Claims:We claim:
1. A system to verify a potential tenant comprising, a web portal for both the parties, the associated police verification system to authenticate the tenant linked to state registry system for speedy and hassle free real estate rental property management for both the parties.

A system of claim 1, wherein potential tenant registers to the online rent portal and police verification process initiates in which the multiple details such as personal, social conduct details, past records with previous owner etc. are considered and are submitted by the tenant in the form of web documents.
3. A system of claim 2 wherein, the police verification further include fingerprint, iris, photograph analysis and authentication.
4. A system of claim 1 wherein, the system for rent registry verification initiates once the police verification procedure is complete.
5. A system of claim 2, 3, 4 wherein, the police verification data and rent registry data are presented to the registered property owner and online lease agreement is generated after owner’s affirmation to the tenant.
6. A system of claim 1 wherein, the system provides hassle free, speedy, real- time tenant verification information output with minimal manual intervention.
, Description:Technical Field of the Invention
The subject matter of the invention relates to the field of real estate. More particularly, the invention discloses artificial intelligence-based tenant verification system for real estate rental property management.
Background of the Invention
Conventionally, leasing a property typically require background authentication of the tenant, police verification of tenant, lease agreement creation between tenant and owner through State registry. There is separate procedure for all the above processes and are time consuming, costly and very laborious for tenant as well as the owner of the property. Patent application number US6049784A provides a method for creating and managing a lease arrangement wherein the landlord is assured of rent payments being deposited in a landlord account in a timely manner, but does not take into account tenant authentication through police assurances. Accordingly, there exists a need for an online web portal wherein there is a tenant verification system for landlords to monitor the potential tenant and to get lease agreement produced as soon as deal is done.
To give a technical solution to the above mentioned problems, the current invention approaches to create a self-learning Artificial intelligence based algorithm.
Object of Invention
That object of the present invention is to provide a tenant authentication system for automated, trouble-free and swift real estate rental property management for both, the property owners and tenants.
That object of the present invention is to provide a paperless tenant authentication system with least labour-intensive technology.

Summary of the Invention
In one embodiment of the invention, a rental property management system is provided for tenant registration, verification through a web portal which further includes police verification system and state rental verification system for tenant authentication.
In one embodiment of the invention, the system would not only provide real time tenant authentication data to the property owner but would also furnish an easy, paperless and speedy output for both the parties.

Detailed Description of the Invention
There are several factors that are considered while an owner rents out his property, most important being the background information of a prospective tenant. Traditionally, the process of lease relationship development and lease agreement generation, police verification is very tedious, costly and time and labour intensive. However, many of the above mentioned drawbacks can be eliminated by the system disclosed in the present invention.
In the present invention, a system is developed wherein a potential tenant registers to a web portal wherein tenant data, based on multiple factors related to personal, social, financial status, etc., is procured from the tenant. This data is further analysed using advanced AI-based methods to generate tenant profiles wherein the tenant profiles are further verified by local Police system and state rent registry system linked to the online portal.
In the other embodiment of the present invention describes a system wherein the Tenant data verified by Police and state registry is presented to the property owner and hence help the owner in monitoring background information of their prospective tenant with precision and regularity.
Another embodiment of the present invention describes a system wherein the system makes the lease agreement generation a lot easier, faster and hassle free for both, the tenant and the owner.
The real estate website 101 may include an online rental portal 102 for registration and verification of the tenant 103, wherein online police verification system 104 and online state rent registry system 105 generate a tenant profile which is further presented to the property owner 106 who is registered to the portal 102. By looking into the tenant information, the owner 106 may proceed with renting his property to the registered tenant 103.
The online rental portal 202 may include a system for tenant registration 203 wherein the tenant 201 can generate a User profile 204 and would be uploading his personal, social, history etc. information 205 on the web portal 202. The system would link this data to Local police Station 206 of the area where the Tenant is planning to move and the application would verify the data further 207, stored in 208 and updated from time to time 209, thus generating Police verification data 210.
The online rental portal may further include a system wherein the Police verification data 301 is provided to the state rent registry and the application further verifies the Tenant information 302. The state rent registry verification data 303 is presented to the contacted and registered landlord 304. Based on this tenant information, the supplication may allow the registered owner/ landlord to approve the Tenant to rent out the property and give clearance to generate registered rent agreement 305 or allow the registered landlord/ owner to disapprove 306 the Tenant.
