"Thermal Spraying Repairing Apparatus And Thermal Spraying Repairing Method Of Coke Oven"
Abstract: A thermal-spraying repairing apparatus, which repairs a carbonization chamber wall brick of a coke oven by thermal spraying, includes a first burner and a second burner each having a powder-jetting nozzle which jets thermal-spraying powder, and a plurality of flame-radiating nozzles arranged around the powder-jetting nozzle. First intersection positions where the flame radiation axes of the respective flame-radiating nozzles of the first burner intersect each other are located on the powder jetting axis of the powder-jetting nozzle of the first burner. Second intersection positions where the flame radiation axes of the respective flame-radiating nozzles of the second burner intersect each other are located on the powder jetting axis of the powder-jetting nozzle of the second burner. The distance from the powder-jetting nozzle of the first burner to the first intersection position is longer than the distance from the powder-jetting nozzle of the second burner to the second intersection position.
