Abstract: Provided is a thermoplastic resin composition that combines, in particular, high transparency and a favorable color tone while having excellent impact resistance. The present invention provides a thermoplastic resin composition comprising: a graft copolymer (A) obtained by graft-copolymerizing, in the presence of a rubbery polymer (r) having a refractive index of 1.510-1.520, a monomeric mixture (a) containing at least an aromatic vinyl monomer (a1) and a (meth)acrylic acid ester monomer (a2) and substantially not containing a vinyl cyanide monomer (a3); and a vinyl copolymer (B). The thermoplastic resin composition is characterized in that: an acetone-insoluble component (C) of the thermoplastic resin composition substantially does not contain a unit derived from a vinyl cyanide monomer; an acetone-soluble component (D) of the thermoplastic resin composition contains a unit derived from a vinyl cyanide monomer; and the content of the unit derived from the vinyl cyanide monomer is 2-20 mass% on the basis of 100 mass% of the acetone-soluble component (D).
