Thermal Synthesis Crystal Membrane Production Apparatus And Thermal Synthesis Crystal Membrane Production Method

Abstract: A thermal synthesis crystal membrane production apparatus and a thermal synthesis crystal membrane production method capable of efficiently producing a homogeneous thermal synthesis crystal membrane are provided. A thermal synthesis crystal membrane production apparatus (1) of the present invention comprises a reaction vessel (2) that stores a reaction liquidcontaining a membrane precursor and serves as a field of a formation reaction of a thermal synthesis crystal membrane induced by heat, a heating unit that heats the reaction liquid in the reaction vessel (2) from the periphery of the reaction vessel (2) , and a support (3) that is disposed in the reaction vessel (2) and supports a substrate (4) in which membrane formation is performed on a surface thereof, wherein a heat transfer path (5) is formed inside the support (3) so as to be able to heat the support (3) through the heat transfer path (5) from the outside of the reaction vessel (2) .
