SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR CONVERSATION MANAGEMENT

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention is related to a system and method for a conversation management; particularly, a system and method for evaluation of the conversation and rank the conversation.
BACKGROUND
Generally, conversation or debate on various topics remains an integral part of human interaction. Initially, the individuals set their own thoughts for a topic, which they always felt were correct. However, as different individuals have their different thought processes, every time individual’s own thoughts are not correct and they make incorrect perception about the topic.
The need of the true perception aroused and the individuals found that discussions/forums are better place for debate/brainstorming to know better and correct insights related to the topic. As debate is an activity which involves discussions, facts clash, thinking, and speaking together in one place, the others who participate and/or listen such debates, also become aware of the facts. During the conversation two or more parties/participants/speakers (i.e. experts or pundits) argue and discuss topics in various manners, among others, face to face, on the radio, on the telephone, on broadcast television, more recently, over the internet. In a typical conversation, the participants who are available remotely or at a same location can provide their viewpoints on the topic.
However, these conventional conversations/viewpoints have many drawbacks, for example, during the conversation the one or more participants purposely scream, speak beyond the boundaries of the topics, drag the conversation unnecessary, utilize the maximum time duration of the debate, make contravention statements, contradicts own statements, non-logical viewpoints, presenting wrong facts, not adherence to the basic guidelines/frameworks of the conversation etc.
Moreover, the one or more participants have prejudice views on the given topic, which also deteriorate overall quality of the conversation. Additionally, being debate such an important tool, nowadays, the debaters which come from different vital sectors of society such as politicians, sportsman, entertainment industries etc. deliberately tamper the facts for their self-interest, which is never demanded by the ethical individual living in contemporary technological democratic society.
Aforementioned drawbacks results in poor acceptance of the conversation in general viewer/audience/ individual, very low viewership of a conversation program/TV show, spreading wrong information, a negative impact on other shows, poor reputation, low or negative reviews, receive criticism etc.
Thus, there remains a need for further contributions in this area of technology. More specifically, a need exists in the area of technology for conversation management.

Based on the received score range, the each of the party 110-1, 110-2 and 110-3, through the various components (the microphone array 116, the camera 118, the input interface 120 or in combination thereof) of the electronic device 108, assigns the score to the each of the received features. In an embodiment, the assigned score to the each of the features can be stored in the memory unit of the electronic device 108. The electronic device 108 can transmit the assigned scores to the server arrangement 102.
In one of the embodiment, the server arrangement 102 can receive, from the one or more electronic devices 108, transmitted assigned scores. The server arrangement 102 can store and analyze the received assigned scores to calculate the final score for each of the extracted features received score. The analysis step can include one or more from addition, subtraction, multiplication, division etc.
In one of the embodiment, the server arrangement 102 can publish the final score for each of the extracted features.
FIG. 4 illustrates an exemplary functional modules of the conversation management system 400, in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure. The server arrangement 102 can comprise one or more non-transitory storage device which can comprise the computer/machine executable various engines such as: the communication module 402-A, the party identifier assignment module 402-B, the rule retrieval module 402-C, the information allocation module 402-D, the viewpoint receive module 402-E, the feature extraction module 402-F, the score range assignment module 402-G, the feature transmission module 402-H, the score receive module 402-I, the score calculation module 402-J and the score publication module 402-K.
