Tuyere Assembly And Molten Iron Manufacturing Apparatus Using Same
Abstract: Provided is a tuyere assembly for a molten iron manufacturing apparatus which is capable of preventing tuyere damage and reducing the combustion focal distance for higher combustion efficiency of an auxiliary fuel and minimizing the abrasion of an intake pipe caused by the intake of the auxiliary fuel. The present invention comprises: a tuyere which has a gas channel through which a gas containing oxygen is introduced into a melting gasification furnace; and a fuel intake pipe which is separated from the gas channel penetrates the tuyere and introduces the auxiliary fuel into the melting gasification furnace. The fuel intake pipe comprises two pipes connected to each other.
