Usb Receptacle
Abstract: A USB receptacle includes a printed wiring board on which a USB socket is mounted, and a housing which the printed wiring board is put in, and has an insertion hole for a USB plug to be plugged into the USB socket. The housing is provided with a contact part in the proximity of the USB socket so as to be in contact with the printed wiring board from a reverse direction of an insertion direction of the USB plug into the USB socket.

Specification
Claims:
1. A USB receptacle, comprising
a printed wiring board on which a USB socket is mounted; and
a housing in which the printed wiring board is put, said housing
having an insertion hole for a USB plug to be plugged into the USB socket,
wherein the housing is provided with a contact part in a proximity of
the USB socket so as to be in contact with the printed wiring board from a
reverse direction of an insertion direction of the USB plug into the USB
socket.
2. The USB receptacle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the housing
comprises a cover having the insertion hole, and a body having the contact
part.
3. The USB receptacle as claimed in claim 2, wherein-'
the body comprises a storage cavity and a partition wall which divides the storage cavity into a terminal storing part and a circuit storing part; and the contact part protrudes from an end face of the partition wall.
4. The USB receptacle as claimed in claim 2 or 3, wherein
the printed wiring board is shaped like a rectangle extending one Bisection, both ends of the printed wiring board in the direction being supported by a body and
the USB socket is mounted in a center of the printed wiring board in the direction.
