Thermoplastic Resin Composition, Method For Preparing Same, And Molded Product Manufactured Therefrom

Abstract: The present invention relates to a thermoplastic resin composition, a preparation method therefor, and a molded article manufactured therefrom and, more particularly, to a thermoplastic resin composition, a preparation method therefor, and a molded article manufactured therefrom, wherein the thermoplastic resin composition comprises: 100 parts by weight of a base resin comprising (A-1) 3 to 22 weight% of an alkyl acrylate-aromatic vinyl compound-vinylcyan graft copolymer containing an alkyl acrylate rubber, with an average particle diameter of 50 to 200 nm, (A-2) 20 to 40 weight% of an alkyl acrylate-aromatic vinyl compound-vinylcyan compound graft copolymer containing an alkyl acrylate rubber, with an average particle diameter of 200 nm (exclusive) to 600 nm (inclusive), and (B) 50 to 72 weight% of an aromatic vinyl polymer-vinylcyan compound copolymer; and (C) 0.6 to 1.9 parts by weight of a lubricant, and contains a total rubber content of 15 to 21 weight% on the basis of a total of 100 weight% of the thermoplastic resin composition as measured by FT-IR. According to the present invention, the composition neither contains phthalate compounds, which are harmful environmental hormones to the human body, nor emits toxic gasses in the event of a fire, and exhibits the effects of offering processability equivalent to or better than the conventional calendar materials such as PVC resin and guaranteeing appearance quality and durability due to excellent tensile strength, elongation, surface gloss, and hardness.
