Specification

TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present disclosure relates generally to field of monitoring devices. More particularly, the present disclosure provides a tracking and storing assembly for an entity like book, file, page, and the like.
BACKGROUND
[0002] Background description includes information that may be useful in understanding the present invention. It is not an admission that any of the information provided herein is prior art or relevant to the presently claimed invention, or that any publication specifically or implicitly referenced is prior art. [0003] Utilization of space inside almirahs, cupboards, and similar storing apparatus is not proper for keeping files/records, and other documents. Files stacked together can get damaged due to leaning of the files on one another. This problem gets aggravated when the files are kept for a long time and taken out once in a while. Another problem in the almirah is about positioning of the files placed inside the almirah where a user can know the presence of the files or the files present inside the almirah only when he opens the almirah. In some cases, the user can keep a list of files attached to the almirah. However, during day to day activity, the files can be accessed by different users, and the users are unaware about new placement or addition of the files inside the almirah. Also, locating loose papers placed between the files become difficult at later stage. The loose pages or papers become ineligible to read or they are spoiled, such that the loose papers become useless.
[0004] Existing solutions can include adjustable book stand including a book stand body and a base plate, and can be characterized in that the base plate can be installed at bottom of the book stand. Clamping units can facilitate holding the book, and other entity on the stand. However, space utilization of the cupboard for placement of book, file, and the like is required to make the user aware about new placement of the book, file, page, and the like.
[0005] There is a need to overcome above mentioned problem of prior art by bringing a solution that facilitates displaying attributes of the book, file, page, and

helps the user in space management of the cupboard , and other similar storage assembly. Also, the solution enables in alerting the user upon placement of the book, file, in a place other than the pre-determined place inside the cupboard.

enables in proper space management inside almirah, cupboard, bookshelf, and the
like.
[0077] The present disclosure provides a tracking and storing assembly that
helps in alerting a user when book, file, page are placed at place other than the
pre-determined place of the book, file, and the like.
[0078] The present disclosure provides a tracking and storing assembly that
facilitates displaying list of book title, author, book number, code on display.

We Claim:

1. A tracking and storing assembly (100) for an entity comprising:
a housing adapted to accommodate and receive the entity, wherein the housing including:
a slider (102) configured with the housing, wherein the slider is configured to move from a first pre-determined position to a second pre-determined position upon placement of the entity inside the housing;
a scanner (106) configured at a first pre-determined position of the housing to scan an authentication code (104) associated with the entity, and correspondingly generate a first set of signals, wherein the scanner (106) is configured to scan the entity when the entity is placed inside the housing;
a processor (108) operatively coupled to the scanner (106), wherein the processor (108) includes a memory storing a set of instructions, wherein upon execution of the set of instructions, the processor is configured to:
authenticate the authentication code associated with the entity based on the received first set of signals;
match the authentication code with a dataset, wherein the dataset includes pre-stored identification codes associated with the entity,
generate a set of display signals upon matching of the authentication code, wherein the set of display signals are transmitted to a display unit (110) operatively coupled to the processor, wherein the set of display signals pertain to unique attributes of the entity, wherein the processor is configured to generate a set of alert signals when the authentication code does not matches with the pre-stored identification codes associated with the entity.
2. The assembly (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the processor (108) is
configured to transmit the set of alert signals to an alert unit (112) operatively
coupled to the processor (108), wherein the set of alert signals facilitate
determining addition of an unauthenticated entity inside the housing, wherein

the alert unit (112) includes any or a combination of alarm, buzzer, vibrator, siren, and light emitting diode.
3. The assembly (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first pre-determined position of the slider (102) pertains to first end of the housing, and the second pre-determined position of the slider (102) pertains to a second end of the housing, wherein the slider (102) is configured to move from the first end to the second end of the housing upon increment of the entity inside the housing, and from second end to the first end upon decrement of the entity inside the housing.
4. The assembly (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the authentication code (104) includes any or a combination of QR code, RFID, NFC tag, bar code.
5. The assembly (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the processor (108) is configured to generate a set of alert signals when the entity is not placed on the pre-determined position inside the housing.
6. The assembly (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the housing is configured to be in an open position and a close position, wherein the housing includes a set of sensors configured at a second pre-determined position of the housing, wherein the set of sensors are operatively coupled to the processor (108), wherein the set of sensors are configured to detect the open position and the close position of the housing, and correspondingly generate a second set of signals, and wherein the set of sensors include any or a combination of image scanner, ultrasonic sensor, passive infrared sensor, and camera.
7. The assembly (100) as claimed in claim 6, wherein the second set of signals are transmitted to the display unit (110), wherein the second set of signals facilitate determining space allocation for the entity to be placed inside the housing.
8. The assembly (100) as claimed in claim 6, wherein the second set of signals are received by the processor (108), wherein the processor (108) is configured to generate a set of actuation signals when the housing is in close position, and transmit the set of actuation signals to the scanner, wherein the scanner (106) is configured to move in response to the received set of actuation signals.

9. The assembly (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the scanner (106) is coupled to a set of motors, wherein the set of motors facilitate movement of the scanner (106) inside the housing.
10. The assembly (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the unique attributes of the entity includes any or a combination of book author, book title, book label, and document identity.
