I. DESTRUCTION OF THE CONTA MINA TION ON THE HANGERS AND .1155:

WE BUILD AN INSULATED BOX AROUND THE CONVEYOR SYSTEM WITH THE BURNERS ON
FIXATED WITH A PROTECTED HIGH TEMPERATURE INSULATION. THE TOP OF THE BOX IS
OPEN AT THE TOP WHERE THE FRESH OR PRE-HEATED IS COMING IN (7).
- EXHAUST FAN: (1)
To START THE INSTALLATION, WE MUST START THE EXHAUST FAN AS A SAFETY AND 31-:
SURE THE WORKING OF THE UNIC—AICS SYSTEM WILL BE UNDER CONTROL.
- NEXT STEP To START IN THE CLEANING CYCLE IS (2) PILOT BURNER, PRE-IGNITION
AND GAS FLOW INTO THE PILOT BURNER, BURNER CONTROLLER TAKES OVER AND WE
GO To THE NEXT STEP.
' GAS VALVES OPEN AND IGNITION THROUGH THE PILOT BURNER (PB) OF ALL THE
BURNERS IN THE BURNING CHAMBER (1 1) UNDER THE TEMPERATURE SENSOR
CONTROLLER OF THE THERMOCOUPLES (6). THE DESTRUCTION TEMPERATURES ARE
DEPENDENT ON THE TYPE OF CONTAMINATION AND CAN BE ADJUSTED To THE RIGHT
TEMPERATURE.
- THE PROTECTION TEMPERATURES ARE FIXED To BE SURE WE WORK IN A SAFEI'Y
ENVIRON. CONTROLLED BY THE PLC'HMI CONTROLLER. ALL BURNERS ARE LOOKING
DOWN To THE BOTTOM WHERE THE AIRSTREAM IS GOING INTO THE AHERBURNER
CHAMBER (12).
THE FLOW SPEED IS HIGH ENOUGH To CREATE A NEGATIVE PRESSURE IN THE
DESTRUCTION ZONE AND TAKE ALL THE HOT GASES, PAINT RESIDUES AND OTHER
PARTICLES WITH THE AIR STREAM INTO THE AHER BURNER.
- THE BURNING GASES AND THE DESTRUCTED PAINT 0R POWDER COATING RESIDUES ARE
SUCKING AWAY THROUGH THE AFTER'BURNER CHAMBERS WITH A RESISTED TIME FOR A
CERTAIN PERIOD TIME BEFORE THE GASES GO THE AIR TREATMENT UNIT.
- FRESH OR PRE'HEATED AIR IS COMING IN THE BURNER ROOM FROM THE TOP OF THE PART II
II. REMOVING RES/DUAL CONTAMINA TION ON THE METAL SURFACES
(ON THE DESIGN HANGING SYSTEMS USED THATNEED TO BE CLEANED)
WHILE THE CONVEYOR SYSTEM IS CONTINUOUSLY RUNNING, THE PARTS COME INTO THE
SECOND PART OF THE CLEANING STATION.
THE PARTS WILL BE CLAMP (17) ON THE BOTTOM SIDE WITH A CLAMPING SYSTEM TO
KEEP THE HANGER FIX DURING THE BRUSH ACTIONS TO MAKE THE CONTACT POINTS
VERY CLEAN AND FREE OF ALL CONTAMINATIONS. THE CLAMP UNIT CAN GO UP AND
DOWN TO REACH THE PERFECT HIGH TO CLAMP THE PARTS ON THE BOTTOM SIDE. THE
CLAMP IS A HORIZONTAL TWO-BELT DRIVING SYSTEM THE RUNNING WITH THE SAME
SPEED AS THE SPEED OF THE CONVEYOR SYSTEM. THE RUNNING BELTS GO FROM A
OPEN POSlTlON TO A CLOSER POSITION TO CLAMP THE HANGER AND AT THE END THE
BELT GO OUT FROM EACH OTHER AND THE HANGER COME OUT OF THE CLAMP AND
FOLLOW HIS WAY TO CONTINUE.
TO HOLD THE HANGER IN THIS POSITION THE HANGER IS PERFECT VERTICAL, AND THE
BRUSHES CAN DO THEIR JOB TO CLEAN ALL PLACES. WE HOLD THE HANGER FROM THE
BEGINNING OF THE START POSITION OF THE BRUSH CLEANING AND LEI' THEM GO AT THE
END POSITION OF THE BRUSH CLEANING PART. THE BELT OF THE CLAMP IS AN
CONTINUE RUNNING SYSTEM IN THE SAME DIRECTION OF THE CONVEYOR IS GOING.
EVEN IS THERE IS NOT A HANGER THE SYSTEM WILL JUST CONTINUE GOING ON AND
ONCE THERE IS COMING A HANGER, THE SYSTEM WILL CLAMP THE COMING HANGER
AUTOMATIC.
ALL TYPE OF BRUSHES (14) WE CAN USE, OR WE MAKE THE BRUSHES CUSTOMER MADE
AND DEVELOPED THE DESIGN TO THE HANGER PARTS. WE PREFER TO WORK WITH
STAINLESS STEEL WIRING OR WITH COPPER WIRING HAIRBRUSHES. BUT Also, WITH
STRONG PLASTIC AND HEAT .RESISTANT PLASTIC HAIR, STRONG OR SOFT DEFEND ON
THE APPLICATION.
BRUSHES CAN MOVE UP AND DOWN, LEE", AND RIGHT FORWARDS AND BEHIND TO BE
SURE WE REACH ALL THE NECESSARY POINTS OF CONTACTS AND TO BE CLEAN.
BRUSHES ARE DRIVEN BY ELECTRICAL MOTORS AND FREQUENT CONTROLS TO BE SURE
WE REACH THE PERFECT CLEANING BY OUR SEWING POSSIBILITIES

III. AIR TREA TMENT CLEANING ( I 5)
THE DIRTY AIR COMING FROM THE “REMOVING RESIDUALS” GO INTO A SPECIAL DE-DUSTING
APPLICATION. (WE USE A CERAMIC FILTRATION SYSTEM, BUT ALSO YOU CAN USE ANOTHER DEDUSTING SYSTEM SUCH AS CYCLONES)
BEFORE THE GASES REACH THE INLEI' OF THE FILTER, WE SUCK IN AND MIX WITH COLD, FRESH
AIR TO REDUCE THE AIR TEMPERATURE.
ONCE THE GASES COMING INSIDE THE FILTER, THE DUST SUCK DOWN IN THE DUCT COLLECTOR
AND THE EXHAUST FAN, SUCH THE DIRTY AIR THROUGH THE CERAMIC CANDLES TO CLEAN.
THE DIRTY AIR CAN BE TREATED IN THE FILTER BY A DIFFERENT TEMPERATURES.
OUR WORKING TEMPERATURE WILL BE ON A ACCEPTABLE TEMPERATURE.
A SPECIAL SYSTEM TO KEEP THE CANDLES CLEAR AND REMOVE THE DUST FROM THE FILTERS
IS INCLUDED.
ALL THE DUST IS COLLECTED IN THE DUST COLLECTED BIN (16) AND CAN BE REMOVED AND
CLEAN AS THE DUST TRASH.

IV. ENERGYRE-USING SYSTEM

PRE-HEATING FROM THE COLD MEI'AL PARTS AND THE BURNER AIR THAT IS COMING IN THE
“DESTRUCTION ZONE)
A PART GOES OUT TO THE STACK AND FRESH AIR COME IN VIA THE COOLING AIR IN THE
“REMOVE REDUSIAL ZONE".
THE CIRCLE IS ROUND, AND WE START AGAIN FROM THE BEGINNING, IN THE MAEN TIME THE

I/WE CLAIM THAT IN OUR UNIC-AICS AFTER DESTRUCTION WE CAN REMOVE THE
RESIDUES, TO TREAT THE METAL SURFACE OF THE PARTS, WITH OUR AUTOMATIC
TREATMENT (BRUSHES) OR ANY OTHER APPLICATION SYSTEM. THE CLEANING
APPLICATIONS CAN BE MOVED AND ADJUSTED IN ALL DIRECTIONS, up, DOWN, FORWARDS,
BACKWARDS, LEFT, RIGHT TO BE SURE WE REACH ALL THE CONTACT POINTS, AND THEY
ARE CLEAN. OUR TREATMENT APPLICATION IS ALSO THE COOLING DOWN PLACE AND THE
FIRST DUST AND CONTAMINATION COLLECTOR.
