1. A nail art system comprising:
a nail art device comprising a control unit, a holder, a display panel to display a predetermined selected pattern under control of the control unit, and a grain and buffing unit to fine tune the nails;
wherein the said display panel provides an inquiry function and a selection function such that a user is able to select any one of a plurality of patterns, and is connected to a hand held communication device to transmit pattern information according to a user's selection for previewing purpose,
wherein the nail art device receives pattern information from the display panel under the control of control unit to display a selected pattern corresponding to the received pattern information on the display panel, thereby allowing a manicure assembly containing custom adjustments mechanism on a nail which is put on the holder to react to the selection made by the user by transmitting the display panel, to thus form a nail pattern.
2. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the hand held communication
device is at least one of a smart phone, and or a Personal Computer which are
connected to the nail art device by means of available wireless networks wherein the

nail art device is loaded with an application providing a user interface for inquiry, selection, and transmission functions of the plural patterns.
3. The system as claimed in claim 2, wherein nail art device allows a pattern inquired or selected by a user to be displayed together on the display panel by synchronizing at least a portion of a screen of the hand held communication device with a screen of the display panel provided in the nail art device.
4.A nail art device comprising:
a control unit;
a holder;
a display panel to display a predetermined selected pattern under control of the control unit; and
a grain and buffering unit to fine grain abrasive that grinds the nails and polishing the tip of the nail without burrs using a buff operation;
wherein a manicure assembly containing custom adjustments mechanism on a nail which is put on the holder to react to the selection made by the user by transmitting the display panel, to thus form a nail pattern.

5. The nail art device as claimed in claim 4, further comprising:
a communication unit which communicates with ahand held communication user device,
wherein the control unit receives pattern information according to a user's selection through the communication unit from the user device, and then outputs a control signal corresponding to the received pattern information, thereby allowing the selected pattern to be displayed on the display panel.
