Method further qualifies user for certification upon achieving certain minimum score or notifies user that the user has not been qualified because of not achieving certain minimum score.

Brief Description of Figures
Figure 1 provides that Avatar through operation by the user has entered the gowning area. User is able to correctly follow further sequence and accordingly, Avatar has correctly followed sequence of first wearing a head mask. Avatar is standing in front of a cupboard having gowning / labcoat / apron which he shall wear next. Hence till this stage all prior steps are correctly followed and he has retained a score of 100 %.
Figure 2 provides that Avatar through operation by the user has entered the gowning area. User is not able to correctly follow further sequence and accordingly Avatar has incorrectly followed a sequence where he is standing in front of a cupboard having gowning / labcoat / apron without first wearing a head mask which is in the adjacent cupboard. Ideally, user should first select head mask and then gowning and accordingly Avatar should first wear head mask and then move to a cupboard having gowning. Hence till this stage one step is incorrectly carried out and accordingly user has lost 3 % and not able to retain a score of 100 % but the score has dropped to 97 %.
Figure 3 provides that Avatar through operation by the user has entered the gowning area and user was confused about sequence to be followed in the gowning area. User has sought help and accordingly help / assistance is provided for the next step which is wearing of face mask. User makes Avatar wear a face mask and Avatar is ready for next step. However, since help is sought, user has lost 3 % and not able to retain a score of 100 % but the score has dropped to 97 %.
Figure 4 provides that Avatar through operation by the user has entered the gowning area. User is able to correctly follow all sequences employed in a complete gowning procedure and accordingly, Avatar has correctly followed sequence including wearing head mask, gowning, shoe covers, hand gloves etc. Hence till this stage all prior steps are correctly followed and he has retained score of 100 %.

Figure 5 provides that Avatar from Figure 4 (at score 100) through operation by the user incorrectly tries to open the door to enter reactor room. Realizing the mistake and unable to think of correct step to open the door, user seeks help. User loses 3 % each twice. First, because user follows an incorrect step for opening the door to enter reactor room and second, user seeks help which is displayed on the top left corner which reads as follows: “Tap on switch to enter reactor room”.
Figure 6 provides that Avatar from Figure 5 (at score 94) through operation by the user follows two more incorrect steps where operational status is not checked resulting in loss of 3% twice and accordingly score is dropped to 88 %.
Figure 7 provides a control panel available to the user. User can use W A S and D keys to control movements of Avatar. Score or accuracy level or status is seen in the middle of top portion of the control panel. Mouse with a left click can control camera angles. Work allotment sheet with task and sub-task is seem on left hand top corner. Right side top corner is for pause.

Detailed Description of the Invention
The present invention covers systems and computer implemented methods of creating and providing virtual learning environment / virtual interactive learning in an organization for its employees by way of gamification of standard operating procedures.
Typically, the applicant organization belongs to a highly regulated sector such as a Pharmaceutical Industry which has hundreds of documents as reference documents for its employees to refer to enable them to work in a certain way because such Industry must adhere to a high regulatory compliance to meet requirements of various regulators. Some of these procedures are written in a particular way and provided to employees for reading and understanding in a form of Standard Operating procedures. These procedures have a detailed step by step instructions regarding carrying out various operations in a particular work area. The procedures also have a post assessments section for employees to mention if they have “read and understood” the same. When an employee writes “read and understood” he or she acquires a preliminary qualification to access certain area / instrument / apparatus / machine etc.
Many a times these documents are voluminous and even though employee writes “Read and Understood”, it is still possible that certain crucial and important aspects are not learnt or learnt but the employee has not become proficient in accessing / handling / using a certain area / instrument / apparatus / machine etc..
The present invention provides very interactive training and learning tool. This interactive training and learning tools are particularly useful in case of new recruits and fresh recruits. But this is also useful for existing staff when a new procedure is introduced. Alternatively, it can be a part of general training program that staff members are periodically exposed to standard and correct operating procedures.
In the present invention an innovative interactive learning and training tool is provided in a form of gamification module. This innovative way of learning is also termed as GaMo - Glenmark Innovative Way of Learning.

More particularly, the invention provides a system configured to facilitate a virtual learning environment / program whereon the system comprises a programmable controller, a number of peripheral devices and one or more processors and the virtual learning relates to learning of standard operating procedure document or any of its version by user / learner / employee in an organization.
The system has a user’s device, remote or central server with a logic comprising a stepwise algorithm created covering all / crucial aspects / steps of a standard operating procedure document or any of its version. The system further has a processing and analyzing module or device with a programmable controller wherein the processing and analyzing module or device is operably coupled with user’s device or remote / central server or both.
The present invention covers systems and computer implemented methods of virtual interactive learning in an organization for its employees by way of gamification of standard operating procedures to be followed in the organization wherein the interactive learning is by employing an Avatar in virtually simulated work area explorable by Avatar.
The present invention also covers a method of creating a virtual learning environment / program including creating
i) a user’s representation, an Avatar, enabled to perform / carry out one or
more process steps as described in the standard operating procedure or any of its version upon user’s input / user’s instructions; and
ii) virtually simulated work area similar to actual work area of the user
preferably having at least one virtual equipment / machine / apparatus/ accessories / materials described in one or more standard operating procedure documents or any of its versions.
User is expected to carry out correct virtual actions through Avatar.
The method of creating a virtual learning environment / program also includes i) creating a scoring system for recording and displaying score, ii) creating help or assistance module which can be accessed by the user when user is stuck during

operation and iii) creating notification program to notify user of whether he / she is successful in achieving minimum score desired to be achieved.
Achieving certain minimum score qualifies user to physically access an area; or handle or operate the equipment / apparatus / machine / materials mentioned in the said standard operating procedure.
The method of creating a virtual learning environment / program also includes enabling Avatar with several actions to work in the virtual simulated work area. However, even though the virtual simulated work area is explorable by Avatar, this exploration comes with certain restrictions. Avatar cannot perform any function for example, certain functions like jumping, climbing etc. cannot be performed.
Interactive learning through gamification and by employing Avatar enables better understanding of work procedures for employees. The computer implemented method involves different scoring systems. In a first type, a positive scoring is done for each step done correctly and a negative score for each step done incorrectly. The computer implemented method also involves scoring if a correct sequence is followed and negative scoring if a correct sequence is not followed. Thus, employees learn a correct process step in a correct sequence with a step-by-step score based learning.
The computer implemented method also provides help in case user in the form of an Avatar is stuck and has no clue what to do. User however has to lose points if help is sought. The scoring is evaluated, saved and made accessible to user who is an employee and the administrator to understand and take care of training needs of users to enable them to follow correct work procedures.
In another type of scoring, user begins with a score of 100 % or 100 points / marks. If user follows corrects steps in correct sequence, user retains 100 % or 100 points. If user follows an incorrect step or seeks help / assistance, user loses some % or points. The % or points lost per incorrect step depends on various factors such as total number of steps, importance of each step in overall sequence etc. The administrator can set a cut off value for the user to qualify for certification. To encourage user to understand the standard operating procedure, user can continue

with the subsequent steps and can continue seeking help whether or not user qualifies for certification. Figures 1 -3 provide this system of scoring where user respectively follows, correct step, incorrect step and seeks help to understand correct step. The % or points lost at each incorrect step in a gamification module can be same or different. The % or points lost each time when user seeks help / assistance can also be same or different. The % or points lost at each incorrect step and when help is sought in a gamification module can be same or different.

Achieving certain minimum score qualifies user to physically access an area; or
handle or operate the equipment / apparatus / machine / materials mentioned in the
said standard operating procedure.
A gamification module is not same or similar to playing a game. There are various distinctions between a game and modules of the present invention.
First pre-requisite / eligibility criterion is the qualification. It can’t be operated by all because it is not meant for all. Thus, there is a minimum basic qualification such as graduation, post-graduation, doctorate in certain subjects or acquiring certain degrees for operating modules..

Second distinction is access. The modules are not accessible to all. The organization will limit access of various modules to various departments as per their requirement. No outsider can access the modules.
Third distinction is that the user can use the modules only after reading one or more standard operating procedure documents. No outsider can use the module because outsider will have no clue of one or more standard operating procedure documents prepared in the organization for its employees.
Even within a department, not all employees carry out same functions or work on same machines or use same area. Hence, the modules can be accessed and used by the employees as per their requirements.
Fourth distinction is the set up and attributes of Avatar. Set ups are restricted to simulation of various work areas such as laboratories. Avatars can not perform certain functions routinely performed in games like jumping, climbing, interacting with other Avatars etc.
Fifth distinction is that a single user operates modules without interacting with any other user unlike games which are commonly played by many players together.
Sixth distinction is the purpose. The sole purpose is learning and becoming proficient in specific work procedures and not entertainment. The mere purpose to bring in few games like attributes is to make learning easy.
Seventh distinction is that unlike games which are played voluntarily, these modules are not optional but mandatory in the training regime of employees.
In the present invention, the virtual interactive learning module / Gamification module employs the application of few game-like attributes to various work procedures to engage learner who are employees for learning and to achieve proficiency in various work procedures. Gamification makes learning easy, attractive, interesting and adds fun and enthusiasm to it. Additionally, it is quite insightful for employees who may miss out some important information while merely reading a procedure. Moreover, since each input by the user is recorded, administrator will find it easy to know the preparedness of employees in the work

environment. Also, a large group of employees can get trained as per their convenience.
Thus, the inventors of the present invention have come up with a computer implemented method where Standard Operating Procedures provided to employees for reading and understanding are converted into various gamification modules. These gamification modules provide an access to a particular simulated work area within the organization which is required to be accessed by the employees during their work schedule.
A 2D / 3D game development framework has been used to create a virtual simulated working area wherein the virtually simulated work area is a simulated laboratory for research and development, or laboratory for testing quality of product such as quality control or quality assurance laboratory, microbiology laboratory, area dedicated for synthesis of active or inactive ingredients or their analysis, or manufacturing area or packaging area or warehouse or engineering / utility area, environment health and safety area, area for information and technology, area of controlled access, area for purchase and / or supply, or any area through which such area can be accessed. Further, the gamification modules provide user with an “Avatar”, a character. An Avatar is a user’s representation in the gamification modules which is enabled with certain movements to allow it to carry out certain functions in accordance with the user inputs where these functions are required to be carried out in the work area by the users who are employees.
Users are first provided with standard operating procedures for reading and understanding them completely. The procedures include detailed instructions about carrying out various work procedures including but not limited to various operations such as calibration of machines and equipment, handling of various machines and equipment, carrying out certain manufacturing or analytical processes or carrying out various research and development procedures in a certain manner, entry and / or exit procedure to / from certain area, gowning procedures for entry into various areas etc.

After reading one or more standard operating procedures, users are provided with a device through which a gamification module can be accessed. This gamification module is based on the standard operating procedures previously provided to user where such procedures are converted into a module employing an Avatar who acts upon the instructions of user in a virtual simulated area explorable by the Avatar where simulated area represents work area of the user. User can control movement of Avatar to carry out desired process. For most process steps or for crucial process steps, points are provided which can be scored by user if a correct step is conducted by the user through Avatar. When user makes an incorrect move through an Avatar, there is a negative marking causing reduction of points earned. Alternatively, user begin with 100 points or percent and loses points / percent with each incorrect move. On completion of the module, a certification is provided to the user whereby user is considered to qualify to access or operate area / equipment / apparatus / machine for which the gamification module is created wherein user can qualify only if a certain minimum required points are scored / retained and not otherwise.
User must complete entire gamification module to qualify or to receive certification.
The Administrator can monitor user’s progress. The administrator can use a monitoring device to check progress of user online or offline.
Administrator can review the steps where user has gone wrong. If user is unable to achieve certain minimum desired score, user has to go through the module once again or n number of times till a desired minimum score is earned / retained and certificate is received.
To make user comfortable with overall concept and module, user can be additionally provided with a trial run before actually subjecting to various modules of standard operating procedures. One or more trial runs can be requested by the user.
Avatar is enabled to perform certain functions such as Avatar is enabled to perform one or more functions selected from standing, sitting, walking, turning, running,

lifting, opening or closing door, handling materials, weighing on weighing scale, adding or removing ingredient / material into / from area / vessel / equipment /apparatus /machine, wearing or removing accessories, starting / operating /stopping equipment / apparatus / machine, writing in the note book, fixing machine component, taking down or noting reading obtained from or displayed on equipment / apparatus / machine etc... Each process step may require Avatar to use one or more such functions simultaneously.
Since different operating procedures have different activities, Avatar may use different functions each time. Since Avatar is entirely controlled by the user, Avatar is capable of conducting error if user provides wrong input. For example, in a process of gowning to access certain regulated area, following a sequence of wearing or removing accessories is extremely important. For example, head gear / cap should be worn before wearing a gowning or a lab coat or apron. But user can make Avatar first wear an apron and then a head gear / cap. Since this is a change of a sequence, user will lose points.
The computer implemented method involves stored standard information stored on user’s device or a computing and analyzing device or a remote server. User’s every input is compared with stored standard data which is retrieved from its location for comparison with the user’s data. If user’s data does not match with corresponding retrieved standard data, user cannot proceed to next process step.
When user makes incorrect move through an Avatar, an error is notified on the screen as “invalid step”. When user does an incorrect move or when the user is confused about the next step, user can seek help. Assistance may be provided on the next step to be performed but with a deduction of score. Thus, whenever an incorrect step is performed or assistance is sought, there is a negative marking causing reduction of points earned / retained.
User can freely move Avatar in the space provided but certain movements of Avatar are restricted since the real work place is simulated in the module. For example, Avatar cannot perform some steps which are unlikely performed in the work place by any user such as for example jumping from one end to another end or climbing.

The computer implemented method of the present invention is two folds or divided into two parts. In a first part covered under second aspect, the method involves creating and providing interactive learning for the user. In a second part covered under the third aspect, the method involves enabling user to access and use interactive learning module where user through an Avatar takes charge of the interactive module and carries out desired processes and earns / retains or loses points with an aim to achieve certain minimum score at which the user can pass the module and gets certificate. It is further essential that user conducts procedure in a correct sequence. For example, after certain process steps, it is mandatory that a corresponding entry shall be made in a laboratory notebook / log book provided in a simulated set up. If user through Avatar does not make entries or tries to access next step without making entries, the user performs an invalid step and loses points. Thus, the module requires that user inculcates decision making and critical thinking skills, and is able to communicate with Avatar properly in the first attempt.
In the first part, the computer implemented method of creating an interactive module comprises
i) selecting one or more standard operating procedure documents and / or any
of its versions wherein said standard operating procedure document or any of its
version covers all / essential process steps required to be physically carried out by
a user / learner / employee for creating virtual learning environment / program to
be followed by a user wherein the said document and / or any of its versions is about
accessing an area and / or using and / or operating and / or handling at least one
equipment / machine / apparatus/ accessories / materials;
ii) serially numbering all / essential steps covering important and crucial
aspects of the procedure;
iii) providing / converting serially numbered steps in the form of instructions or
algorithm to carry out those steps in a certain sequence;
iv) Writing code and creating with the help of a 2D /3D game development
platform and / or code editor including Unity Pro ESD, C# scripting language and
3D Max designer software at least

a) a virtually simulated work area wherein the virtually simulated work area is a simulated laboratory for research and development, or laboratory for testing quality of product such as quality control or quality assurance laboratory, microbiology laboratory, area dedicated for synthesis of active or inactive ingredients or their analysis, or manufacturing area or packaging area or warehouse or engineering / utility area, environment health and safety area, area for information and technology, area of controlled access, area for purchase and / or supply, or any area through which such area can be accessed described in one or more standard operating procedure documents or a first or a second version of the one or more standard operating procedure documents to carry out processes defined thereof;
b) an Avatar, a character capable of exploring the virtually simulated work area wherein such simulated work area is equipped with one or more virtual objects such as one or more of machine, apparatus, equipment, material, accessories necessary to carry out processes defined in one or more standard operating procedure documents or a first or a second version of the one or more standard operating procedure documents and the Avatar is enabled with necessary movements to carry out certain functions according to the processes mentioned in one or more standard operating procedure documents or a first or a second version of the one or more standard operating procedure documents wherein the Avatar can perform any function only upon user’s input where one or more functions performed by Avatar are the functions which are required to be carried out in the work area by the users who are employees;
v) Writing code and creating a scoring system wherein user can earn score (if
starts with a zero score) or can retain score (if starts with 100 score) if Avatar performs correct action / process steps upon instruction from the user and loses score if an incorrect action / step is performed and can neither earn nor lose score if scoring is not assigned for any step carried out wherein the score is displayed real time on user’s device;
vi) Writing code and creating notification to inform user whether or not user is
qualified in the interactive learning program.

The method additionally comprises writing code and creating an assistance or help module which user can access through Avatar when user gets stuck up at any step wherein accessing help makes user lose points earned or retained previously.
In the beginning, each user is provided with a Standard Operating Procedure document in print or in digital version to read and understand entire process. This document relates to at least one process which is to be followed by users / employee while working in the organization. More particularly, the document covers processes to be followed by technical staff working in various laboratories or areas including manufacturing / analytical/ quality control / research and development laboratories. Each user / employee is given a device having a user interface where user can provide inputs. User can log in into the device to initiate virtual interactive learning module / gamification module. After log in, user takes control of a 3D image of laboratory technician / scientist which is termed as Avatar who is ready to act upon instructions of the user and who is enabled by various programs to make movements to carry out various laboratory processes. Avatar in the simulated laboratory or simulated manufacturing / analytical / any relevant area is expected to carry out relevant process described in one or more standard operating procedure documents or any versions thereof. If user makes correct moves, Avatar is able to perform desired functions in correct manner and user earns points. If user makes incorrect moves or follows an incorrect sequence, Avatar is not able to perform desired functions in correct manner and user loses points. Each step is given a certain score which can be earned or lost upon carrying out correct or incorrect activity. Scores can be equal or unequal for each step and may depend on significance of a certain process step in overall procedure.
In an embodiment, all steps / all essential steps are given an equal score. In this embodiment, there are 50 steps and each step has 2 points. User can earn 100 points after performing 50 correct steps. In another embodiment, scores are as per the significance of the steps in overall process and each step / each essential has a score from 2 – 5.

User’s performance can be recorded, stored and reviewed online or offline when user is playing the game and / or after completion of game. User can or may be required to play the same module second, third or nth time if user cannot score desired points in a first or second attempt.
In an embodiment, when and if user plays the same module for the second time or subsequently thereafter, user and administrator can compare the earlier and later performances.
In an embodiment, the module is time bound and user is expected to finish each module in certain time frame.
In an embodiment, user is provided with a trial before actual game. User can request one or more trials to get accustomed for operating Avatar.
It is not necessary that each user’s move which provides movement of Avatar has a score / point. For example, walking up to machine where procedure is about calibration or operation of machine may not carry a score or point. However, the same walking in another procedure such as entry or exist procedure may carry a score or point. When user performs an action which has a score or point, User’s input in the form of a signal is sensed and processed by a processor / controller and compared with the stored standard data containing similar information.
If user has taken a correct step, such input data is sent for computation of score wherein either user earns score or retains score as per the system of scoring selected / employed.
The invention provides a system for supporting operation of methods of interactive learning and training module / gamification module where user through an Avatar takes charge of the interactive module to carry out desired process and earns / retains or loses points with an aim to achieve certain minimum score at which the user can pass the module and gets certificate. The method also provides a help function to enable user to carry out certain process step in case user forgets the step or a sequence in the step.

The system comprises one or more of following components namely, an input device, a display device, a processing and / or computing unit, a remote server, a communication network and a monitoring device. More particularly, the system has following five components namely,
i) A user’s / learner’s device having a processor and one or more peripheral
devices comprising of a RAM, a solid-state drive, a High resolution graphics /
Graphic card, a display. The user’s device is installed with a scorm.exe (Shareable
Content Object Reference Model) file or apk (Android Package Kit) file or any
equivalent file as per the device type to facilitate access of the virtual learning
environment.
The user accesses the virtual learning environment to carry out / perform virtually
one or more steps mentioned in the standard operating procedure document or any
of its version through user’s representation, an Avatar and a virtual area explorable
by the user / learner by taking control of Avatar.
The said virtual area is a virtual simulated work area of said user / learner /employee
having at least one virtual equipment / machine / apparatus/ accessories / materials
described in the said standard operating procedure document or any of its versions
and wherein user works in the virtual learning environment on said system which
enables him / her to learn accessing / handling / working / operating equipment /
machine / apparatus/ accessories / materials as described in said standard operating
procedure or any of its versions;
ii) Remote / central server. This server is configured with a logic comprising a
stepwise algorithm created covering all / crucial aspects / steps of a standard
operating procedure document or any of its version. It enables user/ learner /
employee to perform virtually one or more steps mentioned in standard operating
procedure document or any of its version through user’s representation, an Avatar
in a virtual learning environment.
iii) Communication network.
v) A processing and analyzing module / device with a programmable
controller. This processing and analyzing device is operably coupled with any of
the user’s device or remote server / central server or both.

The processing and analyzing module / device checks the correctness of one or
more steps virtually carried out by the user/ learner / employee through Avatar and
activates a scoring system to add , deduct or retain points scored for one or more
steps performed.
vi) Optionally a monitoring device to be operated by an administrator.
In a embodiment, all five components are present.
Once the scoring system is activated, user’s device receives and / or displays score of the user virtually performing one or more steps mentioned in standard operating procedure document or any of its version. The score is displayed in real time.
After log in, User can access a specific module. User can take charge of an Avatar and move it in desired way to carry out various functions. User device is the device which can be a smartphone, laptop, Tablet, desktop etc. User’s interface is provided with a machine-readable instruction. User’s input is a signal which is received by a processing and analyzing device.
It is also possible for an Android smart phone user to download the .apk file from the internal portal of the organization. User can scan the QR code designed for this purpose and gets routed to organization’s server which enables the user to open user interface screen on his / her android mobile.
User experience has been designed with attributes of Login (Employee Domain Credentials), Disclaimers, Step to follow for downloading the file and a link to download the (.apk) for installation of interactive learning module on mobile.
A strong authentication is provided so that only verified users can access the interactive module on the smart phone.
A processing and analyzing device can also be in the user device. Alternatively, there is a separate a processing and analyzing device. Yet alternatively, computing device can be in a remote server.
A processing and analyzing device can process or alternatively process and analyze user’s response. A processing and analyzing device can be together or separate.

When they are together, they can be in user’s device or in remote server. Alternatively, only one of them is in remote server and other is in a user device.
In an embodiment, computing and analyzing device is in user’s device.
In yet another embodiment, computing and analyzing device is in remote server.
Both computing and analyzing functions can be done by a single processor or by two or more different processors.
A processing and / or analyzing device processes user’s response and compares it with a stored algorithm. If the user’s response matches with the stored algorithm, the next process step can be accessed by the user. If the user’s response does not match with stored algorithm, user gets an intimation of an “invalid step”. At this stage, user can repeat the step or seek help.
The logic of following stepwise algorithm is done with the help of Unity gaming software (licensed version) and the array of step sequence is stored into inhouse server which is accessible to only company employees.
If user is stuck up at any step and seeks help / assistance, the algorithm can provide such help.
Remote server is configured to perform plurality of functions. Remote server is communicatively connected with user’s device as well as computing and analyzing device, Alternatively, remote server has embedded processing and analyzing device.
In an embodiment, remote server has a processing and analyzing device embedded. Data from user is received by remote server where it is processed and analyzed. If user’s data matches with stored standard data (algorithm), user is given access to the next step otherwise user is stopped and informed of an “invalid step”. Thereafter user has to correct the step on its own or by accessing help module.
In another embodiment, data from user is received by a computing and analyzing device where it is computed and analyzed and then sent to a server. If user data matches with stored standard data user is given access to the next step otherwise

user is stopped and informed of an “invalid step”. Thereafter user has to correct the step on its own or by accessing help module.
Remote server can be used to store and retrieve user’s data. User’s data can be recorded, stored and reviewed online or offline when user is playing the game and / or after completion of game. Remote server can be used to store and retrieve when needed “stored standard data”. This data represents correct steps to be carried out in correct sequence. This stored standard data is a reference datapoint against which user’s input in evaluated. The comparison is made step by step i.e nth step of user input is compared with nth step of stored standard data.
If a certain minimum number of steps are followed correctly in any game module, certain minimum user’s input data matches with stored standard data and a certificate of proficiency can be generated. This certificate can be generated in remote server or in a computing and analyzing device or on user’s device.
Alternatively, stored standard data can be stored on user’s input device. Such embodiment may have all functions which can be carried out through user’s device including user’s input, computing, analyzing, displaying relevant information and generating certificate etc. A same device can store data of various users under several user profiles.

Using above, an Avatar and a virtually simulated work area are created. As shown in Figure 1, user through Avatar has accessed a room of gowning where user chooses to first wear a head mask. This is a correct step. Head mask should be worn before touching hand gloves or lab coats etc… Accordingly, user’s score of 100 % is retained.
Example 2 provides that Avatar through operation by a user has entered the gowning area. User is not able to correctly follow a proper gowning sequence and accordingly Avatar has incorrectly followed a sequence where he is standing in front of a cupboard having gowning / labcoat / apron without first wearing a head mask which is in the adjacent cupboard. Ideally, user should first select head mask and then other gowning and accordingly Avatar should first wear head mask and then move to a cupboard having gowning. Hence till this stage one step is incorrectly carried out and accordingly user has lost 3 % and not able to retain a score of 100 % but the score has dropped to 97 %.
