Abstract: Accordingly a system for healthcare management through artificial intelligence is disclosed. The system comprising of; Registering the names of the users in the database of the website; Recording the needs and habits of a patient ; Detecting workout patterns of users and sending alerts when someone misses out their workout routine; Diagnosing the patients and carrying out data analysis to identify genetic information to predispose someone to a particular disease; helping by assisting the hospitals in deploying virtual assistants that address appointment booking, medical diagnosis, data entry, in-patient and out-patient query addressal and automate customer support through the use of intelligent chatbots.
Claims:We claim:
1) A system for healthcare management through artificial intelligence comprising of;
a. Registering the names of the users in the database of the website;
b. Recording the needs and habits of a patient ;
c. Detecting workout patterns of users and sending alerts when someone misses out their workout routine;
d. Diagnosing the patients and carrying out data analysis to identify genetic information to predispose someone to a particular disease;
e. helping by assisting the hospitals in deploying virtual assistants that address appointment booking, medical diagnosis, data entry, in-patient and out-patient query addressal and automate customer support through the use of intelligent chatbots.
2) The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the said system enables the chatboat to understand the query pattern of its own and use data mining to reach particular pattern to provide a solution.
3) The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the said system with neural networks and are used for classification and problem solving.
4) The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the said system helps to diagnosis diseases and consist of three layers which are input layer, hidden layer which contains the actual neural network and training set and last layer is output layer.

The present invention relates to healthcare management systems. The present invention more particularly relates to a healthcare management system through artificial intelligence.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION:
As the growth and development of nation is fast due to advanced developments in the technology and provide comfort to human being but it is true that every changes made by human being against the nature will have some effect on life so here also it has majorly effected the life of human being and leading to increase in disease problem and various heath related problem. Due to all these it has become necessary that people should be able to get regular update regarding their health, and hence they majorly prefer regular health checkup in a week or month. But many times due to work load people don’t utilize their holiday and busy in completing their task or job which lead to imbalance in health. Due to this entire thing person don’t get time to visit doctor and can’t be up-to-date regarding his/her health. Also many times it happens that person have time but their family doctor is not available due to some or the other work. So in order to fulfill this gap and provide communication among patient and doctor even if they are located at two different places even far away from each other but they can connect and patient can get consultancy from Doctor. Nowadays the major problem in any developing country is health of the people in rural areas because due to high job opportunity in urban cities professional are migrating from village to city and hence to get good amount of income doctors are also migrating toward the city thus the availability of good doctor is low in rural areas and the village people need to go very far for the treatment and hence many villagers avoid going to Doctor even if their health condition is not good, if even lead to another problem, so in order to provide proper information about their health at any point of time and at any place a complete independent health care system should be develop by using which they can get information about their health i.e, their blood pressure, heart rate and so on. Also many places in rural areas security is not good i.e, fraud people can make a fault certificate and start with their clinic in rural places and these people don’t have any experience so they were unable to provide good medicine and people instead of getting cured they get into trouble and even if they came to know that these medicines practitioners have less knowledge about medicine they continue going there because they don’t have any other option and also visiting to good Doctor at distant place will include cost of travelling and treatment involved.
The present available health care management systems are Doctor spring which helps patient to communicate with doctor if he is available online. But the system is not free, one has to register for paying large registration fees. It is a health care management system where patient or user of the system will be able to keep track of his/her heart rate and can generate report of the readings even get consultation using This system via Doc-Bot and video conferencing . This system also provides a common interface where all hospitals can connect with each other which will be helpful in case of emergency.
So in order to provide these people with better opportunity of getting treatment from good doctor a system for healthcare management through website is needed using which they can get first aid treatment and in emergency only they are required to visit hospital will help in saving lots of travelling time. The present invention is a system for healthcare management through artificial intelligence. The present invention provides the people with better opportunity of getting treatment from good doctor using which they can get first aid treatment and in emergency only they are required to visit hospital and it helps in saving lots of travelling time. The present invention is reliable healthcare management system for keeping track of health of human being.
In one embodiment, to overcome the situation of blood scarcity, all hospital enters their available blood data in the website and when any hospital require the blood will just visit the page, enter required blood group, blood type and quantity, based on the data entered the system start finding the hospital. The system is provided with social media plugin because of which any person can invite their friends and nearby people to website and help in spreading the awareness of blood donation among the people. Also the people on the site can act or register themselves as donor and this helps hospital in getting detail about donors in their locality.
In another embodiment, the healthcare management system provides Artificial Intelligence which helps user/patient to diagnose the disease without contacting concerned Doctor. The present invention helps to assist the doctor in case if he/she is not available to prescribe a patient. Some of the interesting features of the present follows: The User can ask for the remedy by communicating to application. The application analyzes the problem given and provide appropriate solution to the user.
Text-to-Speech: This feature allows user to speak about the problem rather than writing the problem in text. Then the system provide the solution via speaker as well as in text format .
In another embodiment, Video Conferencing helps to connect to a patient to his/ doctor who is far away from its patient. It is similar to videochat application like skype or hangout, using which people talk to their friends and family face to face. The communication is in between patient and doctor also the patient can view what all doctor are available online and further the patient can connect with his concern doctor. When the patient is connected to his/her doctor he/she can send their pulse rate reading to doctor without disconnecting the call.
In another embodiment, Health monitoring is already a widespread application of AI in Healthcare. Wearable health trackers monitor activity and heart rates. These wearables are then in a position to send all of the data forward to an AI system, bringing in more insights and information about the ideal activity requirement of a person. These systems can detect workout patterns and send alerts when someone misses out their workout routine. The needs and habits of a patient can be recorded and made available to them when need be, improving the overall healthcare experience. For instance, if a patient needs to avoid heavy cardiac workout, they can be notified of the same when high levels of activity are detected. The system of the present invention is affordable, scalable, and available to all healthcare institutions and can support providers with faster service, early diagnosis, and data analysis to identify genetic information to predispose someone to a particular disease. The present invention helps by assisting the hospitals in deploying virtual assistants that address appointment booking, medical diagnosis, data entry, in-patient and out-patient query addressal and automate customer support through the use of intelligent chatbots.
In another embodiment, the system of the present invention enables the chatboat to understand the query pattern of its own. The present invention use data mining to reach particular pattern and based on that it provides its solution. The present invention try to learn the pattern and provide which present in the database. The pattern is mainly generated by studying the symptoms of patient and from that the solution is provided. The system of the present invention is with neural networks and are used for classification and problem solving. A typical feed-forward back propagation neural network is proposed to diagnosis diseases. The system consist of three layers which are input layer, hidden layer which contains the actual neural network and training set and last layer is output layer. The input and output layer is divided into training sets, validation and test set. The training set is used to teach the network. Training continues as long as the network continues improving on the validation set. The test set provides a completely independent measure of network accuracy.
