Abstract: A system (200) for use in operating a wind turbine (100) is provided. The system includes a wind turbine controller (240) operatively coupled to the wind turbine and configured to transmit an exception condition and a plurality of parameters representing at least one of a configuration of the wind turbine controller and an operating condition of the wind turbine, and a controller management device (230) coupled in signal communication with the wind turbine controller and is configured to receive the exception condition and the parameters from the wind turbine controller, identify at least one correction that is associated with the exception condition, and apply the correction.
