Abstract: According to this invention a toilet bowl cleaning composition and a process for the preparation thereof is disclosed. The composition comprises 3 –8 % by weight Methyl sulphonic acid, 2.5 –6 % by weight Citric acid, 0.1 –2 % by weight Lactic Acid, 4 –7 % by weight Bis/2 hydroxy ethyl oleylamine, 1.5 –3 % by weight Texapon EHS, 0.05 –1 % by weight Tinosan HP 100, 0.01 –1 % by weight Thymol(Thymus vulgaris), 0.00058-.00065%by weight Tartrazine Yellow*(C.I. 19140), 0.00055–0.00068 % by weight Acid Green 7*(CI), 0.3 –0.6 %by weight Fragrance and remaining deionized Water, preferably, in the range of 68 –90 %by weight.

FIELD OF INVENTIONThis invention relates toatoilet bowl cleaning composition and a method for the preparation thereof.Particularly this invention relates to a novel composition for use for cleaning toilet bowl and method for the preparationof the toilet cleaner.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Toiletsare cleanedby using normal water and or soap water. Also the toilets are cleaned by using Acid available in the market. Another product known in the prior art for cleaning toiletsis available in the market is chlorine bleach. Yet another product is known in the prior art for cleaning toiletsis available in the market by the name Harpic.There are disadvantages associated with the prior art.One of the disadvantagesassociated with the conventional product is that theseproducts contain harsh chemicalswhich pollute home and environment. Another disadvantage associated with the conventional products isthat the conventional products containhydrochloric or formic acid which is toxic to the human beings.Also these acids are corrosive in nature and are harmful for children, pets. Yet another disadvantageassociated with the conventional product is that these products release strong odour which causes inconvenience to the user.Still another disadvantage associated with the conventional product is that these products contain chlorine bleach as an ingredient in the conventional product.The Chlorine bleach is highly caustic and can burn corrode or destroy living tissue if come in direct contact with the person using it or by an accident.
3A further disadvantage with the conventional product is that the fumes released while using the conventional product can aggravate asthmatic problem. Another disadvantage with the conventional productis that these products contain CTAC (cetyl trimethylammonium chloride) cationic surfactant which causessevere eye irritation and possible injury while using the conventional product to clean the toilets.OBJECTIVEOF THE INVENTIONTherefore, an object of the presentinvention is to provide atoilet bowl cleaning composition whichisfree of strong acid and therefore does not release harmful fumes and is safe to use.Anotherobject of the present invention is to provide a toilet bowl cleaningcomposition withoutusing strong acids,like Formic acid, Chlorine bleach,etc. which are harmful to the human health. Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a toilet bowl cleaningcomposition which does not release strong order therefor no inconvenienceis caused during the use of the product of the invention.Stillanother object of the present invention it to provide a toilet bowl cleaningcomposition whichdoes not use CTAC (cetyl trimethylammonium chloride)which is harmful to the user’seyes and can lead to injury.A further advantageof the present invention is to provide a toilet bowl cleaningcomposition which obviates the disadvantages associated with the conventional toilet cleaning products.
4STATEMENT OF THE INVENTIONAccording to this invention there is providedatoilet bowl cleaning compositioncomprising 3 –8 % by weight Methyl sulphonic acid, 2.5 –6 % by weight Citric acid, 0.1 –2 % by weight Lactic Acid, 4 –7 % by weight Bis/2 hydroxy ethyl oleylamine, 1.5 –3% by weight Texapon EHS, 0.05 –1 % by weight Tinosan HP 100, 0.01 –1 % by weight Thymol(Thymus vulgaris), 0.00058-.00065% by weight Tartrazine Yellow*(C.I. 19140), 0.00055–0.00068 % by weight Acid Green 7*(CI), 0.3 –0.6 %by weight Fragranceand remaining deionized Water, preferably, in the range of 68 –90 %by weight.Further according to this invention there is provided a process for the preparation of the toilet bowl cleaning composition comprising; a.Taking 68 –90 % by weight deionized water in a container. Adding 3–8 % by weight Methyl sulphonic acid into the container under stirring,b.Adding 0.1 –2 % by weight Lactic Acid and 2.5–6 % by weight Citric acid into said container under stirring till a homogeneous mixture is obtained,c.Adding 4 –7 % by weight Bis/2 hydroxy ethyl oleylamine into the container under stirring till a homogeneous mixture is obtained, d.Mixing 1.5 –3 % by weight Texapon EHS, 0.05 –1 % by weight Tinosan HP 100 in the container, e.Filtering the mixture through a mess of 150 –300 mesh filter and then adding 0.01 –1 % by weight Thymol crystal along with 0.3 –0.6% by weightfragrance into the container under stirring. f.Adding finally, 0.00058-.00065% by weight Tartrazine Yellow* (C.I. 19140), and 0.00055 –0.00068% by weight Acid Green 7* (CI) into the container under stirring so as to obtain the final product.
5BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Atoilet bowl cleaning composition and a process for the preparation thereof, according to a preferred embodimentof the present inventionisherein described in the following description and illustrated in the accompanying examples. DETAILED DESCRIPTIONOF THE INVENTION: Atoilet bowl cleaning composition and a process for the preparation thereofis herein described with numerous specific details so as to provide a complete understanding of the invention. However, these specific details are exemplary details and should not be treated as the limitation to the scope of the invention. Throughout this specification the word “comprise” or variations such as “comprises or comprising”, will be understood to imply the inclusions of a stated element, integer or step, or group of elements, integers or steps, but not the exclusions of any other element, integer or step or group of elements, integers or steps.According to this invention the toilet bowl cleaning composition comprises3 –8%by weight Methyl sulphonic acid, 2.5 –6% by weight Citric acid, 0.1 –2% by weight Lactic Acid, 4 –7% by weight Bis/2 hydroxy ethyl oleylamine, 1.5–3% by weight Texapon EHS,0.05–1% by weight Tinosan HP 100,0.01–1% by weight Thymol(Thymus vulgaris), 0.00058-.00065% by weight Tartrazine Yellow*(C.I. 19140), 0.00055–0.00068% by weight Acid Green 7*(CI), 0.3–0.6%by weight Fragranceand remaining deionized Water, preferably, in the range of 68 –90%by weight.The process for the preparation toilet bowl cleaning composition according to this invention comprises taking 68 –90% by weight deionized waterin a container. Adding 3 –8%by weight Methyl sulphonic acidinto the container under stirring. Adding 0.1 –2%by weight Lactic Acid and 2.5 –6%by weight Citric acidinto said
6container under stirring at 25 –35 rpm till a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Adding 4–7% by weight Bis/2 hydroxy ethyl oleylamineinto the container under stirring at 25 –35 rpm till a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Mixing 1.5 –3% by weight Texapon EHS,0.05–1% by weight Tinosan HP 100in the container. Filtering the mixture through a mess of 150–300mesh filterand then adding 0.01 –1%by weight Thymolcrystal along with 0.3–0.6% by weight fragranceinto the container under stirring at 25 –35 rpm for a period of 10 –25 minutes.Adding finally, 0.00058-.00065% by weight Tartrazine Yellow*(C.I. 19140),and0.00055–0.00068% by weight Acid Green 7*(CI)into the container under stirring at 25 –35 rpm so as to obtain the final product. The toilet bowl cleaner and a process for the preparation thereof is now described herein below in the following examples. Example –1:86.3kg deionized water was taken in a container and 3kg Methyl sulphonic acidwas added intothe container under stirring 0.1kg Lactic Acid and 2.5kg Citric acidwere then added into said container under stirring at 30rpm till a homogeneous mixture is obtained. 4.5kg Bis/2 hydroxy ethyl oleylaminewas added into the container under stirring at 30rpm till a homogeneous mixture is obtained. 2 kg Texapon EHSand 0.7 kg Tinosan HP 100was added in the container. The mixture so obtained was filtered through a mess of 150–300mesh size and then 0.5kg Thymolcrystal along with 0.4kg fragrance was added into the container under stirring at 30 rpm for a period of 18 minutes. Finally, 0.00058 kg Tartrazine Yellow*(C.I. 19140), and 0.00055 kg Acid Green 7*(CI)was added was added into the container under stirring at 30 rpm so as to obtain the final product.
7Example –2:71.4kg deionized waterwas taken in a container and 8kg Methyl sulphonic acidwas added into the container under stirring 2kg Lactic Acid and 6kg Citric acidwere then added into said container under stirring at 30 rpm till a homogeneous mixture is obtained. 7kg Bis/2 hydroxy ethyl oleylaminewas added into the container under stirring at 30 rpm till a homogeneous mixture is obtained. 3kg Texapon EHSand 1 kg Tinosan HP 100was added in the container. The mixture so obtained was filtered through a mess of 225mesh size and then 1 kg Thymolcrystal along with 0.4kg fragrance was added into the container under stirring at 30 rpm for a period of 18 minutes. Finally, 0.00058 kg Tartrazine Yellow*(C.I. 19140), and 0.00055 kg Acid Green 7*(CI)was addedwas added into the container under stirring at 30 rpm so as to obtain the final product.Certain features of the invention have been described with reference to the example embodiments. However, the description is not intended to be construed in a limiting sense. Various modifications of the example embodiments as well as other embodiments of the invention, which are apparent to the persons skilled in the art to which the invention pertains, are deemed to lie within the spirit and scope of the invention.

We claim:
1.Toilet bowl cleaning composition comprising 3 –8 % by weight Methyl sulphonic acid, 2.5 –6 % by weight Citric acid, 0.1 –2 % by weight Lactic Acid, 4 –7 % by weight Bis/2 hydroxy ethyl oleylamine, 1.5 –3 % by weight Texapon EHS, 0.05 –1 %by weight Tinosan HP 100, 0.01 –1 % by weight Thymol(Thymus vulgaris), 0.00058-.00065% by weight Tartrazine Yellow*(C.I. 19140), 0.00055–0.00068 % by weight Acid Green 7*(CI), 0.3 –0.6 %by weight Fragrance and remaining deionized Water, preferably, in the range of 68 –90 %by weight.
2.A process for the preparation of a toilet bowl cleaning composition comprising; a.Taking 68 –90 % by weight deionized water in a container. Adding 3–8 % by weight Methyl sulphonic acid into the container under stirring,
b.Adding 0.1 –2 % by weight Lactic Acid and 2.5–6 % by weight Citric acid into said container under stirring till a homogeneous mixture is obtained,
c.Adding 4 –7 % by weight Bis/2 hydroxy ethyl oleylamine into the container under stirring till a homogeneous mixture is obtained, d.Mixing 1.5 –3 % by weight Texapon EHS, 0.05 –1 % by weight Tinosan HP 100 in the container, e.Filtering the mixture through a mess of 150 –300 mesh filter and then adding 0.01 –1 % by weight Thymol crystal along with 0.3–0.6% by weight fragrance into the container under stirring.
f.Adding finally, 0.00058-.00065% by weight Tartrazine Yellow*(C.I. 19140),and 0.00055–0.00068% by weight Acid Green 7* (CI) into the container under stirring so as to obtain the final product.3.The process for the preparation of a toilet bowl cleaning composition as claimed in claim –2, where the step of stirring is performed at25 –35 rpm. 4.The process for the preparation of a toilet bowl cleaning composition as claimed in the claims 2 and 3, where the step of stirring is performed for a period of 10 to 15pm.
