Terminal Connection Of Stator Wires In Rotating Electrical Machines
Abstract: The present subject matter relates to a modified bobbin assembly and a terminal connector (326) for a terminal connection of a rotating electrical machine. The modified bobbin assembly is provided with a first bobbin (308) and a second bobbin (320). On assembly, a projecting member (318) projects from the holding ports (412) of the first bobbin (308), passes through the stator core (302), and abuts against the annular ports (322) of the second 10 bobbin (320) forming a passage to encase the terminal connector (326). The first end (606) of the terminal connector (326) is locked to the first bobbin (308) and soldered to a stator wire (702), and the second end (610) of the terminal connector (326) is connected to a supply wire cable (330).
