1) A system for providing career based guidance and employment comprising of;

d. filtering unit for filtering the irrelevant candidates based on the criteria set by the recruiter;
e. employer reviewer unit for posting the comments about their experiences in past and present employees, about the company or organization, they are working with.
wherein the employment opportunities, notifications and emails alerts are sent to the jobseeker based on his/her preferences.
2) The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the said filtering unit filters the irrelevant candidates based on the criteria set by the recruiter through Auto-screening and search the suitable candidates with respect to the position.
3)The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the said employer review unit carried out functioning based on working conditions, payment, management system of the company.
4) The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the said system searched based on keyword search, highlighting resume based on sector, locations, skills, salary to figure out more potential candidates for the employers.
, Description:FIELD OF THE INVENTION:
The invention generally relates to online job search market. The present invention more particularly relates to a system for providing career based guidance and employment which will help employers for posting jobs as well as help job seekers to post resume and search job within their preferred location range.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION:
Employment websites deals specifically with employment or careers and allow employers to post job requirements for a position to be filled and are commonly known as job boards. Other employment sites offer employer reviews, career and job-search advice, and describe different job descriptions or employers through a job website a prospective employee can locate and fill out a job application or submit resumes over the internet for the advertised position.
Many job search engines list the job opportunities in specific sector such as education, health care, hospital management, academics and in non-government sector. Job boards facilitates job hunting and range from large scale generalist sites to niche job boards for job categories such as engineering, legal, insurance, social work, teaching, mobile app development as well as cross-sector categories such as green jobs, ethical jobs and seasonal jobs. Users can typically deposit their résumés and submit them to potential employers and recruiters for review, while employers and recruiters can post job ads and search for potential employees. Job search engine refers to a job board with a search engine style interface, or to a web site that actually indexes and searches other web sites.
Various job searching websites are there, like naukri, Indeed, Timesjobs.com, Monster. Social networking sites like facebook, linkedin are also there to share opinions and allow the professionals to strengthen the job search, but none of the above mentioned websites do not allow the professionals to strengthen the job search.
The online job search market is large as millions of people each year posting resumes and job opportunities online at such popular sites as Monster.com, Careerbuilder.com, Linkedin.com. Simple searching tools are used like putting keywords that match employer’s search or searching an employer’s job opportunity that match a job seeker's search. Therefore, an individual is able to locate perspective employee or employment opportunity, but some more human interaction is needed to filter the results of above search to search for the perfect fit in the job opening.
So there is a need for a system for providing career based guidance and employment in which with the help of online job search website, users find their employment and provide quick responses to the job seekers with complete job search functionality. The present system is user friendly, easily customizable and provide online career guidance from the experts and which provides place and category based job filtering.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION:
An object of the present invention is to provide a system for providing career based guidance and employment to the users which is easily customizable and provide online career guidance from the experts and which provides place and category based job filtering.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a system in which user can find their employment and provide quick responses to the job seekers with complete job search functionality.
Other objects and benefits of the present invention will be more apparent from the following description, which is not intended to bind the scope of the present invention.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION:
Accordingly, a system for providing career based guidance and employment to the users is provided. The system of the present invention is helpful to jobseeker as well as employer. A system for providing career based guidance and employment comprising of; Registration system for registering the name of the jobseeker and employer; user control panel for sending location-based job search and job subscription alerts to the users; advertisement unit for managing the various job posting by the employer; filtering unit for filtering the irrelevant candidates based on the criteria set by the recruiter and employer reviewer unit for posting the comments about their experiences in past and present employees, about the company or organization, they are working with; wherein the employment opportunities, notifications and emails alerts are sent to the jobseeker based on his/her preferences.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION:
A system for providing career based guidance and employment is disclosed. The present invention not only provides job opportunities to the users but also provides specialized information to the users about advice for providing access to job advertisements which include pages with advice about writing resumes and CVs, performing well in interviews, and other topics of interest to job seekers. The user friendly system of the present invention provides career based guidance and employment to the users which is easily customizable and provide online career guidance from the experts and which provides place and category based job filtering.
In one embodiment, a system of the present invention provides automatic notifications to the users based on their location preferences. The job seeker get notified when a position for which the job seeker is suitable becomes available. The system for online job search through the database also provides discussion panel to the users to guide on further any enhancement required to them in their career, some changes need to be made in their profile. The present invention is a professional networking site with two types of users like Job Seekers and Employers. Both of them can create custom personal home pages to describe various aspects of their professional career, company and other relevant details. The jobseeker and employer both can edit and update their personal home pages. Custom web page of the jobseeker is a resume. Job seekers can add their qualifications in more precise manner as the facility to add their resumes is provided to them. The custom web page of an employer is its description of the company, their posting of available employment opportunities for job seekers.
In another embodiment, the present invention enables a plurality of companies to advertise job positions at a single location accessible via internet and enables a job seeker to access those positions via the computer network. If a job seeker selects any suitable opportunity for him/her, he/she can directly contact to the company. Employer can add the available opportunities with the company on the company’s website as well as on the system of the present invention provides an automatic system for adding or deleting any positions/employment opportunities available with the employer. When a position is filled up, the position is gets deleted automatically.
In another embodiment, the system of the present invention provides easy registration procedure to the users which will automatically enhances the web traffic and ultimately results in growth. Job seekers can add their qualifications in more effective manner based on highlighting the job preferences of the user. The present invention also provides uploading of Video resumes and help them to explain their credentials in the most specific manner. Multilingual capabilities is also the feature of the present invention If employer’s organization operates in or sources talent from a region where English is a second language, portal allows an easy switch between languages of choice to keep hurdles out of the application and recruitment process. The system of the present invention also provides support to the mobile screen. Applicant tracking is also carried out by the present invention which allows a quick snapshot view of the number of candidates that lie at a particular stage in the hiring funnel. This streamlines the whole process by providing real-time feedback on talent profiles and identifying bottlenecks in the process.
In another embodiment, the system of the present invention provides mass communication which use standardized templates on statuses like application acceptance, interview invitation, offer and rejection letters. Thus it helps a lot of time and effort of the employer HR without switching to the email provider.
In another embodiment, a filtration system is provided which will save a lot of time for recruiters allowing them to focus on good candidates who can quickly be furthered through the hiring cycle. Auto-screening is carried out automatically to filter out irrelevant candidates based on criteria set by the recruiter. Psychometric tests are growing popular in organizations as a necessary component of hiring. A good score on these tests ensures that the candidate is a good fit in the organization’s culture and has the necessary skills to excel in the role. This helps to judge the candidate’s personality before the interview.
In another embodiment, the system can be searched based on keyword search, highlighting resume based on sector, locations, skills, salary and helps to figure out more potential candidates for the employers. Candidate’s all activities can be seen online such as last updating date of resume. Employer can directly email to the candidates through SMS or can send emails, can request the candidate to update the information when it is needed. Auto emails sent to candidates who have not logged in for a while and who has not activated their account during the registration process. candidate can see job alerts, track his/her application history through the system of the present invention.

In another embodiment, employer review facility is provided through the employer reviewer unit in which past and present employees post the comments about their experiences about the company or organization, they are working with. Typical comments in the employer review unit are about management, working conditions, and pay. Employer review websites produce links to potential employers, they do not necessarily list vacancies.
In another embodiment, fees is charged to employers for listing job posting for a particular period. The present invention allow employers to post basic listings for free but charge fee for placement of listing in search results.
