FIELD OF INVENTION
This invention relates to tension bar assembly for rear axle housing assembly of agricultural tractor.
PRIOR ART
The conventional rear axle assembly of agricultural tractor is shown in fig. 1, which includes power transmission components like crown wheel-pinion (spiral bevel gear pair), differential assembly, rear axle shafts. These components transmit power from gearbox to rear wheel of agricultural tractor. This assembly also includes differential housing, rear axle housings (LHS & RHS), Hydraulic lift 8B drawbar. Drawbar at rear of agricultural tractor acts as a connection between tractor 85 trolley.
However, the drawback associated with the known art is that, rear axle housing undergoes heavy bending load during haulage applications.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION

An object of the present invention is to provide tension bar assembly for rear axle housing assembly of agricultural tractor which releases the tensile stress 8B helps to restrict bending of rear axle housing.
Another object of the present invention is to provide tension bar assembly for rear axle housing assembly of agricultural tractor which improves rigidity of rear axle housing assembly during heavy haulage applications.
Further object of the present invention is to provide tension bar assembly for rear axle housing assembly of agricultural tractor so as to mount tension bar assembly on tractor to connect rear axle housings (LHS & RHS) rigidly.
STATEMENT OF INVENTION
According to this invention, there is provided tension bar assembly for rear axle housing assembly of agricultural tractor comprising of U channel so as to connect base plate and threaded rod for fastening wherein said plate supports differential housing.

DETAIL DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION WITH REFERENCE TO THE ACCOMPANYING DRAWINGS;
Tension bar assembly of the present invention (as shown in fig. 2) comprising of U channel so as to connect base plate and threaded rod for fastening wherein said plate supports differential housing.
The tension bar assembly (as shown in fig .3) is mounted on bottom face of center housing with U bolts. Ends of tension bar assembly are inserted in holes of mounting bracket which is to be fastened with fender mounting bolts. Base plate of tension bar assembly is fastened at bottom of differential housing for support. Nuts are provided on threaded rod for proper adjustment of tension bar assembly.

The present invention includes provision of support to both rear axle housings (Left hand side 8B Right hand side) with the help of tension bar assembly, mounting bracket 8B fasteners. This tension bar assembly releases bending stresses on rear alxe by tightening rear axle housing in heavy haulage applications.
It is to be noted that the present invention is susceptible to modifications, adaptations and changes by those skilled in the art. Such variant embodiments employing the concepts and features of this invention are intended to be within the scope of the present invention, which is further set forth under the following claims:-

1. Tension bar assembly for rear axle housing assembly of agricultural tractor comprising of U channel so as to connect base plate and threaded rod for fastening wherein said plate supports differential housing.
2. Tension bar assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the tension bar assembly is mounted on bottom face of center housing with U bolts.
3. Tension bar assembly as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein ends of tension bar assembly are inserted in holes of mounting bracket.
4. Tension bar assembly as claimed in any of the preceding claims, wherein Base plate of tension bar assembly is fastened at bottom of differential housing for support.
