Abstract: The present invention discloses a method, system or computer program for aiding land registration by using blockchain technology. User has to create profile with all needed documents before requesting the land registration on any electronic device which has active internet connection. By receiving this request, backend blockchain server get activated. It processes all documents which are provided by user for verification. Claims:We claim,
1) The method and computer program for land registry using blockchain technology comprising of components such as;
a. The electronic device with active internet connection- used for creating profile of user, requesting land registry from user.
b. The blockchain API (Application Programming Interface)- verification of all documents submitted by user.
c. The blockchain server at backend- New data is stored in server in cryptographically form.
2) The system claimed in claim 1, user must have government approved photo id proof to prove his Genuity to prove that user is not fake.
3) The system claimed in claim 1, user must submit all needed document related to land registry online to application and create profile on application.
4) The system claimed in claim 1, could serve as proof of ownership, existence, exchange and transaction which would resulting in reducing the fraud cases.
5) The system claimed in claim 1, is online process so it reduces period for waiting the certificate which means it is accelerating the process.
6) The system claimed in claim 1, create smart contract. This contract contains all records of the land. So, it is possible of tracking of history of ownership records, due to which system become more transparent.
, Description:TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION –
This invention is related to method and computer program for land registration smartphone or any computing device with the help of blockchain technology.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION –
In the current land registry process, there are some challenges which makes this process very critical and hectic. The challenges such as, the involvement of middlemen and brokers - Middlemen and brokers are an integral part of every big business as they know more about market offerings. Buyers and Sellers usually prefer to call them to build a full support team. As a result, buyers acquire a deeper understanding of the market and identify lower/higher prices for the transaction. Middlemen gather required information from traders, identify errors, interpret and facilitate the implementation of real estate transactions. Since real estate is big business, it involves a huge number of players, including brokers, lenders, intermediaries and local governments. It leads to additional costs, making the entire ecosystem expensive.
The increasing number of fraud cases - There has been several cases of imposters posing as the seller of a property. If an imposter successfully pretends as a property owner, they may receive the full amount of after completion and escape with the funds. In many of the cases, both sellers and buyers were unaware of the fraud until discovered by the land registry as part of a spot check exercise.
Time Delays - Land Registry takes a considerably long time to complete title registrations. There could be a gap of several months between completion and registration. Many legal problems can also arise during this long gap. For example, what if you have to serve the landlord’s notice to break a lease where property has been sold. Such issues can make the entire process delayed and buyers have to wait for a long time.
Human error/intervention - Currently, updates to the land registry records are made manually and the accuracy of those changes depends on a particular individual. It means that the land registry is more vulnerable to human errors. Human intervention can increase the chances of errors in the land registry system.
The present system and method use blockchain technology for land registration which are having solutions to the above problems. Having the features such as,
Accelerating the Process -Middlemen involved in the land registry process hold information that you cannot access, or you might not have the license required to operate in a property transaction ecosystem. But the blockchain land registry platform can offer you a distributed database where anyone can record and access information without the involvement of any centralized authority. At present, the title to a property/land is just a piece of paper. You require to fill blanks in the deed, sign it, get it notarized for rubber stamping and send the documents to the government to transfer the property.
The process looks too old and slow. However, creating a digital title with blockchain land registry platform can improve the process.
With the blockchain’s potential to prove authenticity, homeowners can transfer the land ownership legitimately to the buyer without needing third-party verification.
Reducing Fraud Cases - In today’s digital world, it is now possible for imposters to forge the documents and fake the title ownership with the editing software. Blockchain land registry platform will allow you to upload the title documentation to the blockchain network where signers can sign the document and other users can verify it when needed. By keeping an immutable record of transactions, blockchain can prove that you are the owner of the land title and prevent from forgery of documents.
Therefore, it can be said that the blockchain land registry platform could serve as proof of ownership, existence, exchange and transaction.
Bringing Transparency with Smart Contracts - There are only a few people who buy property directly. The process of loan or mortgage is comparatively slower due to administrative issues. But smart contracts can make the process simpler by automating verified transactions. With the blockchain land registry platform, you can create a digital, decentralized ID as a seller and buyer. Doing so would make ownership transfer seamless and quicker than the traditional method. As soon as the registrar confirms the transfer of land title, smart contracts trigger to update ownership for a new buyer and transaction corresponding to it gets stored on the blockchain.

The main object of this invention is the method and computer program for land registration by using blockchain technology.
Another object of this invention is that using smart phone or any computing device registration can be done online.
Other object of this invention is that the data about particular land can be seen by anybody but no one can change the data because of its immutable data stored on each node of blockchain.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION –
The present invention discloses a method, system or computer program for aiding land registration by using blockchain technology. The system and method for aiding land registration comprising of;
Electronic device with active internet connection – To send request for land registration to authority.
Backend server for blockchain technology – To verify all document submitted by requester.
If all the requirements are met, then the system enables initiation of smart contract and the created data is save cryptographically in the server. the snapshot of the save information is extracted and id provided for public viewing.
Anyone who want to see this record, can send request for information. And at backend blockchain server search for particular block of information and load the data if available to that particular device in distributed form. So only seen option is available. And no one can change anything in it.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION –
The present invention discloses a method, system or computer program for aiding land registration by using blockchain technology.
Blockchain is, in essence, a digital database (or ledger) distributed across a network of computers.
The records are protected by cryptography and are, therefore, protected against human error, editing and removal. The versatility of blockchain means it is being widely considered as a way to manage financial transactions, asset transfers and regulatory obligations. In particular, blockchain is now seen by many as the future of land registration.
The system and method for aiding land registration is comprising of contents;
Electronic device with active internet connection –
A) It will create profile of user who want land registration.
B) This is used to Send request for land registration to authority.
Blockchain API (Application Interface) - This is used to Verify all document submitted by requester.
Backend server – The data is stored here in cryptographically form with help of blockchain technology.
Registration Database – This database has all the records of land registration. In this database data is save in cryptographic form, so no manipulation or editing for change can be done.
The system and method for aiding land registration by using blockchain technology is comprising of the steps are as;
Step 1) User has to create self-profile.
User must have to create the profile on the application with details like Legal name, government-issued Id proof, and designation
Step 2) User register to Land Register application via any electronic device with active internet connection.
A hash for the identity information submitted by the users gets stored on the blockchain.
Step 3) The backend server gets activated and calls blockchain Application interface and verifying the documents submitted by user.
Step 4) If verification results negative then it will message user that verification not done and update right information.
Step 5) If verification results positive then blockchain executes smart contracts specific to requested action.
Step 6) The new registration data is stored in database cryptographically format. This database is on blockchain backend server.
Step 7) The new block of information is created using hash.
Step 8) This new block of information is attached to blockchain.
Step 9) The land registration certificate is issued to User who request for it through Land Registration process.
Step 10) The new block data is published on every node, who is requested for watch.
But as per blockchain speciality, the data on Blockchain is immutable, auditable and decentralized so can not be changed by anyone except authority.
Anyone who want to see the particular record for land registration, can send request for information. The backend blockchain server search for particular block of information. If data is found then it will load the data to that particular device in distributed form. So only seen option is available. And no one can change anything in it.
