Abstract: A television device includes a flat-plate main body, and a stand supporting the main body. The stand includes: a base member including a bottom face section and a pair of bearing sections projecting upward from the bottom face section; a shaft member bridged between the bearing sections; an arm member including a leg section rotatably fixed to the bearing sections, and a body section provided to bend from the leg section, provided with a lower screw hole and an upper screw hole, and fixed to the support object; and a receiving member including a lower section provided on the bottom face section, a middle section upstanding at a first angle from the lower section and including a first screw hole corresponding to the lower screw hole, and an upper section provided at a second angle from an upper end of the middle section and provided with a second screw hole corresponding to the upper screw hole.
