PRESENTATION METHOD
[FIELD 5 OF THE INVENTION]
[0001]
The present invention relates to a training material presentation system and a
training material presentation method for presenting training material for maintenance
work of a target device to a trainee.

[BACKGROUND ART]
[0002]
Before maintenance work on the target device is performed, training is

the maintenance work. Usually, training is conducted in the form of group education
in which the instructor explains the structure of the target device, the procedure and
contents of the maintenance work, and the like, using the actual target device.
[0003]
On the other hand, instead of or in combination with the group education, a
training system for individually training workers using a computer is already known
(see, for example, Patent Document 1).
[0004]
Patent Document 1 discloses a maintenance education and training system for
a plant, in which multimedia data such as preparation work in maintenance work,
necessary tools, drawings for providing work contents, images, texts, sounds and the
like are edited as training materials.

[DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION]
[0024]
Hereinafter, a training material presentation system according to an
embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0025]
The training material presentation system 1 according to the present
embodiment is a system for presenting to a trainee a technique of maintenance work of
a target device, in particular, a training material for acquiring a work procedure.
Although the following description will be made using an aerobike (registered
trademark) as an example of the target device, it is needless to say that the target device
for maintenance work is not limited to this.
[0026]
The training material presentation system 1 according to the present
embodiment presents a training material including a three-dimensional image
(Three-dimensional computer graphics (3DCG) data) related to the maintenance work
of the target device 401, together with the work space display. Further, the training
material presentation system 1 changes the content of presentation of the training
material in accordance with the operation input of the simulated work corresponding to
each stage of the maintenance work.
[0027]
FIG. 1 is a configuration diagram showing a configuration of a training
material presentation system 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. As
shown in FIG. 1, the training material presentation system 1 includes an operation
acquisition terminal 10, a training material generation server 20, and a 5 training material
execution terminal 30, which are connected via a communication network 40.
[0028]
The training material presentation system 1 may be configured without the
communication network 40, and any combination of two of the operation acquisition
terminal 10, the training material generation server 20, and the training material
execution terminal 30, or all the three of them may be realized as one integrated device
(or server or terminal).
[0029]
(Operation acquisition terminal)
15 First, the operation acquisition terminal 10 will be described.
The operation acquisition terminal 10 may be a tablet terminal, a personal
computer (PC), a smartphone or the like, and is adapted to acquire information for
generating (authoring) training materials for maintenance work. Specifically, the
operation acquisition terminal 10 is configured to acquire information (referred to as
first input information) of a selection operation or an operation input by an instructor 3
in a simulation work corresponding to each stage of the maintenance work. The
operation acquisition terminal 10 corresponds to an information input device and an
output information generation device of the present invention.
[0030]
For example, in the case that the target device for maintenance work is an
aerobike, the "selection operation / operation input" of the simulation work
corresponding to the console removal stage of the aerobike includes a selection
operation of a tool to be used, a selection of a work target portion (for example, a
hexagonal bolt) at which the tool is used, an operation input for moving the console in
a specific direction and removing the same, and the like.
[0031]
The operation acquisition terminal 10 may acquire information such as an
image, a video, a voice, a movement of a body, position information of a work place of
the instructor 3 in the simulation work. By analyzing such information 5 through image
processing or the like, it is possible to obtain information on selection operation /
operation input in the simulation work.
[0032]
FIG. 2 is a block diagram showing the configuration of the operation
acquisition terminal 10. As shown in FIG. 2, the operation acquisition terminal 10
includes a control unit 100, a memory 110 storing various processing programs, a

[0087]
The learning level indicates the learning level of the work of the trainee 4 and
is ranked according to the degree of coincidence between the work content (tool used,
work target portion, operation) by the trainee 4 and the work content of the instructor 3.
The learning level is represented by, for example, three levels A, B, and C (A> B> C).
In FIG. 7, two of the procedures 1 to 3 are correct and one is incorrect, resulting in the
learning level B.
[0088]
Record (row) data is added to the execution information record database 321
each time the trainee 4 performs the work specified by the work number and the
procedure number.
[0089]
Next, a training material presentation method according to the present
embodiment will be described.
[0090]
FIG. 8 is a flowchart of a training material presentation method according to
the present embodiment. First, the generation stage of training material will be
described.
[0091]
At the generation stage of the training material, the instructor 3 performs the
simulation work in the operation acquisition terminal 10, and acquires information of
the operation input in the simulation work (S1). Specifically, the instructor 5 3 operates
the image of the 3DCG data of the target device, which is operably displayed on the
display screen of the operation acquisition terminal 10, using the operation unit 106
such as a mouse, a keyboard, or a touch panel. The operation acquisition terminal 10
acquires the information of the operation input.
[0092]
The information of the operation input in the simulation work may be acquired
using image processing or the like based on the video of the simulation work executed
by the instructor 3.
[0093]
On the other hand, the training material generation server 20 stores the work
target portion of the maintenance work and the tool used for the maintenance work in
the storage 220 as a plurality of operation target images which can be displayed,
selected and operated (S2). The procedure of the operation input of the simulated
work is stored in the storage 220 based on the acquired information of the operation
input (S3).
[0094]
Next, based on the stored information stored in steps S2 and S3, the training
material generation server 20 generates display screens of training materials including
the first to third display screens so as to be displayable (S4). The first display screen
(70A in FIG. 16) is a screen that displays a specific tool required for any process of the
maintenance work from among the plurality of operation target images stored in step S2.
The second display screen (70B in FIG. 17) is a screen that displays the work target
portion in the specific process from among the plurality of operation target images.
The third display screen (70C in FIG. 18) is a screen that can execute the operation
input of the simulated work at the work target portion of the specific process.
[0095]
As described above, each screen of the first display screen, the second display
screen, and the third display screen includes the instruction display area (701) and the
operation target image display area (702). The instruction display 5 area is a display
area for requesting a selection operation or an operation input. The operation target
image display area is a display area that displays a specific operation target image
corresponding to the display content of the instruction display area from among a
plurality of operation target images such that selection operation on the operation target
image or operation input of simulation work can be executed.
[0096]
Next, the execution stage of the training material will be described.
[0097]
As shown in FIG. 8, first, the trainee 4 inputs the device name which is the
subject of the maintenance work and the training menu to the training material
execution terminal 30 (S5). As items of the training menu, there are, for example, an
education mode and an exercise mode.
[0098]
Next, the device name and training menu information inputted by the trainee 4
are transmitted to the training material generation server 20 (S6).
[0099]
The training material generation server 20 searches the training material
(content) corresponding to the device name and the information on the training menu
received from the training material execution terminal 30, and distributes the training
material found in the search to the training material execution terminal 30 (S7).
[0100]
Next, the training material execution terminal 30 displays and outputs the first
display screen, the second display screen, and the third display screen of the distributed
training material on the display screen of the display unit 305 in accordance with a
predetermined output condition (S8).
[0101]
The trainee 4 executes an operation using the operation unit 306 in accordance
with the instruction displayed in the instruction display area of the display screen of the
training material execution terminal 30, and the training material execution 5 terminal 30
acquires information of this operation input in the simulation work (S9).
[0102]
In step S10, it is determined whether or not the training or process has been
completed. If it has not been completed, the process returns to step S8. If it is
completed, the process proceeds to step S11.
[0103]
In step S11, the operation input of the trainee 4 acquired in step S9 and the
operation input by the instructor 3 acquired in step 1 of the generation stage of the
training material are compared and determined, so that the learning level of
maintenance work is evaluated according to the matching degree (S11). For example,
the learning level may be ranked according to A, B, C (learning level A> B> C) or an
integer of 1 to 10 (the larger the integer, the higher the learning level).
[0104]
The training material execution terminal 30 records and manages the learning
level of the trainee 4 regarding the maintenance work in the execution information
record database 321 of the storage 320 (S12).
[0105]
