Claims:We claim:
1. A system for providing beauty advice and giving recommendations to the customer, comprising of;
a. Registering the user in the internal database of the website;
b. A computer system connected to the internal database for answering the questions of the customers;
c. Guiding customers on beauty advice through chatboat; and
d. recommending beauty products as per customized need of the customer.
2. The system as claimed as claim 1, wherein the said the beauty products suggested are based on skincare advice based on skin type, acne advice, pore treatment, facial advice, upgradation about diet, suggestions about hair coloring. Skin protective masks for protection from UV rays.
3. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the chatbot receives an input prompt, it analyzes the prompt and form context so that it can determine the desired output.
4. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the said lifestyle related information about the customer is also taken such as lifestyle information, preferred colors, hobbies, physical fitness, eating habits, cosmetic usage habits, cosmetic preferences, and apparel preferences.
5. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the said system provides beauty guidance as well as recommendations related to beauty product.
6. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the said beauty advice includes information on how to apply at least one beauty product, about how to purchase the beauty product includes a hyperlink to a location from which the beauty product.
7. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the said system gives guidance through electronic messaging, website posting, mailing, print media, television media, radio media, and paid advertisements. The beauty advice is dispensed at a regular interval.
, Description:FIELD OF THE INVENTION:
The present invention relates to a guidance providing system. The present invention more particularly relates to a system for providing beauty advice and recommending beauty related products to the customer.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION:
The current prior art applications uses beauty related questions in order to collect personal beauty care information from the individual user. Personal information of the person include geographical location, lifestyle, and other related personal data is collected and used to generate a beauty related diagnosis and to provide the user with a potential products to fulfill the needs of the consumer.
For eg: A oily skin require some special care. So the system recommend products related to some facial masks which are useful for lessening the oiliness and to protect the skin from the sun.
Systems have been described that utilize a neural network to identify inconsistencies that may be input by the user in the personal information that is collected. The neural network is used to either challenge the user's response to the personal information question or to override the user's input based on the combination of other factors that have already been input by the user. Prior art systems do not generally otherwise change the personal information unless specifically requested by the user. For instance, the personal information collected about a lifestyle such as “frequently attends the gym” is not adjusted unless specifically requested to do so by the user. Therefore, if the user discontinues using the gym, the system will not alter its selection of products for the respective user. The purpose of this is to minimize the frequency of interaction between the system and the user to avoid the need for the user to continuously enter data already input into the system. As a result the system does not actively inquire of the user's current status.
So in order to minimize the interaction between user and the system, there is a need for a system for giving beauty advice and recommend some products to the customer for sending rapid response and to create a best marketing tactic that helps brands connect with their consumers on a more personal level and to sharpen their personalities. The present invention uses Chatbots for answering everything from a simple product question to complex technical issues and can even take a customer through different actions on the site.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION:
An object of the present invention is to provide a system for minimizing the interaction between user and the system.
Yet another object of the invention is to provide a system for giving beauty advice and recommend some products to the customer for sending rapid response and to create a best marketing tactic that helps brands connect with their consumers on a more personal level and to sharpen their personalities.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a system which can answer all the questions of the customer related to beauty advice, beauty therapies and beauty treatment and giving recommendations to the customer.
Other objects and benefits of the present invention will be more apparent from the following description, which is not intended to bind the scope of the present invention.

The present invention is a system providing beauty advice and recommending beauty related products to the customer. The present invention provides a system for giving beauty advice and recommend some products to the customer for sending rapid response and to create a best marketing tactic that helps brands connect with their consumers on a more personal level and to sharpen their personalities and to provide a system which can answer all the questions of the customer related to beauty advice, beauty therapies and beauty treatment and giving recommendations to the customer.
In one embodiment, a system for providing beauty advice and giving recommendations to the customer comprising of;
a. Registering the user in the internal database of the website;
b. A computer system connected to the internal database for answering the questions of the customers;
c. Guiding customers on beauty advice through chatboat; and
d. recommending beauty products as per customized need of the customer.
Wherein the chatboat scan for keywords within the input, then pull a reply with the most matching keywords, or the most similar wording pattern, from a database.
They can answer everything from a simple product question to complex technical issues and can even take a customer through different actions on the site.
In another embodiment, the system comprising of suggestion /advice which includes a suggestion that a course of future events may change based on use of certain beauty
Products. The beauty products suggested are based on skincare advice based on skin type, acne advice, pore treatment, facial advice, upgradation about diet, suggestions about hair coloring. Skin protective masks for protection from UV rays.
In another embodiment, use of at least one Specified beauty product with a predicted future occurrence is also some personal information about the individual is obtained and prior purchases information is also saved in the internal database of the website. The personal information includes information about prior purchases. Lifestyle related information about the customer is also taken such as lifestyle information about at least one of the Subject's vocation, preferred colors, hobbies, physical fitness, eating habits, cosmetic usage habits, cosmetic preferences, and apparel preferences. The profile information is received at a Server Side and the guidance advice is provided to a client Side and the guidance includes a recommendation to use a beauty product. The beauty product is offered for Sale and the guidance for the Subject and the offer for Sale are communicated to the Subject over a network. The beauty advice includes information on how to apply at least one beauty product, about how to purchase the beauty product includes a hyperlink to a location from which the beauty product may be ordered. The guidance is dispensed through at least one of electronic messaging, website posting, mailing, print media, television media, radio media, and paid advertisements. The beauty advice is dispensed at a regular interval.

The chatbot enables them to convert to the output that the programmers tell them is correct.
