[0001] The present invention relates to a system for providing eco-friendly tableware and accessories that is capable of offering a user a subscription model to purchase the biodegradable products, thus reducing usage of plastics.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] At present, plastics are increasingly popularized, the plastics are mainly made of materials such as polyethylene, polyester or polypropylene, and plastic containers formed by blow molding, extrusion blowing or injection molding of plastic molds have the main advantages of corrosion resistance, low cost, light weight, easiness in carrying, diversified shapes and the like. However, most of the plastics currently used in the market cannot be degraded in the natural environment, so that the plastics bring convenience to human life and bring an increasingly serious problem of environmental pollution. Because of its good corrosion resistance, some waste plastics that cannot be reused are difficult to decompose and return to nature, resulting in the accumulation of waste plastics, which is often called "white pollution". Such as: polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride and polyethylene can be remained in the field for decades without degradation, so that a series of soil problems are caused, the environmental protection negative effects caused by the degradation cause serious concerns and worries of various social circles, so that the development of degradable plastics becomes urgent and has very important significance for solving the problem of environmental pollution caused by plastic products.

[0003] US20130081972A1 discloses Biodegradable disposable flatware and utensils manufactured from wood-based or plant-based raw materials, including materials that may be traditionally discarded such as sawdust, plant stalks, seed or grain hulls or the like. The process includes the use of a resin made from the discarded materials to form disposable utensils and flatware.

[0001] Conventionally, many biodegradable product based system are present in the prior arts that allows the user to use biodegradable products, but still none of the existing systems are capable of delivering the products to a user as per the requirement of the user, making the products both water resistant and biodegradable in nature or manufacturing the products with natural scents of flowers.

[0002] In order to overcome the aforementioned drawbacks, there is a requirement to develop a system that is capable of delivering the products to a user as per the requirement of the user, making the products both water resistant and biodegradable in nature or manufacturing the products with natural scents of flowers, thereby providing the product an aesthetic finishing.

OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION

[0003] The principal object of the present invention is to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art.

[0004] An object of the present invention is to develop a system that is capable of delivering the products to a user as per the requirement of the user.

[0005] Another object of the present invention is to develop a system that is capable of making the products both water resistant and biodegradable in nature.

[0006] Yet another object of the present invention is to develop a system that is capable of manufacturing the products with natural scents of flowers, thereby providing the product an aesthetic finishing.

[0007] The foregoing and other objects, features, and advantages of the present invention will become readily apparent upon further review of the following detailed description of the preferred embodiment as illustrated in the accompanying drawings.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0008] The present invention relates to a system for providing eco-friendly tableware and accessories, capable of preventing papers from being wasted, by storing different e-books that are purchased by a user at a low cost for reading that book in the future.

[0009] According to an embodiment of the present invention, an system for providing eco-friendly tableware and accessories comprises plurality of different kind of tableware products manufactured from biodegradable materials, the biodegradable materials pertains to be jalkumbhi leaves, plurality of designs of the tableware products, the designs ranges from modern to rustic, a delivery service associated with the system, the delivery service capable of supplying the tableware directly to customers, a support program associated with the system, which offers solutions and consultancy to events that are promoting sustainable practices on a large scale, the biodegradable materials are treated with a natural coating for enhancing durability, the tableware products are infused with natural scents that are derived from herbs and flowers, the delivery service carbon neutral transportation methods, the support program includes a digital platform that provides users with customized sustainability and the program also offers subscription program for allowing customers to receive new designs and products.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0017] The present invention describes an integrated system intended to provide eco-conscious tableware and accessories to promote a sustainable lifestyle. The materials are designed in a way to have minimal environmental impact by utilizing end-of-life biodegradable materials, accompanied by great design diversity, delivery options, and other support programming, with an additional level of ongoing support focused on pursuing minimizing single-way plastics, as well as larger sustainability initiatives. At the core of the system would be a line of tableware made from resources that included, but not limited to jalkumbhi leaves. The jalkumbhi leaves were chosen on the bases of lower environmental footprints to ensure that the products would degrade naturally without leaving behind harmful residue. The tableware comes in additional diverse design options from modern sleek to traditional rustic to cover all consumer styles and tastes. This ensure the eco-conscious tableware can be used across many settings, from an informal dining setting to formal events, while maintaining an eco-friendly focus.

[0018] These biodegradable tableware items include a coating of a natural material to create stronger products. Along with the benefit of strength for durability, this also enhances the water and liquid resistant properties of these tableware products without interfering with the ultimate goal of biodegradability. This unique coating will ensure that tableware will withstand normal use even with liquids and temperatures, and continue to biodegrade in a reasonable time. Additionally, tableware products can be imparted with natural fragrances derived from herbs or flowers. This provides a unique opportunity to enhance the dining experience with various pleasant scents while remaining environmentally friendly as fragrances are from natural sources and not synthetic chemicals.

[0019] The proposed system incorporates a particularly efficient delivery solution especially geared towards reducing the environmentally impact of tableware delivery. The delivery system eliminates any single-use plastic packaging and waste by delivering environmentally-friendly tableware conveniently to the user to patron and use. In one embodiment of the system, the delivery solution is carbon-neutral and delivers tableware via electric vehicles and bicycles. This delivery solution further reduces the systems footprint! This solution ensures the whole life cycle of the product from production to its delivery remains a sustainable practice. The system also provides for a subscription model as part of the delivery service, which will establish new designs and products regularly to customers. The subscription model will keep consumers fully engage in sustainable living practices as their deliveries will contain the latest in eco-friendly tableware. The systematic practice will also firmly establish a long-term commitment to waste reduction and a continual sustainable practice.

[0020] In addition to the product line, there is a full support program to help promote the uptake of sustainability on a larger scale. Material solutions and consultancy services are provided to a variety of events (corporate events, weddings, food festivals, etc), businesses, and consumers in developing and implementing, and maintaining sustainable practices in their business operations and everyday lives. One of the components of the support program is a digital platform where users receive customized sustainability reports. The reports supplied are designed in detail to track and articulate the environmental impact of the purchases and practices so that users can make informed decisions on the way they consume. The platform also includes waste reduction and sustainability enhancement recommendations that are relevant to the user’s needs and goals.

[0021] In addition, features included in the support program are options to provide tracking of the effect of the products on the environment over time. It will also allow users to see the cumulative impact of using more sustainable tableware and sustainable behaviors which would reinforce constructive impact as a result of using the product on the environment. The tableware products are intentionally designed to be compostable after a reasonable time under standard compost conditions. This means that when they are done being used, the products can be disposed of in an easily and responsibly in a way that promotes sustainable environmental behavior. The tableware inherently is designed to decompose quickly and naturally, contributing to reduced landfills and promoting circular economy where material can return to the earth again in a helpful manner.

From choice to method of delivery and supportive services, every aspect of the system is designed to minimize impact and support a sustainable lifestyle. Uniquely, it adopts this holistic approach whereby eco-friendly products are blended with innovative services and support. Importantly, the above system enables consumers living a sustainable life to access a one-stop service. The product line described above offers a new and effective way to integrate eco-friendly practices into our daily lives, including using biodegradable tableware and supportive infrastructure that supports and facilitates such a lifestyle. Each of these organizational components adds something different to this system, making it truly unique in the marketplace and providing an opportunity to be at the cutting edge of eco-friendly products and services.

1) A system for providing eco-friendly tableware and accessories, comprising:
a) plurality of different kind of tableware products manufactured from biodegradable materials, wherein said biodegradable materials pertains to be jalkumbhi leaves, thereby capable of reducing environmental impact;
b) plurality of designs of said tableware products, wherein said designs ranges from modern to rustic, thus catering to diverse aesthetic preferences;
c) a delivery service associated with said system, wherein said delivery service capable of supplying said tableware directly to customers, thus reducing the requirement for plastics; and
d) a support program associated with said system, wherein said program offers solutions and consultancy to events that are promoting sustainable practices on a large scale.

2) The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein, said biodegradable materials are treated with a natural coating for enhancing durability, thus making the product water resistance without compromising biodegradability.

3) The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein said tableware products are infused with natural scents that are derived from herbs and flowers, thus making said product more ecofriendly.

4) The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein said delivery service carbon neutral transportation methods.

5) The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein said support program includes a digital platform that provides users with customized sustainability.

6) The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein said program also offers subscription program for allowing customers to receive new designs and products.
