The present invention provides a see-saw bioreactor for aniasal cell line culture which comprises a pair of limbs (1,29, SOlemoid valves (5,7; 6,8) a jacket (20) is provided with sensors (9,10,11) providing signals to a CPU (3) for altenraatvely operating said solenoid valves in pairs (5,8; 6,7) and the peristaltic pumps (14,15) for pH control and the feed-in (2) and feed-out pump (I3), The jacket can be provided with pH,dissolved oxygen and temperature sertsors (9,10,11) and cam be connected to a feed-in and! feed-out pump (12, 13) through valves for controlling the feed to the cells.
