Description:TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present disclosure, in general, relates to the field of vehicles. Particularly, but not exclusively, the present disclosure relates to a two wheeled vehicle. Further embodiments of the present disclosure relate to positioning of a beeper module in the vehicle.
BACKGROUND
[0002] The information in this section merely provides background information related to the present disclosure and may not constitute prior art(s) for the present disclosure.
[0003] Vehicles such as, but not limited to, motorized scooters, motorcycles, etc., among other components and assemblies include body frame, a power unit, a passenger seating area, a storage space, and wheels. The power unit is adapted to provide the necessary power to the wheels, to drive the vehicle. The power unit, seating area, storage space, etc., are all carried by the body frame. The wheels are connected to the body frame. Therefore, the body frame is designed to carry the load of the vehicle, including the weight of the power unit, other components, and sub-assemblies of the vehicle. Such weight carried by the body frame is transferred, through the ground engaging members, to the ground. In addition to the above components, the vehicle also includes headlights, taillights, blinkers/winkers provided for illuminating road ahead of vehicle in dark conditions. The vehicle also includes a beeper. The conventional beeper locations in the vehicle were exposed to atmosphere i.e., water hazards, theft, and the like. Also, maintenance and service of the conventional beeper locations are significantly difficult due to the complexity in accessing such locations.
[0004] The present disclosure is directed to overcome one or more limitations stated above or any other limitations.
[0005] The information disclosed in this background of the disclosure section is only for enhancement of understanding of the general background of the invention and should not be taken as an acknowledgement or any form of suggestion that this information forms the prior art already known to a person skilled in the art

[00037] The two-wheeled vehicle (100) of the present disclosure may embody a saddle type riding vehicle such as a scooter. The vehicle includes a front end structure (FE), and a rear end structure (RE). The front-end structure (FE) forms the front portion of the vehicle (100). The rear end structure (RE) may define the rear portion of the vehicle (100). In case of the scooter/moped, a foot board may be defined between the front end structure (FE) and the rear end structure (RE) to provide footrest for rider riding the vehicle (100). The vehicle (100) comprises one or more body parts, such as a frame (124), a steering assembly (102), a front ground engaging member (108) [interchangeably referred to as front wheel], a rear ground engaging member (110) [interchangeably referred to as rear wheel], a power unit, also referred to in general as an engine, a headlight [not explicitly shown], a fuel tank [not explicitly shown]. The frame (124) supports the power unit in middle portion of the vehicle (100). In an illustrated example, the power unit provides necessary power required to drive the rear wheel (110) of the vehicle (100). Alternatively, the power unit may provide necessary power to drive the front wheel (108), or both the front wheel (108) and the rear wheel (110) simultaneously, without limiting the scope of the present disclosure. The rear wheel (110) is linked to the power unit through a transmission mechanism (not shown). Alternatively, in case the vehicle being an electric vehicle, configuration of the rear wheel (110) is linked to a motor through a belt or chain drive mechanism which delivers power for rotation of the rear wheel (110) and in-turn moving of the vehicle (100).
[00038] Further, the frame (124) of the vehicle (100) may be formed by joining number of components, sub-components and members. In the illustrated example, the frame (124) having specific construction is described. Alternatively, the frame (124) may have different frame constructions generally associated with motorcycles, without limiting the scope of the present disclosure. For explanation of the present disclosure, the frame (124) includes the front end structure (FE) and the rear end structure (RE), where such front end structure (FE) and the rear end structure (RE) in combination define a rigid structure for supporting various components of the vehicle (100). In an embodiment, the front end structure (FE) of the frame (124) may be considered to extend from the front ground engaging member (108) to at least a portion of the fuel tank being supported therein, while the rear end structure (RE) of the frame (124) may be configured to support at least portion of the seat arrangement and the rear ground engaging member (110).
[00039] The front end structure (FE) of the frame (124) may include a head tube (126), a lower frame member (106), and at least one upper frame member (104). The head tube (126) includes an upper portion, and a lower portion. The at least one upper frame member (104) may extend downwardly and rearwardly in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle from the head tube (126). In particular, the at least one upper frame member (104) may extend downwardly and rearwardly in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle (100) from the upper portion of the head tube (126). The at least one upper frame member (104) may support components of the vehicle (100) including the fuel tank. The lower frame member (106) may extend downwardly and rearwardly in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle (100) from the head tube and is disposed below the at least one upper frame member (104). In particular, the lower frame member (106) extends downward and rearward in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle (100) from the lower portion of the head tube (126) and is positioned at an angle with respect to the at least one upper frame member (104). The lower frame member (106) may support components of the vehicle (100) including, but limited to, the power unit. In an implementation, the frame (124) may include a plurality of intermediate members (128) extending between the at least one upper frame member (104) and the lower frame member (106). Further, a truss (120) is defined between the lower frame member (106) and the at least one upper frame member (104) at the juncture with the head tube (126). In an illustrative embodiment, the head tube (126) may be a cylindrical member which supports the steering assembly and the front ground engaging member (108). The beeper module (112) may be secured to the said plurality of upper and lower sub-support rails (114 and 116) using suitable connecting members and processes. In another implementation and as evident from FIG.3, the beeper module (112) may be positioned along a portion of the plurality of lower sub-support rails (116). Similarly, the beeper module (112) may be positioned along a portion of the at least one upper frame member (104) as evident from FIG.5. In yet another implementation, the beeper module (112) may be disposed and/or positioned on a portion of the head tube (126). Without limiting to the scope of the present disclosure, the beeper module (112) may also be positioned on the gusset (120) defined at a juncture portion of the at least one upper frame member (104) and the lower frame member (106) as evident from FIG.4. In some implementations, the beeper module (112) may be positioned on a support bracket (not shown explicitly) provided between the at least one upper frame member (104) and configured to support the fuel tank as evident from FIG.5. The beeper module (112) may also be positioned on the intermediate member (128a, 128b) between the at least one upper frame member (104) and/or the lower frame member (106) as evident from FIG.6. In an embodiment, the beeper module (112) may be positioned on the front cowl extension (130) extending between the front cowl (118) and the at least upper frame member (104) and the plurality of lower frame member (106). The positioned described above should not be construed as a limitation of the present disclosure other feasible locations may also fall within the scope of the present disclosure.
[00042] The location of the beeper module (112) described above ensures that it produces good sound. Also, the location described above enables easy access to fit the beeper module (112).
