Abstract: The present invention provides: a tomato plant that satisfies expression (1); and applications thereof. (1): 6.0 = L/X = 30.0. In the expression, if the tomato plant has no side branch, L is the length, in centimeters, from the planting ground surface to the shoot apex of the main branch, and X is the sum of the number of flower clusters and the number of fruit clusters of the main branch; and if the tomato plant has a side branch, L is the length, in centimeters, from the planting ground surface to the shoot apex of the main branch or the side branch, and X is the sum of the number of flower clusters and the number of fruit clusters of the main branch or the side branch. X is an integer of 2 or greater.
