Abstract: In this invention, solid state illumination devices like high bright color leds, laser diodes etc are used in producing different colored light emissions, passing through optical lenses to give optical illusions on sign boards, ad hoardings etc. The whole system can be controlled with intelligent automated control system to feed any type of animated displays to be projected. With this kind of ultra low energy consuming light resources utilization, maximum power reduction can be achieved and boards can be illuminated with solar power or battery power.
Title of Invention

3. Preamble to the description:
Complete Specification;
Summary:
In the summary of invention, each important salient feature is explained as follows:
In this method of invention, copper alluminium alloy material of construction panels are layered as thin films over a mechanical structure in different sizes of sign boards are required as substrase. Graphine nano materials are doped with different type of transition metals like manganese, copper, iron, silver, Arandum(AU) etc. To guve their corresponding color of light emissions when ultra low energy harnessed by graphite panel itself from solar light. These graphite panels are made up of different color emitting LED type of thin layered devices, are cut into different shapes, alphabets to paste as per the reqqired taset of customer.
4. Description
Copper aluminum alloy sheets are made up of 0.1mm thichness are used as substrace to receive sputtered graphene material doped with transition metals. Transition metals exhibit their corresponding colors when exposed to flame. Those colors are exhibited by graphene particle when doped with same metals and given electricity. Graphene has extraordinary ability of acting as both reflector as well as photvoltaic cell when exposed to sunlight and glows without external power supplies.
Background of invention
Now-a-days sign boards are using LED lamps for illumination taking a major leap from halogen lamps. In certain areas even LED display boards, LCD display boards are also used which requires continuous external power supply and also involves higher capital cost.
In the era of nano carbons there is need for finding new methods of illuminations using nano carbons.
