SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR INCENTIVIZING USERS IN CONJUNCTION WITH THEIR HEALTHCARE AND FITNESS RELATED ACHIEVEMENTS
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention generally relate to the field of electronic commerce activities in healthcare and fitness, and, more particularly, to systems and methods for incentivizing users in conjunction with their healthcare and fitness related achievements.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
It is well known that with the advent of eCommerce platforms, buyers are able to search for all the products they wish to buy from online sites. The activity data about the shopping of a buyer, everyday transaction of the buyer and the location at which the shopping action is accomplished by a buyer, collectively called shopping reality data or customer purchase data is collected at the backend server by almost every platform. This demographic data is usually stocked at the backend server, and is further assessed based on the identity of the buyer conveyed to the backend, to create targeted proposals for buyers. Therefore, customer purchase data is utilised to produce customer preference data for preparing targeted offers, as an established industry practice.
In accordance with conventional prior art disclosures, systems or methods have been disclosed for implementing tenant-customizable promotions that function on a multi-tenant ERP/CRM platform. Therefore, the conventional methods do not permit the tenant administrators to configure custom promotion capabilities for an eCommerce platform that depends upon ERP/CRM or other business-related data.

As disclosed in the prior art disclosures, the Ecommerce ‘Online Storefronts’ have further encouraged the business owners and the companies to broaden their possible customer base. Furthermore, the use of the Integrated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system has helped to obtain a better understanding of customers, enhance service to existing customers, and acquiring new, profitable customers. Substantial efforts have also been made to integrate partner & vendor management systems, product lifecycle management systems, supply chain management systems. However, merchants may utilize systems/platforms by third parties for convenience, that utilises a multi-tenant system.
Furthermore, the eCommerce business models adopted by the merchants for their customers can include a direct channel model, which refers to online stores including all the features of online shopping at a single site, while other models can include an affiliate market model that provides customer navigation on a site isolated from the e-commerce merchant site. However, this confusing strategy leads to customer often getting distracted and therefore, not able to complete the purchase or transaction.
In accordance with some of the prior art publications, the evolving use of proprietary loyalty schemes contains many reward assets from businesses such as American Express, JetBlue and the like. Additionally, each reward or loyalty points program also operates a redemption store. Redemption stores generally allow the customer (or user) with accumulated points to redeem their points in exchange for one or more items. However, these loyalty schemes encourage investment by the customers but generally incorporate considerable limitations regarding goods that can be bought thus restricting the integrity of the customers’ shopping experience. Therefore, there is a need to have an effective online shopping platform that can address these issues smoothly and that enhances the shopping experience of the users by expanding the value

and usage of vendor-specific loyalty points meant for a specific industry, thereby ensuring a highly personalised and engaging customer experience.
Accordingly, there remains a need in the art for innovative, novel, efficient solutions for providing systems and methods for incentivizing users in conjunction with their healthcare and fitness related achievements.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The embodiments of the present disclosure have several features, no single one of which is solely responsible for their desirable attributes. Without limiting the scope of the present embodiments as expressed by the claims that follow, their more prominent features will now be discussed briefly. After considering this discussion, and particularly after reading the section entitled “Detailed Description”, one will understand how the features of the present embodiments provide advantages.
In one embodiment, a method for incentivizing a user in conjunction with the user’s healthcare and fitness related achievements includes the steps of, collecting, via an information collection module, information associated with multiple activities completed by the user; analysing, via an analytics module, the information associated with the activities completed by the user, as collected by the information collection module; converting, via a conversion module, the information associated with the activities completed by the user into one or more incentive points associated with the user; and, generating, via an assessment module, a health record assessment score for the user based on the incentive points associated with the user.
