Abstract: TRAIN AIR COOLING SYSTEM IS A SIMPLE DEVICE WHICH IS ESPECIALLY BUILT FOR COOLING NON AC TRAIN COMPARTMENTS .THIS MACHINE IS PORTABLE WITH NOEXHAUST FAN  AND CAN BE CARRIED AWAY .IT HAS OWN POWERSYSTEM BASED ON BATTERY WHICH DRIVES WATER PUMP INSIDE .IT CAN ALSO BE DRIVEN BY AC ELECTRICITY OF TRAIN .WATER FALLS ON COOLING PAD "KHAS" .WHEN TRAIN MOVES FASTER AIR RUSHES INSIDE MACHINE AND CROSSES THE COOLING PAD AND THEREBY COOLING THE AIR GETS OUT INSIDE THE TRAIN COMPARTMENT.

TODAY HUGH POPULATION OF INDIA AND OTHER COUNTRIES TRAVEL BY GENERAL TRAINS AND BUSES .THOSE WHO HAVE TO TRAVEL IN NON AC COMPARTMENTS FEEL HOT TEMPERATURE IN HOT WEATHER CONDITIONS.ITS MAKE UP IS CHEAP AND ANY BODY CAN AFFORD.THE PRESENT INVENTION BRINGS COOLING OF AIR GETTING INSIDE THE VEHICLE/TRAIN MORE BETTER THAN ANY PRESENT DEVICE OF PORTABLE AIR COOLING TECHNIQUES . IN THIS COOLING SYSTEM TEMPERATURE IS LOWERED MORE BY COOLING,'KHAS".IT CAN WORK WITH AC AND DC MODE BOTH.IT CAN WORK DIRECTLY WITH SOLAR PLATES ALSO.SINCE IT USES OUTSIDE AIR WITH TRAIN MOVING AT HIGH SPEED/THERE IS NO EXHAUST AIR MOTOR.FASTER THE TRAIN SPEED .GREATER IS THE RUSH OF AIR INSIDE THE TRAIN COMPARTMENT.
IT PROVIDES YOU AIR COOLING WHILE TRAVELLING BY TRAIN AT AFFORDABLE PRICE AND MAKES YOUR TRAVEL PLEASURABLE.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION:
LET'S DESCRIBE THE PRESENT INVENTION .IT IS MADE UP OF CLOSED CHAMBER OF HARD IRON/STEELIT HAS ONLY TWO SIDES OPENING TOWARDS WINDOW OF THE NON AC COMPARTMENT OF TRAIN.
IT HAS COOLING PAD "KHAS" FULL SIZE TO THE CLOSING CHAMBER DEVICE.IT WATER PUMPING MECHANISM BASED ON DC MOTOR WHICH CAN BE DRIVEN BY AC CURRENT SUPPLIED BY TRAIN FOR MOBILE CHARGING

ETC.WATER WETS THE KHAS FROM UPWARDSIDE OF KHAS .AIR FROM RUNNING TRAIN RUSHES INSIDE AND IT COMES OUT INSIDE COMPARTMENT WITH TEMPERATURE VERY LOWER THAN SURROUNDING.

REFERRING TO FIG:1 ,THE PRESENT INVENTION IS MADE UP OF IRON/STEEL WITH ITS BACK WALL 2 OPENED WITH SOME BAR JOINED HORIZONTALLY.IT HAS FRONT OPENED PORTION (a,b,e,f) HAVING AIR DIRECTION GRID MECHANISM.IT HAS WATER RESERVOIR FOR KEEPING COLD WATER SHOWN BY CLOSED WALLS (5,6,7,8,9) .(C,D,E,F,G,H,I )ARE SHOWING THE JOINTS OF THE WATER TANK.UPPER WALL 4 AND SIDE WALLS 1 & 3 ARE CLOSED PACKING.

CLAMP K,L & M ,N RESPECTIVELLY WHICH IS TIGHTENED BY SCREW MECHANISM WITH GRIL BAR OF WINDOW OF NON AC TRAIN COMPARTMENT.
FIG:3 IS REFERRING TO THE FRONT PART OF THE MACHINE WHICH IS OPENED SO THAT AIR COMES OUT OF THE DEVICE INSIDE TRAIN COMPARTMENT.IT HAS AIR DIRECTION GRID WHICH CHANGES THE DIRECTION OF AIR RUSHING OUT MANUALLY.
WATER PUMPING WET MECHANISM IS SHOWN IN FIG: 4 & 5 .REFERRING TO FIG:4,IT HAS WATER PIPE ATTACHED OVER ITS OPENED PORTION OF WATER DRIPPING SECTION HAVING HOLES (a) (b) & (c).
WATER PUMPING SYSTEM IN FIG: 5 WHICH CARRIES WATER, PUMP TO THE PERFORATED PIPE ARRANGEMENT IN FIG:4. THIS PERFORATED PIPE ARRANGEMENT IS MOUNTED ON THE TOP OF COOLUNG PAD "KHAS" ON THE INNER SIDE OF THE CASE. HENCE THE WATER PUMPED FROM THE WATER TANK IS MADE TO DRIP OVER THE COOLING PAD, MAKING THE PAD WET BEFORE FALLING BACK INTO THE WATER TANK.
IT IS BASED ON DC MOTOR M HAVING FAN BLADE Y RUNNING AT HIGH SPEED TO CREATE PRESSURE IN SECTION L.THE PIPE ATTACHED P TO SECTION L TAKES WATER ABOVE AND OVER THE PERFORATED PIPE ARRANGEMENT.IT CAN BE RUN BY OWN POWER SUPPLY OF 12 VOLT BATTERY WHICH IS KEPT INSIDE THE DEVCE ABOVE WATER TANK JOINED TO ITS UPPER CLOSED WALL.IT HAS INBUILT INVERTER CIRCUIT WHICH CHANGES 110/220 V AC CURRENT TO DC 12 VOLT.THUS IT CAN BE RUN BY MOBILE CHARGING POINTS GIVEN INSIDE COMPARTMENTS.
IT IS NEEDED THAT WINDOW OF THE TRAIN COMPARTMENT MUST BE FULLY SEALED .IT HAS SPONGE ALL AROUND TO THE DEVICE'S LENGTH AND BREDTH OUTSIDE THE BODY TO MAKE SEAL OF AIR RUSHING OTHER THAN DEVICE BACK OPENED WALL TO GET AIR INSIDE.
REFERRING TO FIG:8,BATTERY B IS CONNECTED TO WATER PUMP MECHANISM W THROUGH SWITCH S.ITHAS 12 VOLT SUPPLY CONSUMING ONLY 0.5 Amp TO RUN WATER MOTOR.INVERTOR CIRCUIT BOARD HAS CONNECTED TO BATTERY INORDER TO CHARGE AND CONVERT 110/220 VOLT INTO 12 VOLT DC POWER SUPPLY.
CLAIMS
WHAT IS CLAIMED IS:
(1) TRAIN AIR COOLING SYSTEM FOR COOLING AIR INSIDE NON AC COMPARTMENTS OF THE RUNNING TRAIN/VEHICLE IS MADE UP OF IRON/STEEL HAVING NO EXHAUST FAN.IT HAS DC WATER PUMPING WET MECHANISM CONTROLLED BY SWITCH .
(2) IT HAS TWO SIDES FRONT AND BACK OPENINGS FOR TAKING AIR INSIDE THE VEHICLE /TRAIN COMPARTMENT.IT HAS TOP AND BOTTOM WALL FULLY CLOSED AND ALSO TWO LATERAL SIDE WALLS.THICKNES OF THE MACHINE IS ONLY 4-5 INCHES .IT HAS LENGTH LIKELY TO BE 700-800 CM AND BREADTH IS LIKELY TO BE 400 -500 CM .
(3) FRONT SECTION CONSISTS OF AIR DIRECTION GRID CONTROL MECHANISM MANUALLY AND BACK SECTION IS OPENED WITH HARD BAR ATTACHED WITH CLAMP SCREW TIGHTENER.
(4) IT HAS WATER TANK BELOW WITH DC WATER PUMP TO WET THE COOLING PAD " KHAS".

(5) IT HAS ITS OWN ELECTRIC SUPPLY OF 12 V DC BY SMALL BATTERY AS WELL AS INVERTER CIRCUIT TO CHANGE THE AC CURRENT OF 110/220 VOLT TO 12 V DC .IT RECHARGES THE RECHARGABLE BATTERY OF 12 VOLT.
(6) WINDOW OF THE TRAIN COMPARTMENT MUST BE FULLY SEALED TO MAKE THIS AIR TIGHT WINDOW ,IT HAS THICK SPONGE ALL AROUND TO THE DEVICE'S LENGTH AND BREDTHOUTSIDE THE BODY TO MAKE SEAL OF AIR RUSHING OTHER THAN DEVICE BACK OPENED WALL TO GET AIR INSIDE.
