Unique Apparatus For All Helmet Uses Which Provide Air Inside The Helmet And For Person

Abstract: Around the world, Helmets are used for safety purpose. Works are affected by sweating effects (all due to humidity and hot weather condition) and it is inside the helmet and also for person who wear this helmet, due to this so many persons have been removing helmet and take air and feel relaxed. Results of this, many peoples are lost their concentration and not able to focus towards work and finally not given their 100 %. My innovation will give solutions of heating problem, related to helmet and body of the person who wear this helmet. If talk to Two-wheeler and cricket industry, it"s not only providing fresh air inside the helmet but also to the rider or player of the person. My appliances will be attached on to the helmet and it continues working for throwing fresh air. My new device "unique apparatus for all helmet uses which provide air inside the helmet and for person" will be providing fresh air inside the helmet and also give fresh air to the players/ person/ rider who wear my gadget. My device is wide uses for any industries, like cricket (20-20- or one-day game or test match), mining, chemical, manufacturing, infrastructure, oil & gas etc in which helmets are compulsory and claimed the wide uses of my device and it is suitable and solutions provider of heating.

Specification

This current invention is related to helmet and person who wear it. Basically, my innovative product is providing fresh air, not only to inside the helmet but also to face & neck of the person who suffered from humidity and heating problem after wearing helmet while busy with driving/ playing/ any other working. Uniqueness of this gadget is suitable for all type of Industries where helmet is compulsory as a safety equipment. Common industries are sports (cricket, cycling etc.), mining, chemical, manufacturing, infrastructure, oil and gas, railways, two-wheeler (auto sector), steel, etc.
The Objective of the Invention: -
[002] The principal of this invention is to provide fresh air to the person who wear helmet just for head protection and work hard under any suitable type of industries.
[003] The further objective of this invention is to provide fresh air inside the helmet who wear just for head protection and work hard under any suitable type of industries.
[004] The further objective of this invention is to avoid any changes in design of the outer shell for helmet because outer shell is

made by new technology with hardness and gives full of safety & protection.
[005] The further objective of this invention is to add some changes inside the helmet's thermocol, fresh air would be reached in helmet so we can say modified helmet which is used in my apparatus.
[006] The further objective of this invention is that my device would be "lightweight", "wearable" and "attachable" in nature.
[007] The further objective of this invention is that my device would be simple in working and uses.
[008] The further objective of this invention is that my device would be continuously working with help of internal battery and if required to run extra then it would be added external battery.
[009] The further objective of this invention is that my device would be low cost for manufacturing and also for repair and thus it will reach to common man.
[010] The further objective of this invention is enhanced working habits when person would be wearing my apparatus during their works and feel fresh air.
[011] The further objective of this invention is to added coolness and decision-making capacity on the road or on the site because my device circulates fresh air inside the helmet during bike

riding or playing or any type of work which is done by the person who wear the helmet.
[012] The further objective of this invention is to initiate manufacturing helmet industry with my innovative apparatus.
Background of the Invention: -
[013] Every government from any country arranged some safety rules of the industry's employee and one of the safety management is "head protection" thus most of the companies give helmets to their employees but hot air presence inside the helmet the actual cause of lower working of their employee's efficiency.
[014] If I would to talk on two wheel-based industries, helmet is compulsory for two-wheel vehicles riding because of safety concerns on road. Found the heating problem inside the helmet during riding. Thus, it created high tension and low concentration on traffic and road accident is occurred due to this.
[015] At present some of the gadgets are available in the market but due to higher in price, common man is maintained distance or not able to purchase. Now wait is over, my gadget is suit to the pocket and not only flow air inside the helmet but also provide air to person who wear this helmet during any work or riding or playing.

Summary of the Invention: -
[016] Title of my invention is self-explanatory that my gadget will not only provide fresh air inside the helmet but also for person's body who wear this helmet.
[017] My gadget will give complete solution for this moisturized problem and hot weather condition during riding or playing cricket or working or just wearing helmets by any person.
[018] This gadget will be having support not only internal but also external battery (as a power bank) for long running so this will be added on its popularity in the market.
[019] For example Two-wheeler industry, it's not only providing fresh air inside the helmet but also to the rider of the two-wheeler. My appliances will be attached on to the helmet and it continues working for throwing fresh air in all format of industries, like cricket (20-20- or one-day game or test match), mining, chemical, manufacturing, infrastructure, oil and gas, auto sector (two-wheeler) etc where helmets are compulsory.
[020] Person who wear this helmet is now more active, dedicated and focused towards work when he or she would be wearing my innovated apparatus.
[021] My device is "lightweight" and "wearable" and "attachable" device is suitable for any industries.

[034] According to our objective, I want to provide fresh air inside the helmet and also to the person who wear helmet. So, I innovated newly device, called "Unique apparatus for all helmet uses". Please see diagram 9 & 10.
[035] According to diagram 9 and 10, this unique apparatus have two parts, one device is called "working air flow device" (shown in diagram 8) which is used special design items and it is fan (1), plastic box (37) and five outer helmet flexible pipe (44,45, 46,47 & 48) and second device is called "modified helmet" (shown in diagram 3,4, 5 & 7) which are having thermocol (27), four inner thermocol flexible pipes (28, 29, 30 & 31) and four pipe connectors (22 A & B, 23 A & B, 24 A & B and 25 A &B).
[036] Inside the diagram 8, this device is called "working air flow device", in it the fan (1) is the main source of air flow into one direction only. Taking referring with diagram 1, this fan (1) having rechargeable battery (which is inside the cover of battery (7)) and PCB circuit having charging pin (2) along with speed control switch (3) and power charging indicator (4) and also having one handle (9) which are useful in my apparatus. This handle (9) is very important part because I am using this to attached with the modified helmet (15) and grip it via elastic band (12). Fastener tape (8 A & B) are pasted on fan

handle (9), on the helmet (21 A, 21B & 21 c) and on elastic band (13 A, 13 B & 13 C) and thus, this device "working air flow device" is able to tightly fit on modified helmet (15). Please refer diagram 1, 2,4 and 9.
[037] Fan Battery is useful to run 1 to 3 hours (dependent of charging battery) and PCB circuit have given support to charge via pin (2), if user want to use extra run then he or she would be use external power bank.
[038] In diagram 9 and 10, fan control switch (3) is useful for control the device and it is placed on the backside of the modified helmet (15) and it is easily reachable by hand & controlled by person who wear helmet.
[039] Inside the diagram 9,1 am using "modified helmet" (15) and it is necessary because normal helmet is not able to flow of air inside it. So, I am design in such way that not change any outer side design of helmet but it is modified in two ways, so that not affected current helmet manufacturing industry but to utilize the present manufacturing helmet industry. First way is just pasted three "fastener tape" (21 A, 21B & 21 c) on the back side of outer shell of modified helmet (16) and second way is just modified "thermocol" (26) which is present inner side of modified helmet (15). See diagram 3,4, 5 and 6.
[040] According to diagram 3 & 4, Another reason for not change the design of outer (modified) helmet shell and it is gripping purpose of my "working air flow device". To achieve this, I am

pasting the three-fastener tape (21 A, 21B & 21 c) on the backside of modified helmet (15).
[041] Most of the changes are made inside the thermocol (26) because I am not affect current helmet manufacturing industry & also I want to flow air inside the helmet and thus these changes are described in diagram 5 and 6. According to diagram 5, first I made 4 cuts with different length and these space are filled with help of thermocol flexible pipe (28, 29, 30 & 31) with pipe connectors (22, 23, 24 & 25 - A & B). I made cut at each open end of four thermocol flexible pipes (28, 29, 30 & 31) as a hole (32, 33, 34 & 35), so that air flow should be reach via these four holes, inside the modified helmet (15). All these changes are shown in diagram 6, so please refer it.
[042] Now for better understanding for these changes and
connection, I am using four thermocol flexible pipes (28, 29, 30 & 31) which having two ends and it's each end are connected to one end of each four pipe connectors (22 B, 23 B, 24 B & 25 B). That why these changes are important and shown in easy way about all inner side structure of the thermocol (26), thermocol flexible pipes (28, 29, 30 & 31) and pipe connector (22 A & B, 23 A & B, 24 A & B & 25 A & B). So, see all into it in diagram 5 and 6.

[043] Refer diagram 12, which is mentioned as "the Air Flow in Two direction, 1st via pipe (towards the modified helmet) and 2nd via fan itself (towards the person's neck who wear the helmet)". Now I want to focus on 2nd air flow towards the person's neck because fan (1) is fitted on the box (37) at the angle of approximately 30 degree and due to this flow of air is reverted back and also the second reason is the gap between the fan and box which is narrow and also the wall of the box (37) is so close to the fan (1) and thus air is hit to the wall and parts of the air flow is revert back immediately and move forward towards the neck of the person (due to the round shape of the box (37)) who wear the modified helmet (15).
[044] Refer diagram 12, which was mentioned as "the Air Flow in Two direction, 1st via pipe (towards the modified helmet) and 2nd via fan itself (towards the person's neck who wear the helmet. Now I want to focus about the first part and it is "air flow towards the helmet". All holes (39, 40, 41, 42 & 43) are created at the end of the box (37) because the gap is so large due to the 30-degree angle of fan and box. Result of this, air would be move faster towards these 5 holes (39, 40, 41, 42 & 43) and reached towards the modified helmet (15) via helmet flexible pipes (44,45,46,47 & 48) which was fitted outside on the box (37).

[045] Refer diagram 11, which was mentioned as "Air Flow in three direction Face, Head and Neck in my Unique Apparatus for all helmet uses". Till now we know that air is started from fan (1) and its flow to modified helmet (15) via four helmet flexible pipes (44, 45, 46 & 47). These four helmet flexible pipes are connected with 2nd each end of the pipe connector (22 A, 23 A, 24 A & 25 A) which was attached inside the modified helmet (15), so air is easily passed through pipe connector (without any leakage of air) and it is reached via inner thermocol flexible pipes (28,29,30 & 31) towards four parts of people head: front side, back side, left side and right side (see diagram 11) and Now I want to focus about second point and it is about flow of air toward the face of the person. Now to achieve this I am connecting the helmet flexible pipe's one end (48) to the box and second end is reached to the face of the person and achieve it by doing this. In my apparatus (diagram 9 & 10), I am using different length of flexible pipe which is used inside modified helmet's thermocol (15) and outside the plastic box (37) and due to this, fresh air is reached not only inside the helmet but also reach air to the face and neck of the person.
[046] According to diagram 8, this "working air flow device" is design in such a way that it would be fit on front as well as back side of the device. This is possible because of two fastener tape (8 A & 8 B) which is pasted on both side of handle (9) and also

three fastener tapes are pasted on the backside of helmet (21 A, 21 B & 21 C) and also used these on the elastic band (12) to tightly fit (which having three fastener tape (13 A, B & C)).
[047] According to diagram 9 and 10, already mention that my unique apparatus is having two parts, one is "working air flow device" and including fan and box with outer helmet flexible pipe (44,45,46,47 & 48) and second is "modified helmet" with thermocol, inner thermocol flexible pipes (28, 29,30 & 31) and pipe connector (22 A & B, 23 A & B, 24 A & B and 25 A & B), please see 3, 4, 5 & 8 diagram. Both are design in such a way that it would be fit easily. Because I am using two different sizes of these pipe and connector. The size of pipe is 3/4 inch and size of connector is 1 inch. These flexible pipes are having small in size and connector is used in a bigger in size so that these two different parts of these devices are easily connect and fit. I am success about to reach air flow towards the modified helmet, face and neck of the person who wear helmet in any industries where helmet is used as a safety equipment.

WE Claims

[1] About my unique apparatus which is used in all helmet and it is utilize flow of air into three direction to the person: 1st is face and 2nd is neck and 3rd is inside the helmet, comprising:
a fan (1) with handle which includes switch, rechargeable battery & PCB circuit board and others; and
a flexible plastic pipe (3/4 inch), for various types of fittings arrangements; and
a plastic box which having special purpose holes; and
a plastic connector (1 inch) which is used to join various types of pipe; and
a fastener tape which is used to grip the things; and
a helmet which is used wear for safety purposes; and
a thermocol (used inside the helmet) which have thermocol
flexible pipe & pipe connector so that air is flow inside it: and
an elastic band which is used to grip the working air flow device and modified helmet.
[2] The apparatus according to claim 1, self-explanatory of my gadget is "unique apparatus for all helmet" is having two parts, one is "working air flow device" and including fan and box with flexible outer pipe (see diagram 8) and second is "modified helmet" and

including thermocol, inner thermocol flexible pipes and pipe connector (see diagram 3, 4, 5 & 8).
[3] Addition with claim 2, the Air flow would be move towards the two direction when my apparatus is in used, 1st via pipe (towards the helmet) and 2nd via fan itself (towards the person's neck who wear the helmet).
[4] Addition with claim 3, Air flow would be move towards the head of the person when my apparatus is in used and it is in inside the helmet. Flow of air is in four direction of head, these are front side, back side, left side and right side (see diagram 5 & 11).
[5] The apparatus according to claim 2, first part of my apparatus "working air flow device" is attached to the back side of the second part "modified helmet" into two way. 1st way would be fitted as a back side of the fan and 2nd way would be fitted as a back side of the box (please see diagram 9 & 10).
[6] The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the fan is source of air and fitted on the box with an angle of approximate 30 degree.
[7] The apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the fan and box both are narrow in distance due to approximate 30-degree angle. Result of this, air is move back towards the person's neck while fan is running. Please see diagram 12.
[8] The according to claim 6, wherein the fan is having the on and off switch (3) along with speed control (both function are available) thus it could be controlled easily by the person with one hand

while driving/ playing/ any working under specific industries where helmet is compulsory to wear as a safety equipment.
[9] The according to claim 6, wherein the back side of the fan having two hooks on the back side of the fan's body so that extra-long pipe is hold by this hook with help of pin.
[10] The according to claim 6, wherein the fan is not only working with rechargeable battery but also run by external power supply which is connected via PCB circuit board. Result of this, rider or player or person are tension free about it's working and it's running time.
[11] The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the plastic box has 5 holes & 5 pipes are fitted into the box for air flow. The box size would be bigger & round shape and thus fan is fitted inside it.
[12] The according to claim 11, wherein the plastic box is also maintaining the direction of flow of air towards the person neck and it is achieved by not to cut at the corner of the box and box is round in shape, See diagram 9.
[13] The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the modified helmet is used with some changes in the original shape (outer shell) of helmet, one of the reasons is for better grip of my apparatus. I am using three fastener tape which are pasted at the back side of helmet, which is now called "modified helmet". Thus, my apparatus is easily "wearable" and "attachable" in any type of helmet where helmet is compulsory to use as a safety purpose.

[14] The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the thermocol is used with modified design; created 4 cuts with different length which cover 4 side of the person's head: front side, back side, left side and right side (see diagram 5 & 11) and taken four pipes (3/4 inch) with round cut at the each end of it (see diagram 5) and also taken four connector (1 inch). These two different sizes are important to uses in my apparatus like size of the pipe is 3/4 inch and size of the connector is 1 inch so that these two different sizes are able to connect & fit two parts of my apparatus, like: 1st part is "modified helmet" and 2nd part is "working air flow device". Thus, these are helpful for reaching air inside the helmet, see diagram 9 & 10.
[15] The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the fastener tapes are fitted with help of needle and the thread on the three ends: middle, right and left corner of Elastic band. Thus, my apparatus for both parts are tightly fitted.
[16] The apparatus according to claim 2, my apparatus is suitable into all type of work under any industries like cricket (sports), riding (cycling, two-wheeler etc), civil construction, manufacturing etc where helmet is used as a safety equipment.
[17] Addition with claim 16, My gadget would be given complete solution for this moisturized problem which was generated hot weather condition & humidity while riding or playing games (cricket or other) or any other works with wearing helmets by any person. This Solution is in the form of providing fresh air inside the helmet and for person too.

[18] Addition with claim 17, when person having with my device then it enhanced more concentration and control over to mind and decision when the good amount of cooled air (as compared by surrounding air) reaches towards the head.
[19] Addition with claim 18, my invention is to enhanced more working habit like activeness, dedication and focused when he or she would be wearing my device and feel cool air (as compared by surrounding air) during their work.
[20] Addition with claim 19, the uniqueness of this device is that all parts are easy to maintain and repair.
[21] Addition with claim 20, sometimes thermocol is not available inside the basic helmet then it would be added four different length & shape of the pipes and connectors which would be directly fit inside the helmet and thus we would be add 2nd device "working air flow device" for flowing air inside the helmet.
[22] Addition with claim 21, my invention is support current manufacturing helmet industry (without changes the design) but add some changes inside helmet then it would be creating jobs in industry. So, it would be helpful to growth.
