1) A system for managing and tracking food products using block chain comprising of;
a. Internal database of the website for tracking unique number of the data of various food products;
b. Classification system for classifying the data;
c. Certification and testing laboratories for quality checking of the food products;
d. Validating the products of the company; and
e. Giving outputs to the consumers about the food products quality.
2) The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the said tracing allows to trace the history and origin of an animal of a particular food product based on product code, company code, business linkages, and links between products.
3) The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the said database blocks dangerous products under investigation or suspected of being dangerous by their nature.
, Description:FIELD OF THE INVENTION:
The present invention relates to tracking food products. The present invention more particularly relates to management and provision of the products using block chain technology.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION:
Products take many steps to prepare and handling, to wholesale and retail supply chain locations. So a lot of efforts and user convenience is needed in order to provide confidence to the customers for the products they are purchasing.
False food labelling is also a major concern now a days. For eg: fish is labelled as an expensive breed when it is a different breed. Fish is the most falsely labelled food stuff.
Wine is also falsely labelled as it is particularly from a region or particular wine maker. Baby products also do not clearly indicates safe ingredients and what the products was made from. Some consumers are very concerned or interested in knowing the full history of the food product they wish to purchase. For example they want to know when, where and by whom the food product was grown or produced, how the produce was transported, conditions in transporting the product, place for transportation, and the time period the product was in storage before sale or used in another product. The persons responsible for food processing want to know where the food product was grown, when it was produced. Food processing persons want to know details about their source products even when the final product is made from the source or is made up of many constituents.
Sometimes certain medical conditions are necessary for food, processing of the food and not in contact with other foods. Some local health conditions are so adverse and there is a poor regulation in all process. Some scandals, illegal operations affects the conditions of the workers they are growing and transportation and packaging of the produce originating from the region. Conditions of workers who grow, gather, transport and package the produce, so the history of the produce is not always related to the actual produce but the environment associated with the product and produce. So there is a need to enhance quality, freshness, exclusiveness of the products and a need for paying a premium for food products.
So there is a need for a system for managing and tracking food products using block chain.

An object of the present invention is to provide a system for managing and tracking food products using block chain.

Accordingly, a system for managing and tracking food products using block chain is disclosed. The present invention is a system for managing and tracking food products using block chain comprising of; Internal database of the website for tracking unique number of the data of various food products; Classification system for classifying the data; Certification and testing laboratories for quality checking of the food products; validation unit for Validating the products of the company; and giving outputs to the consumers about the food products quality.

The present invention provides a system for managing and tracking food products using block chain and to enhance quality, freshness, exclusiveness of the products and a need for paying a premium for food products. The present invention increases transparency in the food supply chain including supply chain tracking, secure data aggregation, quality verification and IoT (Internet of things) integration.
In one embodiment, the present invention detects the food contamination caused by fraudulent activities. The present invention gathers and records data related to product from their point of origin till the end consumers.
In another embodiment, the traceability of food is identified in all animals or all food products into businesses. The history of animals within company or history of those food products within the company is easily identified with the help of this system. The tracking is carried out for identification of each product in terms of production, processing and shipping of finished products by a given company. This traceability is applied by marking of live products (animals) of végétaus products, derivatives of these animal products (meat, eggs), as well as different packages or containers comprising these products. The identification of these different products is made by known systems by using a single object code (bar code, microchip, hologram, biological labeling,).A simple reading of the unique product code present on a package, on a cage on a container or on a transport means optionally allows identification of the container (living product or food).

In another embodiment, a unique code is marked on places and objects of different local, containers and means of transport and entry of these things in the database facilitates quality management, food preparation recipes and product tracking. The tracking system is adapted to provide data, by taking the date and time of input of a first material or shipping a finished product or the passage of various components by various production units.
In another embodiment, different data validated by a reader is connected to an internal database of the website enables to characterize the progression of the production (followed mixtures of products, products processing) and storage and also facilitates logistics and quality management (expiration date, followed by stages of production, control of productivity). The present invention allows and views the quantities of products present in a container or on a means of transport and to optimize the supply and transfer of products. The authorities and sectors need centralized information to manage and quickly locate and properly generating lots of foodstuffs or potentially dangerous animals for farmers or consumers.
In another embodiment, all the companies must be inventoried and identified by a unique number in internal database of the website which is easily tracked. The products in a company are validated and each service input and output are given to the consumers registered in the internal database of the website. So in this way, health validation of these products is done. Classification systems of data, certification and testing laboratories are submitted in order to qualify these products (animals or food products).
The principle of this validation process is to feed the central database (in information and links between undertakings and products) and allow easily identify those products and companies and ensure traceability. This "tracing" allows to trace the history and origin of an animal of a particular food product based on one or more criteria (product code, company code, business linkages, and links between products). This blocking database ensures with that dangerous products under investigation or suspected of being dangerous by their nature, their location or their detention can contaminate other products or actors in the production chain or distribution.
