Abstract: ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION AN IMPROVED HAND BAG HAVING ILLUMINATING MEANS. The present invention an improved hand bag having illuminating means consists of at least one chamber made of flexible sheet material, bottom end permanently closed and top end adapted to open and close. The closure means, such as, zip and the like provided and secured at inner side of the edges of the top end of the said hand bags that is adapted to open and close the hand bag. Handles secured at the top end centre of the said chamber. The bags is characterized by providing at least one Light Emitting means provided with energy supply means, such as, battery embedded to one of the said side walls; at least one sensor module embedded with other walls of the said chamber, such that in open and operative configuration when the side walls move away the said Light Emitting means activates and illuminates providing light within the said chamber and in closed and inoperative configuration when the side walls moved close to each other the Light Emitting means gets deactivated.
Claims:We claim:
1. An improved hand bag having illuminating means consists of at least one chamber made of flexible sheet material, bottom end permanently closed and top end adapted to open and close; closure means, such as, zip and the like provided and secured at inner side of the edges of the top end of the said hand bags that is adapted to open and close the hand bag; and handles secured at the top end centre of the said chamber; characterized in that at least one Light Emitting means provided with energy supply means, such as, battery embedded to one of the said side walls; at least one sensor module embedded with other walls of the said chamber, such that in open and operative configuration when the side walls move away the said Light Emitting means activates and illuminates providing light within the said chamber and in closed and inoperative configuration when the side walls moved close to each other the Light Emitting means gets deactivated.
2. An improved hand bag having illuminating means as claimed in claim 2, wherein there are plurality of Light Emitting means embedded in the side wall of the chamber with corresponding number of sensor devices embedded in the opposite side walls of the chamber.
3. An improved hand bag having illuminating means as claimed in claims 1 and 2, and as described with reference to illustrations in the accompanying drawings. , Description:FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an improved hand bag having illuminating means.
BACKGROUND & OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
Hand bags are in use basically for carrying personal requisites and auxiliaries of personal use. The hand bags are essentially carried by women. Passage of time and development of fashion worldwide evolved carrying various products of personal use, such as lipstick, nail polish, eye liner, jewelries and cash.
In darkness the products carried in the hand bag could not be identified from within the bag and they require to be emptied. In process of emptying there is likelihood that some of the products may get lost, and such products may be expensive jewelries or cash. Even the cosmetics and perfumes are expensive in terms of money.
OBJECTIVE OF THE INVENTION
One of the primary objectives of the present invention is to enable to identify the products in the hand bag without removal. Another objective of the present invention is to avert loss of products in the process of emptying them or removal of them from the bag for the purposes of identification.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
According to the present invention an improved hand bag having illuminating means consists of at least one chamber made of flexible sheet material, bottom end permanently closed and top end adapted to open and close; closure means, such as, zip and the like provided and secured at inner side of the edges of the top end of the said hand bags that is adapted to open and close the hand bag; and handles secured at the top end centre of the said chamber; characterized in that at least one Light Emitting means provided with energy supply means, such as, battery embedded to one of the said side walls; at least one sensor module embedded with other walls of the said chamber, such that in open and operative configuration when the side walls move away the said Light Emitting means activates and illuminates providing light within the said chamber and in closed and inoperative configuration when the side walls moved close to each other the Light Emitting means gets deactivated.
According to another embodiment of the invention, there may be plurality of Light Emitting means embedded in the side wall of the chamber with corresponding number of sensor devices embedded in the opposite side walls of the chamber.
DESCRIPTION OF ILLUSTRATION IN DRAWINGS
The invention will now be described with reference to illustrations in the accompanying drawings, wherein –
Figure 1 is an illustration of chamber made of flexible sheet material of the improved hand bag envisaged according to the present invention in open and operative configuration;
Figure 2 is an illustration of chamber made of flexible sheet material of the improved hand bag envisaged according to the present invention in closed and inoperative configuration
Figure 3 is an illustration of cross-section of chamber, section taken along line A-A in Fig. 1;
Figure 4 is an illustration of cross-section of chamber, section taken along line B-B in Fig.2.
Referring to the illustrations in figures 1 and 2, numeral 101 is chamber of an improved hand bag. Numeral 102 shows a set of handles secured to the chamber 101. Numeral 103 is fastening means, such as, zip or the like fastening means secured to the open top end of the chamber 101.
As seen in Figures 3 and 4, numeral 104 is an embedded Light Emitting means on one of the side walls of the chamber of the improved hand bag. Numeral 105 is energy supply means also embedded on the side wall having Light Emitting means. The Light Emitting means is connected to energy supply means one of the side walls. The energy supply means may be battery. Numeral 104 is sensor device that is capable of activating and deactivating the Light Emitting means. Numeral 106(a) and 106(b) are constituents of fastening means such as zip.
In open and operative configuration of the improved hand bag envisaged according to the present invention, the constituents of zip 106(a) and 106(b) are in operative configuration and side walls 107 and 108 of the chamber slide away. On side walls 107 and 108 sliding away, the Lighting Emitting means, preferably a Light Emitting Diode illuminates providing light within the chamber. Illumination of Light Emitting means and light in the chamber facilitates identification of valuables and products from within the chamber without requiring them removal exposing to outsiders.
In closed and inoperative configuration of the improved hand bag envisaged according to the present invention, the constituents of zip 106(a) and 106(b) are in inoperative configuration and side walls 107 and 108 of the chamber slide close to each other. On side walls 107 and 108 sliding close to each other, the illuminated Lighting Emitting means, preferably a Light Emitting Diode gets deactivated.
