Specification

Claims:1. We claim separate compartment for storage, processing and collection of post processed material.
In current incinerators and waste processing units, the waste collected is filled in to the processing unit manually. After processing, the waste is removed manually into another collection unit for disposal. The proposed setup is a standalone unit where individuals can dispose the PPE waste in to the storage unit. It is then transferred to the processing unit without the operator getting in to physical contact with the waste. This improves the safety of the operator. Later after burning the waste, it is automatically dropped into the collection unit.

2.We claim a storage lid actuated processing unit lid to ensure the empty storage space for the second user
Once the waste is disposed in to the storage unit the closing action actuates the processing unit lid opening to the process chamber. This transfer of the waste you have disposed to the storage chamber to go to the process chamber when you close the lid. Because of this you will always get clean storage chamber. This gives psychological comfort along with reducing the exposure to the existing waste in the chamber.

3.We claim hands free operation for opening the storage lid which also actuates the processing unit lid
This is to cater the hygiene issues especially in the scenarios where we are dealing with wastes like used PPE kits or masks or any other materials, which are contaminated with dangerous substances which are harmful to human body, and we are trying to reduce physical contacts as much as possible. Operating with your hands is dangerous considering the kind of waste which we are dealing with.

4. We claim no direct visibility of stored waste for the person who is disposing.
In regular waste collection units, it is disturbing to notice the waste the other people has disposed while you are using the unit. The setup is designed in such a way that the direct visibility of the storage chamber to the user is least while usage because the storage lid opens in such a way that it hides the inside of the storage unit from the person who is using the machine.

5.We claim removable collection unit for moving post processed materials.
Collection unit for the processed material can be easily removed from the unit. The operator will be handling the final processed waste only. This processed product is safer to handle manually since it is treated when compared to the contaminated wastes disposed in the storage unit.
, Description:FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0001] The described invention relates to incinerator design used for processing wastes like paper, plastic, cloth, PPE kits or any other waste materials which can be treated with high temperatures. It also involves a better waste disposal mechanism safety wise, functionally and psychologically also. The unique features are made for catering the disposal of PPE kits and similar items like masks which are contaminated with dangerous substances especially during the pandemic situation.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION:
[0002] In a typical system like an incinerator setup, waste disposed in separate units like dust bin or any other mechanism is collected and is taken to the centralised incinerator for processing. The waste collected is then transferred to the processing chamber of the machine where it is processed at high temperature which turns it into soot and other products of the reaction. This post processed products from the processing chamber is then transferred through a drawer or door mechanism into a separate unit which is used to transfer shift it for disposal.

[0003] The traditional set up is not designed for the treatment of waste generated during pandemic situation like PPE kite. Especially regarding storage, most of such establishments may not necessarily have ready dedicated storage facility or staff to handle COVID PPE waste. Currently these PPE waste is stored separately for 3 days thereafter disposed off as dry general waste. This leads to the next issue where segregation is generally not followed by the users (residents of apartments, choppers in malls, passengers in railway station etc.) which demands more requirements of segregation space and staff. This translates to higher administrative expense and space constraint

[0004] Also operating a shredder requires trained staff when we consider the safety aspect. Such a trained operator may be difficult to appoint in short notice.
Collection, storage and forwarding methods may lead to more cases of actual contact scenarios with manpower handling the same when chances of contaminated biological wastes are there.

[0005] The usage of all these types of available braking systems are either too expensive for application in non-motorized bicycles, or necessitate major modifications to existing components, complicating the overall process. Thus, present systems are inadequate or are of little value for usage in the industry that actually caters to the major bicycle purchasers
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0006] The system can be used to store the waste, process the same like incinerating with high temperature, shredding, chemical treatment or any other treatment processes and collection of the post processed product. The unit in which the processed product is collected can be removed and used to carry and dispose the same.

[0007] The aforementioned system can be placed and used in commercial as well as non-commercial spaces.

[0008] The invention consists of a main body(2) in which a storage unit(5), Processing unit(6) and collection tray(3) is packaged. The storage unit(5) has a storage lid(1) after opening through which waste is transferred in to the storage unit(5). The storage lid(1) which when pushed on the mentioned area to push(1a)opens the storage lid(1) pivoted at storage lid pivot(1b) restricting the view of user to the inside of the storage unit. Also the storage lid(1) opening mechanism operation is made hands free by pressing the mentioned area to push(1a) by elbow or by means of any mechanical systems, electrical, sensor based or any by similar means to help in preventing a physical hands free operation and restricting the view while opening the storage lid(1) there by preventing infection transfer, psychological comfort of not seeing the existing waste in the lid, makes it relevant in times of pandemics like Covid-19

[0009] Closing the storage lid(1) will actuate the processing unit lid(8) through the link(9) pivoted at the storage lid link pivot(1c) and processing unit lid pivot(8a), or by means of a any other mechanical, electrical, sensor based or by any similar other means, opening of processing unit(6) transferring the contents in the storage unit(5) to the processing unit(6). Closing of the storage lid(1) actuates the closing of the processing unit lid(8) similarly. This ensures the materials collected in the storage unit (5) is transferred to the processing unit(6) and the storage unit(5)is empty for the next user. This gives a psychological comfort of not seeing other person’s waste while disposing even if the person is looking inside the storage unit(5). Also it reduces the chances of user getting in to contact with the existing wast in the storage unit(5) which increases the safety. Opening to the processing unit(6) can also be triggered by turning processing unit door handle(4) or by means of any other mechanical, electrical, sensor based or by any similar means even when the storage compartment is not disturbed.

[0010] The transferred material is processed in the processing unit(6) and the processed material is transferred automatically to the collection compartment through the processing unit grill(7). The collection unit is designed in such a way that it can be opened and removed from the main body(2) for transporting, transferring or disposal of the processed product.

[0011] The invention has been described as detailed above but various embodiments and variations are possible beyond the preferred embodiments disclosed in this document. All such variations and modifications as obvious to the skilled person is within the scope of this invention. The applicant intends to rely upon provisional specification and the drawings submitted along with provisional specification.
