Abstract: ABSTRACT SYSTEM OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT USING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE This invention is consists of the controlling unit, touch display, mic, speaker, Wi-Fi module, AI, cloud server, Government Database, Government Employee, Mobile App and Power Supply. The proposed system or chatbot will be embedded with AI, mic, speaker and touch display. The user (any citizen) will be able to interact with the chatbot with the help of touch display, or mic and speaker. The user can tell the chatbot what exactly is the problem by filling the required details. The proposed system or chatbot will be able to listen to the user with the help of mic and after processing the input data with AI, it will be able to even communicate to the user with the help of speaker. And then the controlling unit will update the government database using cloud server with the help of Wi-Fi module. Government employee will select any problem they want and then again government database will be updated with the information that which government employee chose which problem at what time and what’s it’s progress, and the user will be able to see the progress of their submitted problem in their mobile app. Power supply will be powering the controlling unit, Wi-Fi module, touch display, mic and speaker.

One or more resource allocation algorithms and one or more associated control architectures including component services may be used. A system and/or method may collect input parameters, evaluate system workloads and performance metrics, optimize resource allocations, and adapt to changing workloads and performance metrics to achieve mission objectives. One or more objective functions, one or more constraints and one or more optimization algorithms may be utilized to achieve optimal allocation of resources to maximize the delivered value of an objective function and/or the system. The systems, methods, routines and/or techniques described herein may be autonomic and self-adaptive without requiring human administrators to pre-determine parameters (e.g., demands on resources or performance properties) for specific applications, processes and/or clients.
US11030554B2:The present disclosure describes talent-identification systems and methods that can be used by companies to assist in the recruitment process for new employees. Additionally, the systems and methods can be used by job seekers to determine ideal career fields and industries. The systems and methods may employ an array of neuroscience-based tests to assess a user's career propensities, after which the systems and methods can provide career recommendations to the user or report on employment suitability of the user to a company.
None of the prior art indicate above either alone or in combination with one another disclose what the present invention has disclosed. Present invention is able to see the progress of their submitted problem on their mobile app. The proposed system will classify the problem with the help of AI based on relevant departments and forward it according to the problem genre.

ADVANTAGES OF THE INVENTION:
• The user will be able to see the progress of their submitted problem on their mobile app.
• Instead of filling long and complicated forms, the user will be able to submit their problem by interacting with the chatbot using mic and speaker.
• The proposed system will classify the problem with the help of AI based on relevant departments and forward it according to the problem genre.
