Specification

This invention relates to a unique ID (identity document) / code system for farms. Particularly this invention relates to a unique ID/code system for use to identify an agricultural farm.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Agricultural farmland is identified by the name of the owner and the owner of a particular piece of farm land is identified based on the information disclosed in the revenue record (Khasara and Khatauni) maintained by the government.
NIC (national informatics center) has developed a concept / system of Unique Land Parcel Identification Number (ULPIN) and it is implemented in some of the states in India. It is a 14-digit alpha-numeric unique ID for each land parcel, containing ownership details of the plot, along with its size and geographical coordinates (longitudinal & latitudinal details). It is based on detailed surveys and geo-referenced cadastral maps. It helps in easy interoperability of land records application with other e-governance applications to yield the best value for service provisioning.
Japanese patent no. JP6069882B2, teaches about agricultural management system comprising a positioning processor that corrects the positioning information obtained by the positioning device with the positioning

reinforcement information from the reinforcing satellite, and measures the self-position,
based on the farmland shape data, movement route data, and work instruction information, a farm work management unit that manages the movement route and work state of the agricultural machine;
a wireless device that receives the work instruction information and transmits measurement data acquired by a sensor that measures the surrounding image and the environmental state of the farm as terminal information in association with the positioning data of the positioning processing unit;
an agricultural machine terminal that is attached to the agricultural machine; from the farm node data, the farm link data, and the farm machine terminal managed for each of the plurality of farms corresponding to each virtual management farmland, managing a group of virtual management farmland that is a virtual collection of a plurality of farms a virtual farm land data management unit for holding transmitted terminal information, wherein the farm node data is a virtual farm ID for identifying a virtual farm corresponding to each actual farm, and each virtual farm is virtually brought close to each other, it consists of farm land shape data including the virtual center position corresponding to each virtual farm ID, the center position of the actual farm, the shape of the actual

farm, the link data identifies the road connecting the contact point of each farm and the contact point of another farm, and the virtual farm corresponding to each pair of farms connected corresponding to the link ID. From farm link data consisting of a link destination farm ID indicating an ID, a link length indicating a length between contact points of a road connected corresponding to the link ID, a link shape, and a link connection point coordinate indicating each coordinate of the contact point a virtual farmland data management department,
a specific virtual management farmland is selected from a plurality of virtual management farmlands managed by the virtual farmland data management unit, and each virtual farm is selected in the selected virtual management farmland based on the farm node data and farm link data, in addition to generating work instruction information for operating the agricultural machine via a road moving path connecting to other farms in an actual farm corresponding to the ID, and transmitting the generated work instruction information to the specific agricultural machine terminal, agricultural machine management that sets the work process of each farm in the selected virtual management farmland and the movement path of the farm machine between farms as movement path data, and transmits the set work process and movement path data to the specific farm machine terminal, and a management center with agricultural management system.

There are disadvantages associated with the conventional ID (identity document) system for land/plot. One of the disadvantages is that owner information is incorporated in the ID/Code.
Another disadvantage associated with the conventional ID system for land/plot is that farm IDs have to be kept secret which is a difficult task in the known art.
Yet another disadvantage associated with the conventional ID system for land/plot is that available location data is computer-generated location data therefore a computer having necessary software is required to identify the farm ID of a particular farm.
Still another disadvantage associated with the conventional ID system for land/plot is that ownership information are integrated into the system and therefore ID is to be generated every time whenever there is a mutation to claim ownership due to death, transfer, sale/purchase and / or division in the share of the land.
A further disadvantage associated with the conventional ID system for land/plot is that conventional ID system is prone to be used as digital land grabbing as ownership decrypt are already ascertained as per the system. Hence land mafias just have to rig the system to insert ownership data only in order to grab the land.

Another disadvantage associated with the conventional ID system for land/plot is that the implementation of the conventional systems are costly and time consuming to verify the land title.
Therefore, there is a need of the hour to invent an ID system for farms which is capable to identify ownership of the farm (land/plot).
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a unique ID/code system for farms which obviates the disadvantages associated with the farm ID system known in the prior art.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a unique ID/code system for farms having details of the land needed to identify the farm.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a unique ID/code system for farms capable to allocate a unique number to a farm and can be shared with the public without any fear.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a unique ID/code system for farms based on administrative units and therefore it is easy to locate the situation of the farms manually, too. The system uses digital cadastral maps to identify exact location of the farm.

Still object of the present invention is to provide a unique ID/code system for farms wherein modification in the farm ID is required only in case of land division and that too last two digits are to be modified.
A further object of the present invention is to provide a unique ID/code system for farms capable to allocate just a unique number to the farm without any ownership claim and therefore invented ID system is not prone to be used for digital land grabbing as the ownership detail are not ascertained as per invented ID system. Hence land mafias can not rig the system to insert ownership data in order to grab the land.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a unique ID/code system for farms which is easy to implement in an economical manner. Also, it is easy to verify the land title.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a unique ID/code system for farms based on a well-defined non-digital system rules and therefore the invented system can not be manipulated. Even if the invented ID system is manipulated, the owner easily identify the mistake and it can be corrected easily.
