Turn/Tilt Window Or Door

Abstract: A turn/tilt window or door is provided, having a frame and a sash component, in par-ticular a window sash, which is rotatably and/or tiltably attached thereto, having a fitting assembly, in particular a locking device, wherein the fitting assembly has a closing roller and a locking unit (5), wherein the locking unit (5) has an open posi-tion, a partially locked position and a locked position, wherein the locking unit (5) can be moved from the open position into the partially locked position by guiding the sash component to the frame and the locked position can be assumed by actuating an operating element (8), wherein the locking unit (5) has a pivotable rotary latch (10) with a first locking unit (51) with a self-locking latching element (14) to block the partially locked position. It is provided that the locking unit (5) has a second locking unit (52) with a locking bar fitting (6) to block the locked position. A fitting assembly, in particular a locking device, of a turn/tilt window, a door or the like is created. [Fig. 4]
