This invention relates to a system of AI assisted application for health activist and pregnant women.
Background of the Invention
US20190392931A1: A system includes a server having self-learning artificial intelligence that accesses medical information and personal medical data over a communication network. The server performs operations, including retrieving the personal medical data and medical information related to the personal medical data, and converting the retrieved personal medical data to fuzzy personal medical data by using the self-learning artificial intelligence to determine a plurality of fuzzy attributes for the personal medical data. The operations also include analyzing the converted fuzzy personal medical data together with the retrieved medical information, and identifying at least one issue requiring follow-up by the patient or by at least one external authorized entity. The operations further include transmitting the issue, the related analyzed converted fuzzy personal medical data, and the medical information via the communication network to the at least one external authorized entity for follow-up analysis and treatment.
Research Gap: An AI based system with prediction and recommendation which give accurate and verified information specifically to ASHA and give timeline to pregnant women. About upcoming routine checkup, nearer ASHA worker and health center along with ambulance facility.

Research Gap: Our app is AI enabled basically for ASHA (Accredited social health activist) to monitor no. of pregnant women in their areas, to maintain appropriate and verified data digitally.
It have AI enabled prediction and recommendation system which generate alert in case of emergency and enable patients for their upcoming meetings with other asha, routine checkup and vaccination .
None of the prior art indicate above either alone or in combination with one another disclose what the present invention has disclosed. Present invention is disclosed a benefits ASHA and pregnant ladies who need assistance. Who would be having problems picking which hospital and ASHA is close to them, to schedule an appointment with gynecologist and pediatricians or to seek help in an emergency situation also to maintain the record of total pregnant ladies and newborn in their area.

Accredited Social Health Activist (ASHA) is health activist who creates awareness among society about govt. schemes and plans. They assist pregnant women about their health, routine checkup, vaccination etc. ASHAS have the confidence of the community, whereas the district health services are not accessed because the quality of care is poor and providers are unavailable or uncaring. Their contribution are palliative and curative but to make them technically advance is also the demand of present scenario. ASHA haven’t any such application which will enable them to connect with other ASHAs digitally in term of proper information, verified details of pregnant ladies in their area. They are still using resister for maintaining data of pregnant ladies, newborn. Poor connectivity among patient and Asha worker. Collection of data is not appropriate in many areas.

This app depend profoundly on information technology tools and techniques. Information technology a pioneering application of tools and techniques makes it possible for the community level health care practitioner to follow every pregnant women at the tough time of pregnancy and every infant during first five years of life so that fundamental nurturing and child health services can be deliver to them at the right time.

The following feather will be included in this particular app or software: (Fig 1)
1. The app firstly has logging process with the help of mobile number or goggle account.
2. Then ASHA health worker and pregnant women has to register with her AADHAR id.
3. Now the ASHA will link with other ASHA and examine pregnant women and patients by questionnaires (name, age, Aadhar number, etc.)
4. That information will be transfer to the data base.
5. The information which we will provide to the ASHA will analyses total no. of pregnant women and complete details of patient.
6. After updating the schedule of routine check-up and delivery date of pregnant women if sudden change in the following conduction which is not good for patients it will send emergency single to ASHA, nearby PHC and gynaecologist.
7. Data base enable alert the ASHA and pregnant women for the following conduction:
I. Delivery time reminder
II. Vaccination reminder
III. Transportation reminder
IV. Meeting reminder

Advantages of the Invention
1. It is confirmed a mobile healthcare system based on AI enabled Android and Web applications.
2. ASHA and Pregnant women receive medical assistance through the system, which saves time and mobility.
3. It is very useful for weather sensitive areas to monitor pregnant women as well as nearest ASHA worker.
4. It empower ASHA worker to maintain their record digitally.
5. It contribute to achieve strong connectivity among health care professionals and pregnant women.
6. The AI enabled software applications allow ASHA to connect with patient easily without physical meeting and to book doctor's appointments and assigns reminders for Delivery date, ambulance service, drugs and vaccinations that have been prescribed and help at emergency condition.

We Claims:

1. A system of AI assisted application for health activist and pregnant women is comprises with system with an AI enabled features that allow pregnant women and ASHA to deal with a variety of intricate situations while their health is disrupted while saving time scheduling a doctor's appointment, and strengthen the key link between pregnant women and ANM, gynecologist.
2. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein, Aware, train ASHA worker by providing facility to store, manage and utilize information in the form of digital application.
3. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein strengthen neonatal & Maternal Surveillance & response method.
4. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the system has prediction and recommendation system which will enable patient to know about timeline of their routine checkup, vaccination etc.
5. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein AI enabled software applications allow ASHA to connect with patient easily without physical meeting.
