CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS AND PRIORITY
[001] The present application does not claim priority from any patent application.
TECHNICAL FIELD
[002] The present disclosure in general relates to the field of assembly of a power
train. More particularly, the present invention relates to a system for assembly of a power train in a truck.
BACKGROUND
[003] Currently, during mounting a power train (i.e. Engine, Radiator and Alternator
assembly] in an electric dump truck equipment, the power train is separately mounted on a sub frame structure of the electric dump truck equipment for easy removal from a main frame for maintenance. Further, one or more temporary brackets are used to lift the power train along with the sub frame structure and two or more temporary roller structure will be fitted. The power train mounted sub frame will be lifted above from bumper of the main frame around 180mm approximately to rotate the roller structure 180 degrees for the power train to rolls over the one or more temporary brackets and the power train is mounted over a mainframe of the electric dump truck equipment. Once the power train along with sub frame is mounted over the mainframe, the temporary brackets and the temporary roller structure need to be detached. Thus, in order to mount the power train, users have to take precautions during lifting and rolling the power train. Further, it is to be understood that the mounting of the power train is not assembly friendly. Also, the mounting of the power train requires more manpower for lifting and rolling operation. Thus, the process of mounting the power train consumes lot of time.
