3. Preamble to the description:
Complete Specification:
Summary:
In the summary of invention, each important salient feature is explained as follows:
• In a chemical reactor we normally require two or more chemicals to be mixed. For this a blender made of blades is required. This agitation system constructed based on mechanical advantage system and it is driven by BLDC (Brushless DC) motors.
• This refrigeration system has piezo based thermic heat fluid filled in reactor jacket system.
• Infrared sensor system monitors the nature is reactions inside chemical reactor.
The following are different mechanical advantage systems
Chain-screw rod unidirectional system:
It is a combination of chain sprocket system in which movement to blender is given using positive displacement system.
Planetary Gear System:
Blender can be rotated using planetary gear system in which couple of gears are aligned in a particular system.
Hydraulic arms:
Mechanism is rotated by a hydraulic arm.
All the above mechanical systems can be used for rotation of chemical mixer blender.
• Inside the tank there will be a layers of hallow space with some thickness around the cylinder in which Peltiers are placed along with thermal conductive liquid. These peltiers are used for achieving equilibrium heating inside the chemical mixer chamber. Peltiers can heat or cool the mixing chamber by reversing the poles. Additional thermal conductive liquid is placed along with peltiers for proper heating and cooling effect.
• The entire process is monitored by computer numerical control (CNC) technique. Since there are many layers with peltiers, even if the chemical level is variated then the peltiers up to that particular chemical layer can activated using CNC controls and can be cooled or heated.

4. Description
In chemical engineering, chemical reactors are vessels designed to contain chemical reactions. The design of a chemical reactor deals with multiple aspects of chemical engineering. The reactor are designed to maximize net present value for the given reaction and reaction proceeds with the highest efficiency towards the desired output product, producing the highest yield of product while requiring the least amount of money to purchase and operate.
In this invention chemical reactors are constructed with ultra low energy consuming BLDC motors and pneumatically controlled agitation systems. This refrigeration system has piezo based thermic heat fluid filled in reactor jacket system. This invention also has IR sensor system to monitor the nature is reactions inside reactor.
Background of invention
Normal operating expenses include energy input, energy removal, raw material costs, labour, etc. Energy changes can come in the form of heating or cooling, pumping to increase pressure, frictional pressure loss, agitation, etc. The reactor vessel typically have a cooling or heating jacket or cooling or heating coils (tubes) wrapped around the outside of its vessel wall to cool down or heat up the contents. Brain solution is used to impart chilling in the jacket of reactor which is expensive by involving recurring cost.
This invention describes a chemical reactor connected to mechanical advantage based low energy consuming pneumatically controlled compressed gas injection system. It is equipped with Piezo based refrigeration system in reactor jacket systems. Level, pH, temperature, pressure and IR based sensors are arranged in protected fashion within the reactor and attached to intelligent automated control system.

• 6. Brief description of drawing:
• In a reactor, two or more than two chemicals are mixed to create reactions
• For mixing very big blades are rotated in the chamber using numerically controlled BLDC motors with magnets made of Samarium and lanthanum
• These motors are connected to unidirectional positive displacement system or planetary gear system or hydraulic arm.
• RPM can be controlled using Computer
• To heat or cool the reactants, computer controlled peltiers are used
• Using cnc, different chambers in same reactor could be heating and cooling at the same time if required
