Abstract: The present invention relates to a multipurpose food testing equipment. More particularly, it relates to physical, chemical, microscopic and microbial testing of various type of food products such as spices and condiments, cereal and cereal products, Fruits and vegetables, Water, Oils and Fats, dairy, bakery, beverage, snacks and like products. It can perform proximate analysis including color value, texture profile analysis, bulk density, sp. Gravity, Absorption of light, Electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, Melting point and Chemical analysis including pH, Acidity, TDS, Salt, all kind of titrations, all kind of adulterant detection, Microscopic analysis including colony counting and microscopic view of microorganism and process for product development, psychometric testing, Physical-chemical and gaseous analysis, digestion factor analysis. This equipment is designed in such a manner that we have to select food category and feed sample according to equipment’s assistance panel. In machine itself, selected test is rectified, performed and processed in specific manner under pre-defined control parameters and it automatically gives the test results and graph with respect of time. This machine is equipped with programming board, multiple accurate sensors, safety fuses, temperature indicator and controller, heater, stirrer, incubator, microscope, camera, display panel, assistance panel, chemical storage vessel and other required components. Its compact and mobile design makes it looking attractive, easy to use and perform the tests so that small and medium scale operators can test their food for its quality, consistency, adulteration in raw material, physical-chemical-microscopic examination of raw, inter-mediate and final products. It generates fingerprint of food which helps in sample comparison of other food products, it also helps in aromatic studies and digestion analysis. The prime purpose of equipment is to help food business operators and testing laboratories to track quality of food at accurate levels yet cheaper cost in mobile testing equipment.

, Description:This invention is basically divided into four main units according to process needed.
First unit is used for storage of required laboratory reagents. It is equipped with non-reactive storage vessels with level indication and automatically operated valve which operate as per pre-controlled program from program processing board.
The second and important unit is sensor hub. It has multiple sensors for analysis of all said parameters and test. The sensor hub is fitted in such a manner that it automatically quantifies, detect and analyze the feed sample. It is in connection with unit one and program processing board so that to take measured quantity of selective reagents directly into reaction chamber and submit responses in microseconds to the program processing board.
The third unit is reaction chamber in which sample and sensor hub works together to analyze the sample. It has inbuilt heating/stirring system which could be performed according to test selected. Machine automatically controls the temperature according to selected test and it also controls the stirrer speed and time operations.
Forth unit is incubation and microscopic analysis chamber which can incubate the petri-plates in controlled temperature and for predefined time and can analyze the samples for number of colonies and for microscopic view and surface area study of the object/petri plates.
Fifth unit is processing chamber which processes the data and stores it, analyses and responds quickly to the sensor hub and manages electrical processing box for control of required voltages and currents for selected test and sensor from sensor hub.
In this manner, this innovation can perform proximate analysis including color value, texture profile analysis, bulk density, sp. Gravity, Absorption of light, Electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, Melting point, Chemical analysis including pH, Acidity, TDS, Salt, all kind of titrations, all kind of adulterant detection, Microscopic analysis including colony counting and microscopic view of microorganism and process for development, psychometric testing, Physical-chemical and gaseous analysis, digestion factor analysis. All the components work in coordination of each other via receiving command from program processing board. Along with this, peoples are becoming more and more health conscious now a day, so this equipment assures quality of product by analyzing and statistically representing the data.
Object of the Invention
