Claims:
1. A method of manufacturing a tissue dispenser 100, the method comprising,
receiving, on a roller, a first film and a second film separated by a pre-determined distance;
passing the first film and the second film through a set of shoulders to generate an overlapped film arrangement, wherein the overlapped film arrangement includes the first film overlapped over the second film;
pasting the overlapped film arrangement on a board of the tissue dispenser, and;
binding surfaces of the board to form the tissue dispenser, wherein the overlapped film arrangement allows dispensing of tissues from a top surface of the tissue dispenser.

2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first film and the second film are separated using a separator, wherein the separator is at least one of a paper, a cardboard and a plastic sheet.

3. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the set of shoulders are positioned at pre-defined locations to overlap the first film and the second film.

4. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein pasting the overlapped film arrangement includes passing the board and the overlapped film arrangement on a pressing arrangement.

5. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pressing arrangement includes a pressing roller with perforations and a conveyer belt with suction holes.

6. The method as claimed in claim 4, wherein the board is passed on the pressing arrangement via a gluing section through the conveyer belt.

7. The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein the gluing section includes at least one gluing dispenser and a gluing roller with perforations.

8. The method as claimed in claim 5, wherein the pressing roller is rolled over the conveyer belt for pasting the overlapped film arrangement on the board.

9. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pressing arrangement includes a set of pressing rollers for pasting the overlapped film arrangement on the board.

10. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the roller provides a uniform tension to the first film and the second film.

11. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the set of shoulders are placed around the roller.

12. A tissue dispenser, the tissue dispenser comprises,
a top surface with an opening;
a bottom surface;
lateral surfaces, wherein the lateral surfaces are placed transverse to the top and bottom surface to form the tissue dispenser, and;
an overlapped film arrangement pasted at the opening, wherein the overlapped film arrangement includes a first film overlapped over a second filmfor dispensing tissues.

13. The tissue dispenser as claimed in claim 12, wherein the overlapped film arrangement is pasted on a back portion of the top surface.

14. The tissue dispenser as claimed in claim 12, wherein the tissues are dispensed by separating the first film and the second film from the overlapped film arrangement.
