing system for integrated crop management, the system comprising:
a. an agri-pole device, and wherein the agri-pole device is a server of agriculture
service provider, and wherein the agri-pole comprises a hardware processor,
memory, GPS module and a Wi-Fi hotspot module, and wherein the agri-pole
device is configured to act as a Wi-Fi hot spot device for enabling internet

wherein the application is downloaded from the agri-pole through Wi-Fi
connectivity, when the computing device is not provided with internet

US patent application no. US20150235170A1, teaches about a product management unit that includes a processor, a memory, an identifier generating unit and an identifier reading unit with the memory operating a program executing the steps of: retrieving a plurality of rules relating to the production and delivery of a product from a producer to a client; selecting at least one provider based on the plurality of rules to provide the product in compliance with the client rules; selecting a facility to aggregate the product from the at least one provider based on the client rules; selecting a distributor to deliver the product to the client from a distribution facility to the client based the client rules; selecting a backhaul provider to deliver the product from the aggregation facility to the distribution facility based on the client rules; generating a unique identifier for the product and affixing the unique identifier to the product or a container holding the product; associating the unique identifier with the provider, facility, distributor and back haul provider; and monitoring the movement of the product to confirm compliance with the customer rules by receiving the product identifier at two or more delivery stages.
There are disadvantages associated with the conventional system regarding authenticity of the organic products. One of the disadvantages is that there is no system known in the art which can trace the organic product's production from showing of the seeds till the product reaches in the market for the consumption by the user.

Another disadvantage associated with the conventional systems is that it requires more info about the organic products, but provides very lees info to the user about the organic products.
Yet another disadvantage associated with the conventional systems is that the nodal agency / Govt, agency can not access the information, regarding the organic products, available with a private agency.
Still another disadvantage associated with the conventional systems is that the Govt, agency issues the certificate based on the information provided by the farmer and after conducting inadequate tests and inspection.
A further disadvantage associated with the conventional systems is that the farmers use the certificate for years together and do not apply, every year, to revalidate and renew the authenticity certificate for the same organic product.
Therefore, there is need of a system which is capable to cater different requirements of different users at different places on a real time basis.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a system and process to trace, identify authenticity, purity and availability of products and which obviates the disadvantages associated with the prior art.
Another object of the present invention is to provide system and process to trace, identify authenticity and availability of products which allows the user to trace complete info about the products form input procurement till the end products available in the market.

Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a system and process to trace, identify authenticity and availability of products which is easy to implement and is useful to the farmers, growers, traders, users and even to the Government regulatory agencies.
Still further object of the present invention is to provide a system and process to trace, identify authenticity and availability of products which is capable to recall the products from the market, by the farmers / growrs / traders, in case the product is not in fact an organic product.
A further object of the present invention is to provide a system and process to trace, identify authenticity and availability of products which is easy to link with other services and applications through API (application program interface).
Another object of the present invention is to provide a system and process to trace, identify authenticity and availability of organic products which is capable to be used as an automatic certification system about the organic products.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a system and process to trace, identify authenticity and availability of products which allows growers to access the system and know about input management e.g. soil condition, kinds of fertilizer to be used for different kinds of prduce, crops to be grown in the field and thus the grower / farmer decides which produce / crop is to be grown. This increases production, productivity and quality of product.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a traceability system and process to identify authenticity and availability of products which connects the end user with the grower / farmer of the products.

A further object of the present invention is to provide a traceabihty system and process to identify authenticity and availability of products and which allows the Govt, agencies to access the system and ascertain the quality of the products and can catch any and all kinds of irregularities, for example, adulteration, use of the unauthorized chemicals and chemical fertilizer, etc.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a traceabihty system and process to identify authenticity and availability of products which facilitates geo mapping and geo fencing of the area for a product(s).
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a traceabihty system to identify authenticity and availability of products which facilitates estimation of the yield of different crops and shortage of the product, if any, is determined in advance.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a traceabihty system and process to identify authenticity and availability of products which facilitates estimation of the required inputs (example seeds and fertilizer, in advance, needed to grow organic crops).
A further object of the present invention is to provide a traceabihty system and process to identify authenticity and availability of products which facilitates estimation of the total area, in advance, needed to grow particular crop.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a traceabihty system and process to identify authenticity and availability of products which allows entries about the grower details, for example, total members in the family, number of the

male and female members in the family, qualification of each member of the family and similar other information needed by different agencies of the Government.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a traceability system and process to identify authenticity and availability of products which facilitates implementation of different kinds of Government schemes meant for the welfare of the farmers / grower / producers.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a traceability system and process to identify authenticity and availability of products which facilitates compliance of traceability for export of products.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
According to this invention there is provided a system comprising a hardware platform provided at premises of an authorized agent such that to interact with a main server in order to enter required information about a farmer / grower / producer / manufacturer and his / her family members, land revenue records and input used, other hardware platforms being provided at premises of the farmer / grower / producer / manufacturer, Govt, nodal agency and end user / purchaser, respectively through specific modules such that to allow these users to see desired information available on the main server.
Further, according to this invention there is provided a process comprising a comprising entering information about grower / producer / manufacturer and his / her family members including age, qualification, gender, etc., entering information about land revenue records, entering details about product / crop including name of the crop, fertilizer used, watering cycle and the agency to which the product was

sold, generating soil health report and uploading such reports on the main server, accessing soil health report by the grower / producer to know about the condition of the soil and use of the organic / chemical fertilizers, entering details about the product, use of fertilizers and sale of the product by the grower / producer / manufacturer, purchasing company, entering details about the product purchased from the farmer / producer by the retailer, accessing details about the products grown by different growers / farmers and to know availability of the products including and even the authorized retailers, accesses the details about the different growers / producers, organic / inorganic products grown by different growers / farmers and also availability of the organic / inorganic products and even about authorized retailers who are selling such product by the end users,

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A traceability system to identify authenticity and availability of products is herein described with numerous specific details so as to provide a complete understanding of the invention. However these specific details are exemplary

details and should not be treated as the limitation to the scope of the invention. Throughout this specification the word "comprise" or variations such as "comprises or comprising", will be understood to imply the inclusions of a stated element, integer or step, or group of elements, integers or steps, but not the exclusions of any other element, integer or step or group of elements, integers or steps.
Referring to the drawing figure 1, block diagram of a system to trace, identify authenticity and availability of products is shown. The system comprises a hardware platform, for example, a computer, smart phone and the like device 1 provided at the premises / office of the authorized person / agent such that to interact with a main server - 2 in order to feed / enter the required information, for example, details about the farmer / grower / producer / manufacturer and his / her family members, land revenue records, and input used. In one embodiment, the main server 2 is provided on a cloud server platform 3. The hardware 1 is adapted to interact with the main server 2 with the help of a FTP (file transfer protocol) and internet connection.
The authorized person / agent also feed the info about the type of land, grading of the land, land revenue record, geo mapping and geo fencing of the area / land. Information about the weather and climatic conditions are also feed by the authorized person / agent. In one embodiment, the authorized agent uses an application / software program known as, 'Annadata Application' to obtain all the above mentioned information about the background of the grower / farmer, his / her spouse and children including personal details about age, education, gender, etc. The 'Annadata App' also provides details about the revenue records of the land and establishes the ownership of the farmer / grower on a particular piece of

land. The information about the use of inputs e.g. seeds, fertilizer, pesticides, feed etc. are also obtained by the authorized agent from 'Annadata App' and are entered in the invented novel system.
The authorized agent also enters the information about the health of the site / area / soil, for example, type of the soil, name and amount of the nutrients, for example, Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potassium, Sodium, etc., already available in the soil, based on the test report obtained by the agent from the testing lab. In one embodiment, the authorized agent uses an application / software program known as, 'Dharati Ka Doctor' to obtain the information about the health of the soil, that is, name and amount of the nutrients, for example, Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potassium, Sodium, etc., already available in the soil.
The system of the present invention, according to an embodiment, is capable of taking data form PLC (programmable logic controller) and API (application program interface) about the soil testing results. The data is collected for every site, for example, field and crop in case of crops. The system thus provides information on - site health conditions, package of practices suitable to the site / soil type, balanced use of fertilizers/ inputs information of soil testing results, soil surveys, organic farming, details of soil testing mobile labs, expert advice and grievance management through multiple service delivery channels to the growers / farmers.
The invented system analyses the input information about the health of the soil / land and generate reports, having details of the name and amount of the nutrients available in the soil and also name and amount of the inputs / fertilizer(s) required

to fulfill the deficiency of the nutrients in the soil needed to grow particular crop in that plot of agricultural land.
The main server 2 is also adapted to be connected with a hardware platform, for example, a computer or a mobile phone 4, 5 and 6 provided at the premises / residence of the farmer / grower / producer / manufacturer, and office of the Govt, nodal agency and end user / purchaser, respectively through specific modules, such that to allow these users to see / access desired information available on the main server 2.
In one embodiment, all the components, for example, authorized agent's app, ERP and user app are adapted to interact with each other and / or integrated with each other with the help of the invented system. Therefore, if an item / product do not follow the above route / steps and reach to another channel directly even than the invented system is able to track the traceability of the particular item / product.
The grower / producer, when access to the invented system, through an app loaded in his / her mobile phone 4, sees a farmer / grower card (please see figure - 3) having details about himself / herself, his / her agricultural land and soil health of his / her agricultural, that is, available quantity of nitrogen, sodium, phosphorus, potassium (NPK), etc. The grower / producer also comes to know about the required amount of all the nutrients which are to be used for growing a particular crop. Also, the grower / producer comes to know about, (a) Geo mapping of village/area, (b) Geo fencing / details of site, and (c) Grading report on the basis of testing. The farmers / growers also gets information on recommended doses of fertilizers, based on the recommendations by the computer operated auto formulae. Results of the front line demonstrations conducted on different crops for

proving efficacy of soil health management are listed for different agro climatic zones. The geowers / farmers thus come to know about right kind of seeds of the same crop or an alternative crop depending on expected yield and maturity period after considering soil condition and other agro- climatic parameters. In addition farmer / grower has an option to choose organic, chemical and mix fertilizers recommendations.
The system, according to an embodiment, provides information to the farmer / grower about the agronomic practices for different crops as per the recommendations of the Scientific Institutions. Such practices inform about the week-by-week calendar of activities from pre-sowing to harvesting stage of crop cycle. Best practices for each crop stage for management of plant population, crop stand and monitoring of pests and diseases. The system also provide through automation of dissemination of information of pest roving survey, expert advice on different aspects of crop management and grievance management through multiple service delivery channels to the farmers / growers. The system also provides information services addressing farm machinery availability, quality and guidance to / growers / farmers. The system also aims to provide digital tool-kits to trainers and progressive farmers / growers using ICT, and SMS based alerts on training calendar. According to an embodiment, the system aims to collect, store, index and disseminate information on good agricultural practices (GAP) generated by farmers, growers and research institutions.
According to another embodiment, the system aims to provide information to the farmers / grower at the disaggregated village level in each agro-ecological sub-region on forecasted weather, agro-met advisory, alerts for weather forecast and

crop impact and grievance management through multiple service delivery channels to the farmers / growers.
In one embodiment the farmer / grower enters the details of the company / distributer to which the organic / inorganic product was sold so as to facilitate tracking of the traceability of the products. The product purchasing company / distributer enters details about the organic product purchased from the farmer / grower using ERP (enterprise resource planning) Software and also about the retailer to whom the product was further sold.
The end user access to the system of the present invention, through a software application loaded in his / her mobile phone 5, to know about availability of organic / inorganic products and name and address of the retailer available in his / her locality. The end user also come to know about the traceability & authenticity of the products based on the complete information about the product, that is, from showing of the various inputs like seeds, fertilizer used, harvesting of the crop, and then movement of the product to the retailers. In this manner the traceability with purity and authenticity is traced by the end user. The end user / general public also come to know about, 1. the price list of different crops and products, 2. complete traceability of crops, products, inputs like fertilizer pesticides used and crop grower / farmer, 3. information and contact detail of the farmers, 4. information about nearest mandi or location of availability of the products, 5. information about nearest distributor and retailers, and 6. grades and varieties of raw material.
The Government nodal agencies also access the data / information, about the organic / inorganic products and crop growers, on the computer 6 at the respective office and know about the use of the raw material by the farmer / grower so as to

ascertain authenticity of the organic products and also to extend required help to such farmer / growers / producer as per the policy of the Govt. In this manner the traceability with purity and authenticity is traced by the Govt, agencies. The Govt, agency also comes to know about the following information, i. about the relevant regulatory authority, ii. about personal and family details of the grower, iii. about economic status, income, loan, etc. on the grower, iv. about Government subsidy, availed or not by the farmer / grower, if yes, then how much and for what purpose, v. about suffering of a family member from any chronic disease or any other major problem, vi. about the status of the scheme and how many and who are the beneficiaries of the scheme. Thus, all kinds of information are easily available to all the regulatory authority whosoever is in need of such information.
In one embodiment the system administrator issues a specific user ID and password, to the user, for example, Govt, nodal agency to facilitate login into the system in order to access the specific information which are relevant to such agencies.
According to an embodiment, the system of the present invention provides information to all the stack holder, for example, farmers / crop growers, company / distributers, retailers and buyers and even to the Govt, nodal agencies regarding prices of the different products, including minimum support prices (MSPs), quality associated with MSP and historic prices. It also provides information on arrivals of different standardized commodities at the market yards, alerts for prices, arrivals and commodity indices, alerts and expert advice on issues related to future prices and arrivals trends and mechanism for grievance management.

Therefore, according to an embodiment, the system of the present invention provides an e-platform for marketing of produce; SMS based alerts for the growers / farmers, sellers, buyers and includes the information about the transporters. Therefore the system of the present invention is beneficial to the growers / farmers, sellers, buyers, and even to the Govt, nodal agencies, as well.
According to another embodiment, the system of the present invention aims to provide automation process of issuing an organic certificate (see figure - 4) based on a work flow basis, provide information about fees and status alerts. The system of the present invention is a novel system of its kind, because all the inputs information about the farmers / crop growers, use of the seeds, fertilizers, pesticides and / or other chemicals, entered / fed by the authorized agent and / or farmers are tracked at each and every stage and are verified even up to point of sale (POS) and / or retailers. Also the linkage of the system with the soil testing makes the system of the present invention unique. Further, an internal auto validation mechanism is provided to authenticate each and every certificate without any human intervention.
According to yet another embodiment, the system aims to provide information about the marketing infrastructure at the regulated market yards, post-harvest facilities available at the yards. The system also aims to provide information about storage infrastructure like availability of the storage space, capacity and fees for storages / warehouses of both the private and public sector. This system even address the information needs of the farmers on credit linkages. An advisory alert for the farmer / grower & local authorities is provided on the basis of crop selected, market demand and storage information to better plan their activities.

According to yet another embodiment, the system of the present invention provides information about the schemes and programs implemented at the Central and State level Govts, with respect to physical progress and fund utilization, automation of issue and submission of utilization certificate and mechanism for grievance management. The system also provides information on list / categories of beneficiaries and thus helps remove duplication by codifying and linking them with land records database. The system also provides facility to common public and Government officials to search for relevant information using customizable queries. Monitoring mechanism for each scheme is defined and the reports of the monitoring teams are posted at the end of the scheduled work. The evaluation reports are listed for different schemes for the past five evaluations. There is a calendar of activities listed for approaching and ongoing evaluation work such as, implementation of farmer's friend, demonstration plot concept and farmers' club are major. All the benefit are thus given to farmer through this application.
According to still another embodiment, the system of the present invention provides information about good practices for fish farming, efficient use of feed material etc. dealer network, quality control, fishermen safety, fish diseases, schemes for fishermen and fish production statistics, automation of fish seed grower registration, vessel registration, expert advice and mechanism for grievance management.
According to a further embodiment, the system of the present invention provides information about water release schedule, best practices on irrigation, web based interface for selection of beneficiaries under amended MGNREGA clause, information on ground water, availability and viability of tube wells etc. In an area

where water level in reservoirs and likely area of different crop mixes that can be irrigated from it, irrigation equipment, expert advice and mechanism for grievance management is provided. The system lists the command area created and planned to service at the end of each crop season under different projects including the Government tube wells, lift irrigation and canal irrigation (including information on distribution network in a command area).
According to another embodiment, the system of the present invention provides information about past / present trends and management by linking with the inputs received from the States and expert bodies such as Indian Space Application Centre (ISRO), National Remote Sensing Centre (NRSA), and India Meteorological Department (IMD) etc. Thus, the Drought Management Information System (DMIS) is upgraded to make it Tehsil centric and, if possible, convert the information to GIS (geographic information system). The system also provides a template for online submission of memorandum on drought relief under NCCF (National Calamity Contingency Fund) based on the manual of drought management published by the department. Also, a template for the report of the central team is prepared for online submission of the report. Decision making tools are provided backing the report for making recommendations. The system also provides relevant information through up-gradation of Drought Management Information System and linkages with efforts of Department of Space.
According to yet another embodiment, the system of the present invention provides information about livestock management related activities at the state level. It also aims to provide information and expert advisory on live-stock during

normal circumstances and also during drought. The system also provides information on availability of fodder in the nearest region of the farmer / grower.
Thus, the system of the present invention, according to an embodiment works for complete traceability for; (i) Raw material traceability system for tracing, for example, seed, fertilizer, chemical sprays / pesticides, irrigation water, livestock, feed, and additives and chemicals etc., (ii) Process traceability system for tracing, for example, post-harvest operation/procurement system and enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, (iii) Products traceability system for tracing, for example, DMS, Order App and Billing & Accounting System and (iv) End user traceability system for tracing, for example, type and origin, source, supplier customer app and reporting portal for Govt, authorities.
Referring to figure 2, block diagram of the process flow chart is shown. The authorized agent, in block - 1, login the invented system and enters all the relevant information collected by him / her at the time visiting the farmer / grower. The information comprises, for example, personal information, information about the members of the family including age, education, income, health status, gender, religion and complete address, etc. along with ID detail and all other relevant information about each member. The information so entered are stored in the main server.
The authorized agent and / or testing lab, in block - 2, enters complete details of the land, for example, land revenue details about the area of the land, khasara and khatauni number, etc. so as to identify the land and the owner of the land.

Also, the authorized agent and / or testing lab, in block - 3, enters details about the health of the soil as per test report, that is, amount or percentage of the available nutrients, for example, nitrogen, sodium, phosphorus, potassium (NPK), etc. in the soil.
The main server, in block - 4, generates soil health report automatically, based on the information entered by the authorized agent and predefined values already fed in the main server, having details about the presence of NPK, etc. in the soil, and required amount of NPK, etc. needed to grow a particular crop. The soil health report so generated is uploaded on the main server, automatically.
The grower / farmer, in block - 5, accesses the soil health report uploaded on the main server with the help of his hand held device and come to know as how much amount of NPK, etc. is required for growing a crop organically or based on chemical fertilizer. For this purpose the grower / farmer has to download an app which can run on a smart mobile phone or can also be guided by agent, web portal or SMS based service.
The grower / agent / user, in block - 6, enters details about the produce including name of the produce / crop, fertilizer used. The grower / agent / user also enters the details about the agency to which the product was sold.
The product purchasing company / dealer / retailer, in block - 7, enters details about the product purchased from the grower / farmer using ERP (enterprise resource planning) Software and also about the retailer to whom the product was further sold. In this manner the user come to about the dealer / retailer from the

system. The purchasing company use an app for taking order from retailer and mapping each and every retailer with material sold.
Alternatively, the dealer / agency / distributer in block - 8, enters details about the dealer / agency / distributer or retailer using the billing application. The large scale distributors can use the application for taking orders form the retailers.
The user, in block - 9, accesses the details about the produce / products grown and even the authorized retailers who are selling such produce / product near to his area of residence. For this purpose the user has to download an app which can run on a smart mobile phone.
The Govt, nodal agencies, in block - 10, accesses the details about the different growers, farmers, products grown by different growers / farmers, availability of the produce / products, and even the authorized distributer / sellers / retailers who are selling such product. For this purpose the administrator of the invented system allocates a user ID and password to the concerned Govt, nodal agencies.
The farmers, according to an embodiment in block - 11, access the information about the practices (agronomic) for different products as per the recommendations of the Scientific Institutions and Govt, nodal agencies. Such practices inform about the week-by-week calendar of activities from pre-sowing to harvesting stage of crop cycle. Best practices for each crop stage for management of plant population, crop stand and monitoring of pests and diseases.
The agent / farmers / user, according to an embodiment in block - 12, access the information about past growing activities, that is, pest roving survey, expert advice

on different aspects of crop management and grievance management through multiple service delivery channels to the growers /farmers.
The growers / farmers, according to an embodiment in block - 13, access the information about farm machinery (equipment / instruments) availability, quality and guidance to farmers. The system also aims to provide digital tool-kits to trainers and progressive farmers using ICT, and SMS based alerts on training calendar. According to an embodiment, the system aims to collect, store, index and disseminate information about good agricultural, manufacturing practices (GAMP) generated by growers, farmers, research institutions, nodal agencies and Government.
The grower / farmer, according to an embodiment in block - 14, access the information at the disaggregated village level in each agro-ecological sub-region on forecasted weather, agro-met advisory, alerts for weather forecast and crop impact and grievance management through multiple service delivery channels to the farmers.

Thus, the system of the present invention, according to an embodiment works for complete traceability for; (i) Raw material traceability system for tracing, for example, seed, fertilizer, chemical sprays / pesticides, irrigation water, livestock,

feed, and additives and chemicals etc., (ii) Process traceability system for tracing, for example, post-harvest operation/procurement system and enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, (iii) Products traceability system for tracing, for example, DMS, Order App and Billing & Accounting System and (iv) End user traceability system for tracing, for example, type and origin, source, supplier customer app and reporting portal for Govt, authorities.
Certain features of the invention have been described with reference to the example embodiments. However, the description is not intended to be construed in a limiting sense. Various modifications of the example embodiments as well as other embodiments of the invention, which are apparent to the persons skilled in the art to which the invention pertains, are deemed to lie within the spirit and scope of the invention.

WE CLAIM:

1.A system to trace, identify authenticity and availability of products comprising a hardware platform 1 provided at premises of an authorized agent such that to interact with a main server 2 in order to enter required information about a farmer / grower / producer / manufacturer and his / her family members, land revenue records and input used, other hardware platforms 4, 5 & 6 being provided at premises of the farmer / grower / producer / manufacturer, Govt, nodal agency and end user / purchaser, respectively through specific modules such that to allow these users to see desired information available on the main server 2.
2. A system to trace, identify authenticity and availability of products as claimed in claim 1, wherein hardware platform comprises, for example, a computer.
3. A system to trace, identify authenticity and availability of products as claimed in claim 1, wherein hardware platform comprises, for example, a smart phone or like device.
4. A system to trace, identify authenticity and availability of products as claimed in claim 1, wherein the main server is provided on a cloud server such that to interact with hardware platforms with the help of a FTP (file transfer protocol) and internet connection.
5. A process to trace, identify authenticity and availability of products comprising entering information about grower / producer / manufacturer and his / her family members including age, qualification, gender, etc., entering information about land revenue records, entering details about product / crop including name of the crop, fertilizer used, watering cycle

and the agency to which the product was sold, generating soil health report and uploading such reports on the main server, accessing soil health report by the grower / producer to know about the condition of the soil and use of the organic / chemical fertilizers, entering details about the product, use of fertilizers and sale of the product by the grower / producer / manufacturer, purchasing company, entering details about the product purchased from the farmer by the retailer, accessing details about the products grown by different farmers and to know availability of the products including and even the authorized retailers, accesses the details about the different growers / producers, organic / inorganic products grown by different farmers and also availability of the organic / inorganic products and even about authorized retailers who are selling such product by the end users.
6. A process as claimed in claim 5, wherein the information about grower / producer / manufacturer and his / her family members including age, qualification, gender, etc., are entered by the authorized agent.
7. A process as claimed in claim 5, wherein the information about land revenue records, geo-mapping and geo-fencing, are entered by the authorized agent.
8. A process as claimed in claim 5, wherein the reports about soil health are generated by the main server based on the information entered by the authorized agent and / or growers / producers / manufacturers and predefined values already entered in the main server.
9. A process as claimed in claim 5, wherein info about the product including name of the crop, fertilizer used, watering cycle and the agency to which

the product was sold are entered by the growers / producers and / or by the agent.
10. A process as claimed in claim 5, wherein the grower / producer access the information using an application adapted to be downloaded on his / her smart phone.
11. A process as claimed in claim 5, wherein details about the product purchased from the farmer are entered by the retailer using ERP (enterprise resource planning) software.
12. A process as claimed in claim 5, wherein the end user access the information using an application adapted to be downloaded on his / her smart phone.
13. A process as claimed in claim 5, wherein Govt, nodal agency access the information by logging into the main server using login ID and user password provided by the administrator of the system.
