Abstract: The present invention discloses the tracking of shelves for warehouse using Augmented Reality (AR) technology. The application is installed at AR enabled device. User start application or wear AR enabled device. User can see shelves with empty space. Then user can go directly to particular shelf and placed item on it.

1) The tracking shelves for warehouse using augmented reality technology comprising of;
a. Any Augmented Reality enabled electronic device
b. An application for tracking shelves for warehouse system
c. All the items and shelves have barcode label on it
2) The system claimed in claim 1 wherein, has easy replenishment of shelves.
3) The system claimed in claim 1 wherein, can track misplaced items.
4) The system claimed in claim 1 wherein, user can see empty space from any shelf.
, Description:FILED OF THE INVENTION
The present invention discloses the method for tracking the shelves for warehouse using augmented reality technology. The present invention relates generally to inventory management and, in particular, to Smart shelves for warehouse sector.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Warehousing is the act of storing goods that will be sold or distributed later. While a small, home-based business might be warehousing products in a spare room, basement, or garage. Where larger businesses typically own or rent space in a building that is specifically designed for storage.
Warehouse has multiple process, which covers number of important areas from receiving, organization, fulfilment and distribution processes. These are includes receiving of goods, cross-docking of goods, organizing and storing inventory.
To store items/products in shelf is really hectic and time-consuming job. The worker has to find which shelf is empty for items. And then that items are stored in particular shelf. Generally, worker has to roam here and there to search empty space in shelf.
Currently there is no such system, which can tell worker that which shelf has empty space and which is not.
The present invention solves the above problem with the help of augmented reality technology.

The present invention discloses a system or method, where user can see the empty shelves with the help of augmented reality technology.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
The main object of the invention is that, the tracking shelves for warehouse using Augmented Reality technology.
Another object of the invention is that, it has easy replenishment of shelves.
Another object of the invention is that, it is time saving.
Another object of the invention is that, it can track the items.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention discloses the system or method for tracking the shelves for warehouse using augmented reality technology. The all shelves have unique barcodes which contains information related to that particular shelf such as total capacity of shelf, empty space of shelf. The user wear AR enabled device such as smart glass or smart phone or tab. The application show user the empty shelf or the shelf which has empty space. So, user can go directly to that shelf for replenishment.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION
The present invention discloses the system or method for tracking shelves for warehouse by using Augmented Reality technology.
Augmented reality (AR) is a type of interactive, reality-based display environment that takes the capabilities of computer-generated display, sound, text and effects to enhance the user's real-world experience.
With the help of Augmented Reality technology user can see empty shelves with real time. The tracking shelves for warehouse using augmented reality is comprising of: Any Augmented Reality enabled electronic device; an application for tracking shelves for warehouse system; all the items and shelves have barcode label on it.
The present invention implemented in a combination of both hardware and software. The tracking shelves for warehouse using Augmented Reality can work as per following steps:
Step 1) Any Augmented Reality enabled electronic device with the application of tracking shelves for warehouse application (may be smart phone or tab or AR smart glass)
Step 2) User/worker wear AR enabled device or start AR enabled device such as smart phone or tab
Step 3) The camera or AR enabled device focused at any area of shelves; worker can see shelves with empty space
Step 4) Worker go directly to particular shelf and place items on it
This is the basic model of tracking Shelves. And scope of invention is not limited to this only.
The tracking shelves for warehouse using augmented reality has some advantages such as:
Easy Replenishment – As user/worker know real time space on shelves he can directly goes to particular shelf and place items on it.
Tracking misplaced items - These are various instances where items get misplaced, causing a dent to the warehouse’s bottom line. The invention can help warehouse team to curb the problem of misplaced items by alerting them through notifications and allowing them to look into the matter without causing any damage to the inventory.
The main advantage of the invention is, having shelves properly labelled in the warehouse virtually eliminates errors that often occur through manual inventory tracking and recording. These labels also improve the efficiency and productivity of employees as they can more easily locate the right items and shelves to prepare shipments and restocking projects.
