Abstract: The present invention in particular is designed so as to improve the work efficiency of a tractor with a transmission having a variety of speed as well as torque with an ordinary gear shifting mechanism. This object is fulfilled by a double stage epicycle reduction unit in a tractor transmission system comprising single stage change speed mechanism. A shift lever for use in High low medium mechanism for decelerating output speed is also provided. For having a medium and larger reduction ratio a single shifting lever for operating both medium and larger reduction and bye passing the reduction for variable speed and torque at same engine rotations per minute (rpm) is provided herein. In this construction, the double stage reduction mechanism and bye passing reduction mechanism as known high are operable by the single shifting lever thereby simplifying and comforting the operating control.

TRACTOR WITH HIGH LOW MEDIUM SPEED TRANSMISSION SYSTEM
Field of invention;
The present invention relates to improvements in transmission system for motor driven vehicle engaged in agricultural and construction work for the purposes of hauling a trailer or machinery. More particularly, the invention relates to a high low medium transmission mechanism to im.prove the work efficiency of agricultural tractor with a transmission having variety of speed as well as torque with an ordinary gear shifting mechanism.
Background of the invention;
Various vehicle transmissions are provided in the state of the art which is characterized by enabling gear shifting under load with no interruption in the torque transmitted between the engine and wheels. This is usually achieved by employing selectively engageable clutch means for each gear or a pair of clutches for two drive shafts connected to respective sets of gears and further clutch means for connecting said gears to an output shaft.
In both cases, the clutch means are usually operated hydraulically and controlled via an electronic control system providing for appropriate operating cycles. A major drawback of known transmissions of the aforesaid type is that said operating cycles are determined as a function of average vehicle service conditions, with no regard to other average load, speed or service conditions. Moreover, the transmission hydraulic circuits and actuators are relatively complex and expensive to produce.
Some of the relevant prior art have been discussed herein below:
US patent 4957016 relates to gear reduction assembly wherein a set of gears with casing and locking means is provided. The said locking means

alternately locks one casing with another and simultaneously releasing one casing from another for achieving low speed ratio drive between input and output shafts.
US patent No. 7404341 relates to combination of driven shaft of gear reduction assembly with a motor drive. The said gear train enclosed within a housing and such gear train comprises a toothed circular rack fixed within housing, a motor driven worm, a worm wheel mounted upon the driven shaft, a pinion in mesh with the rack and mounted upon an axle projecting laterally from the worm wheel. Teeth of the circular rack are in mesh with the teeth of the pinions and upon the rotation of the worm wheel by the worm the pinions are made to revolve about the circular rack whereby rotation is imparted to the said pinions. The low ratio drive is obtained with the help of clutch engagement between the sleeve and pinion.
All of the above stated prior arts fail to provide the high low medium transmission mechanism to improve the work efficiency of agricultural tractor with a transmission having variety of speed as well as torque with an ordinary gear shifting mechanism.

Objective of Invention;
The main object of the present invention is to provide a high low medium transmission mechanism to improve the work efficiency of agricultural tractor with a transmission having variety of speed as well as torque with an ordinary gear shifting mechanism

An object of this invention to provide a simplified control system for a high-low-medium mechanism. Further, the object of the invention is to improve the work efficiency of a tractor with a transmission having high-low-medium mechanism.

Detailed description of the Invention:
Reference will now be made to the Figures to disclose various aspects of exemplary embodiments of the invention. It is understood that the Figures are diagrammatic and schematic representations of such exemplary embodiments, and are not limiting of the present invention, nor are they necessarily drawn to scale. No inference should therefore be drawn from the Figures as to the dimensions of any invention or element.
The preferred embodiment of the present invention relates to tractor with a transmission having a variety of speed as well as torque with an ordinary gear shifting mechanism. This object is fulfilled by a double stage epicycle reduction unit in a tractor transmission system comprising single stage change speed mechanism. In this construction, the double stage reduction mechanism and bye passing reduction mechanism as' known high are operable by the single shifting lever thereby simplifying and comforting the operating control.
This construction provides a different number of speeds when the selecting lever is operated to change state, with out changing the main driving gear. Thus, a large number of speeds are made available for a field operation. When moving at high speed, e.g from one field to another, by using the high position (bye passing the double stage reduction mechanism), on road number of speeds are provided, a large number of speeds being unnecessary.
However, an optimal number of speeds are variable with operating conditions. It is desirable to vary the number of speeds finally provided by the use of the High-low-medium mechanism according to operating conditions. An object of this invention to provide a simplified control system for a high-low-medium mechanism. It is the object of the invention to improve the work efficiency of a tractor with a transmission having high-low-medium mechanism.
Example embodiments of the present invention are directed to a transmission capable of operating over a large, or possibly infinite, number of gear ratios. The transmission maintains substantially constant engagement between at least one drive gear and at least one driven gear during gear ratio changes, and can maintain such engagement even while the transmission is in a neutral output state. By maintaining a substantially constant engagement between at least one drive gear and at least one driven gear, the transmission is able, when a load is being driven, to implement changes to an associated gear ratio while simultaneously maintaining the connection of the power to the load.

2. A high low medium transmission system as claimed in claim 1 wherein a double stage epicycle reduction unit is provided in the said vehicle transmission single stage change speed mechanism.
3. A high low medium transmission system as claimed in claim 1 wherein the said shift lever is provided for High-low-medium mechanism for decelerating the output speed.
4. A high low medium transmission system as claimed in claim 1 wherein a single shifting lever for operating both medium and larger reduction is provided.
5. A high low medium transmission system as claimed in claim 1 wherein the for medium and large reduction ration, high reduction is bye passed for variable speed and torque at the same engine rotations per minute.
6. A high low medium transmission system as claimed in claim 1 wherein the double stage reduction mechanism and bye passing reduction mechanism are operable by single shifting lever.

7. A high low medium transmission system as claimed in claim 1 wherein the said selecting lever is operated to change the state without changing the main driving gear.
8. A high low medium transmission system as claimed in claim 1 wherein a large number of speeds are available for a field of operation.
9. A high low medium transmission system as claimed in claim 1 wherein optimal numbers of speeds are variable with operating conditions.
10. A high low medium transmission system as claimed in claim 1 wherein simplified control mechanism for a high low medium mechanism is provided.
11. A high low medium transmission system as claimed in claim 1 wherein variety of speeds is provided with variable torque and ordinary gear shifting mechanism.
